Remember Me Vintage Clothing & Costumes: what do users think?
Sarah Hervey: Business is closed
Kathy Elliott: Great service. Thanks 😊
Shari Whay, St. Louis Realtor: Recently was invited to a party with a Moulin Rouge theme. The ladies were so helpful. My boyfriend and I were in and out in a half an hour with the most amazing costumes! We received tons of compliments at the party! I highly recommend!
Benne Gezeritt: Amazing antiquity here! They offer competitive pricing for genuine antiques. So kind and talented!
Kendra Zumhingst: This is by far THE coolest little place on the St. Louis map! Talk about a groovy vibe! Wow. Had costumes and props that were original to the Era not out of the plastic bag from overseas. Incredible place. Highly recommend!
Kaila Elfrink: Very high prices. And owner was up my butt and didn't want me to shop. Tried to turn a rack and the owner yelled at me. Never going back. Highly do not recommend.
Sherrod Gomiller: Love it
Jamie Viano: And 25 years in business I've never seen a shop like this. The owner has severe mental illness. Diane , the owner , belittles and TORTURES her employee Linda repeatedly. It is embarrassing to witness and it's I'm so unprofessional doing it in front of customers. She is too attached to her stuff to have it offered for sale. She had Linda go upstairs and gather large bags of lace and I went through every bit of it. While waiting for prices she kept My friend and I waiting for 25 minutes while she was sorting magazines to go in the recycling bin. We stood there not knowing what to do and then finally when she returned her attention to us she said she couldn't make up a price and put all the lace that I had picked out back into the bags and again had Linda lug them back upstairs to put away. Some people should not own a shop and this is one of them. There are so many other options in St Louis to go to, avoid this!!!!! The worst shop I've ever been to since in business of 25 years
Allison Starcher: I loved the store and everything in it! huge selection, great prices, beautiful pieces, friendly owners!!!
Nachelle “Chelle” Powell: Huge selection of costumes and accessories. Great customer service.
Angie: Great costumes! Helpful staff
Melissa Diane: The older woman who owns the place and her friend are both very rude and controlling. I'm a theatre director and I know what I want and what is needed for the show, I don't need them to tell me what I want and push me around the store. Not to mention, she called me wide when in fact I am very petite and regularly wear an XS/S or a 0-4. They don't deserve to be in business. There are plenty of other professionalvintage shops in Saint Louis that are much more welcoming AND have a better selection.
Patricia Stelbrink: This place is a treasure trove for the costume lover! All genres and so many vintage items. I found a beautiful black lace shawl to wear to a wedding at a great price and actually had several to choose from. I was also able to get a lovely black jet hair pin. From go go boots to Great Gatsby, this place has you covered!
Alicia Mosley-Rives: A large variety and selection of clothing and costumes. You can rent and buy items here. A nice place to shop!
Jon Colt: Until you go in here, you will never know what you have been missing. This little gem will turn any event you have to attend into a special occasion. If you don't like being noticed...stay away. If you do, there is almost any 'dressy' outfit, from any era over the past 200 years, in every color and every style. For men and women, by the way, they both rent and sell. It is definitely a local St. Louis gem, that is unique to our fair city. BTW, they will ship for out of town events/customers.
MzNelle G: Found out they make feathered headbands
Katharine Hutsler: We rent from here 1 to 2 times a year. They have a great selection and their costumes are very nice condition and good quality.
W. Robert: The rentals are cool but everything else is way too expensive for what it is.
kenston beard: Cool place
Earl Kinsey: Do you need a costume they got it

Winter Opera Alterations & Costume Shop: what do users think?
Jamie Ketts: I had a bridesmaid dress come in fitting in all the wrong places and Lauren at Winter Opera saved the day. She is so incredibly kind, professional and knows her stuff! She took a nightmare and turned it into something special, making me feel absolutely beautiful in the finished dress! I can’t recommend her enough for any and all alteration needs!!Service:Alterations
chris deering: This place does amazing work perfection is their specialty and the ladies are so pleasant to talk to, and I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the work they do is I don't care where you're at in St Louis or the metro East it's worth the drive to have any alterations done by them and while you're at it grab a bite to eat and one of the amazing restaurants here on the hill soon if you get here early enough stop in Missouri bakery for some cannolis or , except in my case it's And, some chocolate drops!
Kristen Wiedman: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI have had three dresses (two bridesmaid from Azazie and one J Crew) altered by Lauren here. She has done such a wonderful job. The stitching is impeccable, the tread matched the colors of the dresses so well, you would've thought they came that way. I am so happy I found this shop.
Kd Scott: Best in the world!
Kelly Thomas: Very timely service & very reasonable prices for custom piece. Will definitely use them again.

Johnnie Brock's Dungeon: what do users think?
Mjkj: This place has anything and everything you need in costumes accessories things for parties decorations it is absolutely wonderful
Lucinda Hamilton: Wonderful place for most of what you need for a costume party. Get what you want early as they run out of popular items and may not get them back in stock. Friendly and helpful staff.
Jeff M: Over the top costume shop. Rentals, whole costume kits, novelties, makeup, accessories, haunt gear and party supplies.
Tyla Whitlock: If you need it, they have it! If they don't have it, you didn't need it!
aka_ mad_hatter: Always has items for upcoming celebrations. Love their Halloween/ horror selections!
Mikayla L.: Stocking is hit or miss, but very nice and helpful staff
Javoney Fleming: My first time in Johnny Brock's they had a variety of things to choose from for your party needs. Cool place
Robert Washburn: Had several nice options for tonight's event
William Gourley: So big!!!! Awesome stuff, you name it, they got it!!!!
Quinn G.: Love love love. Amazing selection and lots of great quality items. I'll be back for sure
Laura Cortner: Always fabulous!
Kirin Pax: The person who helped me pick out my Q costum from a bunch of unrelated things is a true artist and deserves a raise.
Reena Roberts: We ended up here because my daughter needed a specific wig. They had exactly what we needed and the staff was very helpful!
Thomas Luechtefeld: Great service excellent inventory! Shout out to Erin!
Christian Hatfield: They know their business and they do it well. Busiest around Halloween, the checkout line wrapped around all the way through the store and still only took ~15 minutes to make it through. With the largest selection around, this is a must visit location if you're in need of party supplies, costumes, and/or accessories.
Steven Altom: Owner, Ed Brock, is Unpleasant, Rude and will threaten to call the cops on Willing Employment Seekers because he feels like it. Don't go there looking for Employment, they'll fire you before your job even starts. The Scariest thing in that store is him.
Tracey AGBO: The service was great. I was helped immediately. I found everything I needed
Lizzy Brown: Love this store to death! A little expensive forsure but it has everything you need
Candi Lion: They have a large selection of costumes and accessories it was easy to find what we were looking for
Marco Teneria: A little bit to pricey
Theresa Lear: Omg... that was tge first time in there... I'm over 50! What a blast!

Smiles Family Entertainment LLC: what do users think?
Juanita Thomas: I called several times trying to contact them for my son’s birthday party the young lady who answer’s the phone told me they where available the 1st time we talked then when I called back to book it was a different story she told me she would call back and didn’t then put me on hold and never came back to the phone now I know I won’t be doing business with this company seems sketchy to me.So the owner I’m guessing reached out via text to tell me the weekend I’m looking to book is busy but this is April and his party is in July and that’s where I’m confused because that’s more than enough notice which was told to me by the person that takes the calls. All I was looking for was communication towards this situation and received response by text so unprofessional.
Andrew Nessel: Great company for kids party. A year ago we rented a trackless train for my 4 year olds party and it was a huge hit. We went back to them again and rented a bounce house for my 2 year olds party but it was raining a lot so we had to cancel the bounce house the last minute. They didn’t make it difficult to cancel at all which is always appreciated. Will definitely go back for our future kids party’s.
Darlene Leuschke: We hired Smiles Family Entertainment for a 5 year old birthday party. My grandson wanted Catboy from PJ Masks. Dallas the helper and Catboy did a phenomenal job keeping everyone entertained. I would highly recommend them and will definitely hire for our next event.
Candace Porter: I have rented from Smiles Family Entertainment on more than one occasion. Each and every single time my experience with their services has been phenomenal. The staff is very kind, caring, and extremely professional. They are very prompt and I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend this company.
shanika Huddleston: I called and inquired about having a character come to my daughter's birthday party. They initially told me that they would get back to me by that Friday. Not only did they not get back to me, I sent several text messages and left multiple voicemails trying to get in touch with someone and nobody returned my call or text. If that date wasn't available, all they had to do was let me know but to ignore me was very unprofessional.
Louise Johnson: My experience with this company Lord words can't explain. They did my granddaughter birthday party my guest truly enjoyed everything not just the kids b u t the adults also the r the best will not let u down. You all r just great keep up the good work..
Mia Turner: I used this this company for my daughters 1st bday party and for her 5th "Wakanda Forever" party! The Black Panther character was awesone yesterday and she had so much! Thanks again!
Jim Robison: Had chase for our 3 year old birthday party they were absolutely fantastic will definitely recommend you use their services
Amani Ihmoud: Smiles entertainment did a wonderful job this past weekend. Thank you so much!
Terrika Proctor: A co-worker recommended them. After I spoke with Miss. Marketa a few time I booked Minnie and Mickey for my daughters 3rd year olds birthday party. The Host and the character where great. They danced, played and interacted with almost everyone at her party. I highly recommend them.
Dorene Elliott: My grandson turned 4 in February. Out of his 4 years, we have used Smiley Entertainment 3 of those years. Missed one year because we went to a different facility to change up. However, no matter what my needs may be, if this company is around, I will be utilizing their services. Prompt, friendly, professional services is what I have always received from them. My hats off to the entire staff at Smiley Entertainment!!
Leon Robinson: My Daughter and her friends had a really great time! They enjoyed the music being played loudly and the Bounce houses.
Lady O French: My family absolutely lived this place. It was clean, the staff was friendly and she made sure we all were ok. We will most definitely be back. WE LOVED IT! THANK YPU SO VERY MUCH!
Bianca Merriwether: Great service.
Tisha Graham: Smiles Family Entertainment exceeded my expectations. They arrived early & their staff was professional! They were priced the best amongst everywhere else I checked for bounce houses! I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you for making my son's birthday memorable!
P. Wells: Very nice setup for kids parties. Good service. Nicely decorated.
Michelle Elliott: OMG!!!!! I have had the best experience using Smiles Family Entertainment. Once again they came out on time, was professional and fun. I used them for my grandson's 1st birthday party which was awesome and now for his 3rd which was even better. The character (Marshall from Paw Patrol and Dallas) was engaging with the kids and parents alike. Everyone ask me how I found them. Hats off to Smiles Entertainment. I would make up an event just to use them!!
Michael Fowler: Peaceful
Chloe Arms: I’ve booked with this company two years in a row.The bus was nice and clean, came with drinks and a nice sound system. The first year they were an hour late. Gave them another shot.Second year they were an hour late with no call.Driver was snappy and tried to blame their lateness, & lack of contact on me by stating that I told them the location too late and that I changed the date. If changing the date was a problem, the staff shouldn’t have allowed me to change the date.If you’d like your customers to give you the location at a certain time (ex. 2-3 days prior to event etc.) then make that a policy. He also acted as if he was doing me some type of favor. He was snappy with me until my boyfriend walked up. Hmmm...Bottom line I won’t book this company for any future events and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
Tim Conneally: They were great with short notice availability, were flexible with scheduling, offered a low price, and gave friendly service. Basically the total package.
Patrick: We rented a bounce house from them today and it was great. They showed up when they said they would and were in and out. No issues just easy. I will be looking at using them in the future.

halloween: what do users think?
Tiffany Rose: I had fun and the details of the people and characters that was in there was dope. I had a blast
Ryan Wheeler: Best Haunted House ever!! Absolutely love this attraction. They're #1 in the country for a reason.
Christopher Murphy: I was very impressed with the entire attraction. Very well done this year.
Mz Pretty To You: This was my first visit to the darkness and I had an absolute blast here!! The details are amazing and the cast did an amazing job with the pop outs!! It was worth every penny and I will definitely return next year!
Lesly Steinmetz: The decorations were awesome. I loved how the actors came out and interacted with the people waiting in line! The only recommendation I have is maybe not send such big groups through at the same time, if you break the groups up to like 5 people it would make the experience a lot better. I was with my family in total there were 3 of us, they sent us through with 10 other people so there was 13 of us in total, it made it hard to get the scare experience because the actors would jump out at people in front of us and didn't have time to get back in their hiding places to get us. That is the only thing I have to say that could make the experience we pay for better!!!
Lindsey Lord: Loved the animatronics. Definitely a lot of time and money spent in this awesome horror house. Although I have two things I didn’t like. The parking on the street which was free, was all packed filled I ended up having to pay to park in the “conveniently” placed parking area right in front of the building. The second and most important thing, we were only able to stay for 30 minutes walking through the house. On the darkness website it says to take your time. But when they let new people in every two or three minutes, you can’t really stop and get a look at anything. Even letting people by me so I can walk instead of fast paced like them, within a minute I had another group of people rushing me. I bought some awesome stuff at the store at the end and took some awesome pictures. Next year I’ll be trying creepyworld, I know just as much effort is put into creepyworld… and maybe it being more spread out I won’t be rushed. There were also people smoking in line which usually doesn’t bother me but people were shoulder to shoulder. And there was a few couples extremely intoxicated behind me, and they were let into the house which made it really annoying.
Randy Owen: Fantastic animatronics.
Hailey M.: Love the haunted house but be careful where you park, many people were being ticketed as we left.
heather s.: Always a great time.
Lori Dresner: My first time visiting The Darkness was really fun and worth the money! The line was short the night we went, we absolutely loved the actors standing in line (especially the actor who was “proposing” to people with the finger ring—he did a fantastic job!), and my mom and I were truly scared inside the haunted house, especially of the actors jumping out and scaring you and not knowing when to expect them. At the end, there are lots of cool photo opportunities and a cool shop to buy memorabilia and scary stuff. I would absolutely return again next year when they’ve changed it a bit and for the seasonal events!
Jonathan Chaffin: Amazing animatronics. Would prefer more people scaring patrons.
Nichole: Very disappointed with the Darkness! Not sure what all the hype The animatronics and props we're amazing, not in a scarey way but very well made way. It was more like being on a movie set or some kind of amusement park ride. I don't know if they were VERY short staffed or if they always lack live characters but we only encountered a total of 5 live characters. The 5 we did encounter were not very scarey at all. It's not dark at all which made it easy to figure out or know what was going to happen. For the $100 we paid I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. It was a total waste of money and time.
Kara Rosemann (Gray): It was a great haunted house with lots of jump scares and overall a lot of money poured into it but it only lasted about a half an hour
Cathie Logan: Excellent haunted house! So much fun!
Tenishia keita: Awesome tour!!! We Really loved the 3D part & the jump scares
Tina Kay: Amazing job
Audrey Annette: I think this was an okay experience, but honestly, just some simple changes would have made this wayyyy better. It would have been a lot better if they hadn’t pushed us through as a group.Letting each individual group in (who came to the location with the intention of going together) would have been way better of an experience. Even waiting one minute between each group would have been way better. Instead, we were paired with two separate groups of people. But, as you know, it’s a single file line. My son and I were right in the middle of the group. My son and I were right behind a couple. There were a few times that I would have been scared, but the actors scared the couple most of the time because they were first in line. Most of the scares were not really a surprise because of that. And there was a group of women behind us who kept running into my son. Literally running into him.I just spent nearly $100 to do this experience with my son, and although it was interesting and fun at times, I didn’t feel like I got $100 worth of an experience due to what I mentioned. Also, a few things that would have been better:- Repairs to the main animatronic demon guy (at the entrance). Kinda not able to get into the scared mode when you can see his “shoulders” ripped up and exposing foam and wire.- More smoke throughout the haunted house and not just near the end (it at least makes it to where you can’t really see, so even if you’re not scared by the actors or sandwiched in some random grouping you are at least a little on edge).- Ear plugs being offered at the beginning and suggested on the website… this place is LOUD at times, and that’s okay and expected, but there were 1-2 times I plugged my ears because it was literally too loud to be scary. It just hurt. If you have a kid with sensory issues I would definitely bring some ear plugs. My kid was covering his ears about half of the time. That part was a “my bad,” but I didn’t expect that I myself would want ear plugs, as I am generally okay with really loud sounds and listen to loud music and bass daily. The part that sticks out to me the most is the car honking.- The dizzying tunnel literally made me almost vomit. I wish I could have enjoyed that, but alas, my seasickness tendencies translated to this experience. I wish I could have bypassed that or at least ran through it (but I couldn’t, because my son and I were sandwiched in between a couple and another group).
Wendys Mejia: Mengusta
Samicka BRIGGS: This was fantastic, my child said it was a W ….. kids and their new grammar. She said, it meant winner. she’ll take this over candy any day , her words y’all ! That’s saying alot being that her nicknames sugar mama.
Noah_dobbs: Pretty cool the actors were pretty scary would recommend to a friend
Colby Wong Guzman: Great haunted maze! The scenery was incredibly detailed and engulfs you for a FULL experience. Husband and I really enjoyed this haunted house! Nice surprise to have the 3D part of the maze toward the end, very well done.

Chaos Emporium: what do users think?
DJ (Rowson): They have the best costumes and corsets around hands down!! Staff is very knowledgeable and very polite! We never leave here empty handed and are never disappointed with the purchase!
Angela Blessing: I’m really grateful for the owner of this store. She did a fantastic job helping my daughter and friends pick out outfits. I wasn’t sure we were going to find what we were looking for but she took the the time to talk with us and offer suggestions (and did a great job understanding there was a budget) she helped each of them find an outfit they loved. Thank you, we will be back again.

Party City: what do users think?
Megan Johnstone: Huge supply store, I was not expecting it to be so big with as much variety as it did. You really could get all of your party Supply from here without going to another store. They have everything from pinatas, candy (bulk and small 10c pieces), balloons (helium filling on site), plates, cups, cutlery, party games, party favors, gift wrap/bags/tissue paper, luau supply, graduation supply, every type of party you can think of they have supplies for it.They got 4/5 instead of 5/5 because they cannot control what stock they do and don't get in and when. When they do get it in, it's not very much of it. I waited a whole month for Pokemon party supplies to come in, I showed up the noon of their supposed delivery day and 3/4th of the Pokemon stuff was GONE already. (I plan to try again one last time this week before the party happens.)Customer service 5/5Variety 5/5Prices 4/5Inventory stock 3/5Overall 4/5
Eric Wilkinson: They filed for bankruptcy and it shows.
Liss McQ: A little small. And not everything was stacked. However it’s really nice and staff are friendly!
Daniel Jensen: Stopped in the store for some birthday supplies including some balloons. I was the only person in the store at the time and asked if I could get 4 simple balloons filled. The lady behind the counter said they were too busy filling orders and would have to come back in 4 hours to get the balloons. I skipped the balloons and purchased the other items. The problem I had was that no one was filling any balloons while I was in the store. How much time would it have taken to fill 4 balloons? Disappointing service.
Dena Walker: Terrible service. I was here and picked my bundle and then a line came and he put me to the side. 4 customers later he then airs my balloons. I'm sorry, I was here FIRST. Absolutely unacceptable. When I asked him about him, said that's bc I added balloons. What?!
Letha Whitelow: Oder was mixed up and was not ready for pick up
Kevin Smith: The best
Shana Garrett: To be fair, I shopped the Sunday before Mardi Gras and they had no Mardi Gras stuff left at all. Even the st patty’s stuff was mostly gone. The prices are insane… $9 for a handful of fake coins, $8 for one string of green beads that said st Patrick’s day on them. The kids who “work” there were standing around talking about some girl at school trying to fight them. The story was entertaining but if they could work while they talk, that’d be great. Instead the three people in line just stood there waiting for their story time to end.
Tammy Weaver: Went in for ideas for an upcoming bday party in May and had a lot to choose from and in stock. Will be back to this location soon.
Britteney Ofodile: Literally store is empty and employees are rude
Paul Mueller: Very friendly workers order was ready when we arrived. Birthday went well!
Teresa Henry: Love this place for events decor etc it's my go to
Tanizha Jordan: Legit always has everything we look for
Nikki Mcdonald: I needed a cowboy hat for my son and checked several stores but my God the prices were so high one of the hats was 18$ but the other colored hats every color by that was 8$ so not bad.
Ollie Seals: This location, I ordered online but employees canceled my order 2 times. I know employees are hard to find. 🙃🙃🙃
Lauren Wenger: Just an average retail experience. The checkout line is always long because they only have one employee at the cashier register.
Brittany Itro: I deliver orders and often I have to pick up from this location. The kids that work here are an unfortunate bunch for the most part. They are on their phones and walk around like they are inconvenienced. It gives me little hope for the younger generation of workers. I do want to mention that I have had one of the managers go above and beyond getting an order filled for me and she was lovely. If only they all cared as much as she did.Make sure you plan for a pickup or delivery hours prior to your event because I often have to wait for an order to be filled even though pick up time has passed. I've had better balloon service from Dollar Tree.
Brittany Kitson: So many things with no price tags... im not playing a guess game.
Frank S: Lots of variety and a good place to go for all your Halloween needs.
Jake Cox: Eddie Murphy's party all the time should play on repeat while we shop
Stacey: Could use more than one employee but I will say that one employee was working her behind off . Store was clean and well stocked .
