Gateway Arch Riverboats: what do users think?
janette paul: very hard with wheel chair !!!! be careful !! very hard
Felicia Hunter: Everybody who works on the boat was very nice and friendly...
Jason: Not worth the admission price.
Joe Baumgarten: Had a great time with a unique view of the riverfront.
Crystal K.: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! 5/2023Absolutely would never recommend!! traveled to St. Louis for our anniversary and had plans switched around to make sure we were available for the dinner cruise. Super excited wanted to surprise my husband with a nice dinner and Cruise. Rescheduled our baseball game to make sure we were there on time only to enter the boat be seated and realize how disgusting the food is. I asked for a side of ranch that was brought to me, bubbly and room temperature. My husband starts to eat his salad when he realizes what is in our plate. Absolutely disgusting!!!! we decide to not make a big deal for everybody else on the boat and ask for a manager to take a look at what was going on. All she does is say I apologize would you like a refund? Would like a refund???? yes I would like a refund and I would also appreciate if you would have offered to pay for us to have dinner elsewhere; that's the least you could have done for the inconvenience . I made it well known that this was our anniversary dinner. But all we got was and I’m sorry we can refund you for the dinner, but I dont have a way to refund the online fees. Have a good day. I would stay away from this place because you don’t know what is going on in the kitchen or food products.
Viliamu Fanene: A nice getaway to downtown STL. There wasn't too much to see but on a nice day it's relaxing and educational experience.
tyrone watson: Great food!
Shawntee Stuller: It was great fun and kind of informative. The speaker in the back doesn't work, so I could barely hear the director. My husband missed most of the tour from being stuck at the bar from 7:30-7:45, we ended up being able to head back together. Got some pretty cool pictures together and paid the 30 for the cool filters added to the one they take at the beginning 😄 🤣All around fun.
VERA BENOIT: Very friendly people. Tom was great and so was Marcus. Thank you guys! Totally good time
Tina Blair: Family fun!! A historical riverfront tour of St. Louis.
Mike Fritts: Nice peaceful ride. Interesting historic commentary. Will undoubtedly go again.
Peter Sanders: Cruise was dissapointing at best. If you want to know limited information about the 5 bridges and two power houses you may enjoy the trip. There was nothing about the history of the river or the paddle boats or even the Gateway Arch to the west. I would not recomend the boat cruise.
Terry Copper: Not worth it. Beautiful view of the homeless camps and graffitied walls.
Tamara Miller-McClinic: Fun and amazing staff. The music and food are good. We really enjoyed ourselves
Mark Broadwell: Great "paddle wheel" boat ride with your guide down the Mississippi near st Louis. Boat had a pair wheel on the back but was driven by a standard gasoline boat motor.
Elijah Nelson: I liked it.
Cynthia Bell: Wonderful
Lisa Whetzell: Was a beautiful and wonderful evening. At first seemed like staff was not prepared but then as we got on with it, there was a big improvement.
Carla Chambarelli: Excelente
Wayne Mossop: My better half and I enjoyed the little trip up the river on the Tom Sawyer. You get some more history of the city which was cool
Lei Widdershoven: Very disappointing River boat tour. Nothing interesting to see. Poor seating at the deck.Old rusty boat. It was sold to us as a Architectural tour, but is was nothing like that at all! The Arch however was great!

Entertainment Cruise Productions: what do users think?
Jamie MN: Cool cruise agency that makes cruises even more interesting with unique theme cruises. We took the 2022 Star Trek cruise and it was very fun.
June Brettler: They cancelled their 1/31/22 cruise and despite four written requests for the refund of the $3,700 I paid, they just keep coming up with excuses. For example they claim thatI have to fill out a form they claim they sent me. I didn't get it and was told two weeks ago it would be sent to me. Still no form, which legally I do not need to fill out anyway. And they claim they will pay in three installments. That is not the law. They changed their name to "JAZZ CRUISES" so the complaints and bad reviews would not follow them. But check them out.
connie sutton: Great cruise to go back to the 80's. I haven't tried any of their other cruise.
Chris Hansen: Interesting cruise options. Might book with them in the future.
Ben Maschan: The best music cruises ever!
Hilary Gilyard: A WARNING to all potential clients/customers of Entertainment Cruise Productions:be aware of my recent bad experience.I contracted for a January 2021 cruise far in advance, agreeing to pay on installment a large sum per quarter of which I’m fully up to date. I could not have anticipated this health crises, but find that the Corona pandemic has destroyed my financial situation. There’s no way I can continue and asked the company about canceling the trip. This company’s policy disregards cancellations despite the country’s terrible circumstances, and insist onto holding me liable for this booking.Beware of holding any expectations of honorable treatment by this company during our awful disaster.--
Nikki Lynn Miller: Great company with wonderful staff. We have been on several 80's cruises and they never disappoint!
Heather Richardson: I have not yet gone on this cruise yet, but this review is primarily for the very poor customer service I received right after booking the 2020 80s cruise online. I booked this cruise AS A SURPRISE for my mother, who is an absolute 80s lover and has always wanted to go on this cruise but could never afford it. Yes the cruise is very expensive but her happiness is well worth it to me so I've been saving up money so that I would be able to get this for her as her birthday/Christmas present this year, being as her birthday is the day after Christmas so it was the perfect surprise. Little did I know when I was filling out her name and date of birth that she must have created an account in the past or joined the mailing list, I'm guessing to obviously get information because she was interested, that they automatically filled in her email address and would not let me delete it and the email ended up sending to her COMPLETELY ruining the surprise. While obviously happy she called me the next morning after seeing the email and she was excited I would book that for us, but I was just so upset that the surprise was completely ruined. It was such a big deal for to try and afford this trip and I've been working 2 Jobs the past couple months just to be able to afford to put down the deposit, but its something that I wanted to do for my mom because I knew how happy it would make her. I was so upset and crying my eyes out I called Entertainment Cruise Productions to ask them why in the world they would just auto populate my mothers email and send it to her being under MY account, she told me that's just what it did because my mom was in the system. After explaining the whole ordeal to her, I didnt even so much as get an "I'm sorry this happened " all I got was 2 options, she could cancel my reservation or tell my mom is way canceled. Neither of these options would work because 1. Why in the world would I get my mom this cruise as a gift and then after her finding out about it, take it away from her. ? 2. My mom would never believe I would cancel it so "telling her" it was, she would not believe I would do that. Here is where I got so disgusted by the customer service I received; after telling the representative that this trip was very expensive and if they could at least do something as in decorating the room or on board credit or something for her because I was working 2 jobs just to be able to afford it and the surprise was now completely ruined, she told me, quote " WELL IF THIS TRIP IS SUCH A FINANCIAL BURDEN ON YOU, MAYBE YOU SHOULDNT BE GOING ON IT". I was in shock and so disgusted that a company would say that to me. Not everyone just has the money to go on vacations, some people HAVE to work 2 jobs to be able to afford it. My mom almost does not want to go now because of the way I was spoken to over this situation, so I feel this company needs some MAJOR training in customer service.
Frances Indrathaher: We've been on the Star Trek cruise they run. When we were in it in Jan of 2018 we loved it so much that we booked for 2019 while onboard. This year we again rebooked for 2020 however on the 1st day they opened the rebooking desk.
Dana Taylor: Been on two Star Trek cruises and am already signed up for a third. The venue has been outstanding. They modified the entire ship into a Star Trek theme.
Robert Brooker: My wife and I booked a cruise through this company. It was the Nascar cruise. We exclusively booked because Dale Jr. was going to be on board. We paid an extra $250 each for a private meet & greet with him as well as Richard Petty. For some reason Mr. Petty wasn't there. After waiting in line for 2 hours outside the room this woman just opens up the doors and says just move into the room. Well of course the line just disintegrates and the room is just full of people. We got trampled over and pushed around. We faught to even get an autograph. We spoke to Dave about our dissatisfaction afterwards. He said he would refund us our money for that experience. Well that was over 12 days ago. No refund. No answer to emails. Nothing.
Mark Rollag: Great people!

Port of Kimmswick: what do users think?
Samuel Wright: Nice view of river. Nice parking.
Mike Apken: River is so low
C JC: Easy drive, and paved viewing area of the river.
Dallas Turner: This is a public park, a simple spot open to the river with no services, playground equipment, benches, tables or anything but a view of the river and a flat spot to stand along the river.
Theresa Runge: The shops were closing early the first shop we went into the lady made me feel uncomfortable following me around
Scott Christy: I went looking for river access on the Mississippi and found this beautiful little community and a good place to fish. There are loads of cute little shops and a great history too.
Peter Martin: Excellent place to go for a walk and take in the river scenery
