Googled and found OnTime Express. I called around 9am as a brand new customer and my freight was delivered by 12:30pm!! Our on site delivery contact was super pleased and only had positive things to say about driver Jeff. From booking to delivery, everything was smooth.

They took my order and had the documents at the meeting a couple hours before it started, in time for all the team members to review and be comfortable with them before the meeting started. Best of all, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. Even though I was in a desperate situation, they didn’t gouge or take advantage. Highly recommend.

Brandon Dempsey: Arch Express manages all our courier needs. The first time I used them I couldn't believe it was less expensive than UPS for something I was shipping, and they did it same day! Great service, great price, and they get it done so fast. Thank you for always taking such great care of our companies.
David Busker: Arch Express is a terrific source when you need urgent, local courier services that are critical. They deliver for law firms, medical, anything from letters to pallets. In my experience, their customer service is of the highest level and they will treat your deliveries with the utmost care. Highly recommended.

Michelle Kelly: If I can give zero stars I would how are you going to try and pay a contractor to work nine hours a day and only give them $150 $170 a day stay out of Chicago that’s why they keep running ads every day because they can’t find nobody they want to hire people living at home with their parents or living in someone’s basement with no bills call The small companies try to come to Chicago and underbid the customer and the contractor suffer no thanks you cheap people
Danielle Turner: Please do not work for this company. They are a scam. I will be filing a complaint against the company. I drove all over St. Louis completing orders and the pay was wrong as soon as I quit. I wish I saw the reviews earlier. I was not paid for my days working there. I’ve tried emailing and calling . I also came to the office to ask about pay. No one seems to want to help .
Alicia: The women that answer the phones there are extremely rude. This is the second time my husband and I received a call from this company at 1am and 2am. Yet nothing about our address is in the system for delivery. Of course we’d call back to see why from several missed calls at 1am.
Jim Bartels: 2 stars because the delivery people are nice and apologetic. The staff when you call are rude, have to ask the same info several times over all while laughing and joking. I use ADP for payroll and this is who couriers for them in our area. The checks are never consistently delivered. They are supposed to be here by noon on friday and are always late. Again, the office staff are completely rude when you call in. I have used them for several years and recently it has just gone down hill quickly.

Kelly “Sunshine” Schubert: I'm currently a courier, contracted through CRC, as an Expedited/Rush/Drive-Out Independent Contractor. I've been employed with this company almost three months and I've made more money, with less hassle, than 7 months of my "gig work" with Door Dash, Shipt, Instacart and Roadie put together.To make it even better, if it can get any better, the staff all the way from management and dispatch to the warehouse staff and driver support and Customer Service to HR are all so wonderful and, actually, very helpful and are really there to give support and make sure you are making a profit.All CRC asks in return, is do what you said you will. If you schedule a day to be on the board, don't just back-out at the last minute and then complain you're not making a profit. Keep in mind, by you scheduling, dispatch starts building a load in order to maximize their profits and yours. Last minute changes can mess up an entire day of planning and dispatching.If I can make a profit. You can. I'm in my 50s and disabled so, no excuses. Come up from the basement and make all the money you want for those video games. And give back your grandma's credit card for the World of Warcraft expansion packs.

Susan Stephens: Tried crossroads as it seemed to be a favorable place to work. However, in my experience, part time work was not profitable.They charge 5.00 per week for use of a communication AP and 25-30 for an ap that logs your deliveries. After fuel costs and self employment taxes, you actually work for peanutsMy personal pay was about 10.00 per hour.I also tried to be nice, when leaving the company and worked a day just to help out. I was ran hard and abused. They never paid for several hours of work. Did not reimburse me for fuel cost paid out of pocket for using their rented truck, even after bringing it to their attention 3 different times. At least one was a supervisor. I assume they are not going to ever pay, as two pay cycles have past.Would not recommend working here unless you are desperate. Nothing was impressive to me at all.Ok
Kevin Billington: Staff seem fine to work with but I strongly recommend that unless you want to make under minimum wage that you steer clear of contract driving for them. If you really want to try driving for pay ,Uber pays much more without all the hassle and you possibly might get a tip for appreciation
Christina Gant: I haven't worked at Crossroads Courier for very long, but I enjoy it. I get to talk to a lot of different types of people, and I get to work with fun people. My supervisor is respectful, and always lets us know exactly what he expects from us, but never talks down to us. I've even seen higher managers having fun at work, one of them has been known to carry around a water gun. Just wanted to update this review, now that I have been here a little longer. This is STILL a great place to work. The group I work with feels like a real team, almost like a family.

The lobby wouldn't be lined out the door if there wasn't just minimal effort being put into checking the packages in and labeling them at a sloth's pace. The only person that was in and out was the Imos delivery driver. Yes! To add insult to injury Imos was delivered! We see that the priorities are NOT serving the customers here. Time is money and if you waste one then you're wasting the other. I was 4th in line and waited an hour and a half before I walked out. Only 2 other customers were served before I decided to leave, with more waiting behind me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Customer service isn't a great deal of help either, can't even call the STL center. All customer service could do is "contact the center and delivery driver to reattempt today". If it was stolen, we know damn well they won't.
Heather Hill: Waited for 15 minutes to be told my package had been sent back to the shipper. The issue wasn't as much with the store, but the drivers that "attempted " delivery but never called, like my delivery instructions stated to.

Flynn: My package wound up marked delivery attempted despite the fact it absolutely was not. This happened two days in a row. 4 phone reps were absolutely useless so I finally went in person as they opened as I'm self employed and my cell phone has my TTY program so I can communicate with my clients (I'm HoH). The package got put in a back room and never made it to the truck. I kept being lied to by reps about what had happened and finally gave up and went in person.While the experience overall was absolutely terrible, the manager (I'll update with her name when I get it later) was AMAZING. It was busy, they were loading trucks, they'd just opened. I was only there because I am desperate. She still went out of her way and took the time to find the package instead of making me come back. She was great and was the first of 5 FedEx employees to actually provide info and help.
