They wanted $11.99, drove down the street to homedepot and the same thing was $4.59. I dont mind paying a little more to support local businesses and I know everything is going up in price.But knowing HD's prices also went up, the difference here is excessive.

Sarah Blum: I order a ladder for delivery and chose the $35 delivery fee to have it delivered the day I ordered it. They left a voice-mail saying they could deliver it the next day and when I call them back they say it can't be delivered for 2 days and when I brought up the extra fee for delivery the same day they said they weren't talking about that. The lady could barely put a sentence together and was not very helpful at all.

Donovan: I wish i could rate this store a 0 star... i had the most terrible experience in a public place in my entire adult life. The staff is incredibly rude and self centered and honestly seemed to avoid interacting with anyone other than themselves. One of the associates couldn't distinguish the difference between chrome and matte... and don't even get me started on the "management" I have never seen an employee get berated and spoken too with such utter disrespect and disregard. this place should be shut down. 👎🏼
