Scott Thompson: Bad customer service experience at the FedEx print counter today. The gentleman at the counter seemed more interested in making excuses and blaming the upcoming shift change. I would not rely on this location. Left and went over to the Kinkos/FedEx on South Grand and I was in and out with the same project in less than two minutes.

I was chastised for not specifying what size I’d like the sewing instructions to be, so they assumed and printed the pattern AND the instructions on blueprint-sized paper. When the worker helping me got her supervisor, I was told that it was my fault that I didn’t specify the size to print the instructions. This was my first time printing anything, how is this my fault when it’s their expertise? Do their workers not look at the files beforehand if there’s no size specification? There’s only the option to choose the size of ONE file, not multiple. HiTec knocked $50 off my order for a grand total of $34 for a simple sewing pattern… something that should’ve been much cheaper, without the gaslighting.

Larry C: We were part of their program went fine as long as we stayed on their maint program. Anytime we dropped off our machine would immedatly have issues. I believe they are controlling these wifi machines causing them to disfunction when not on program.

Sunil Gill: Once you give them business they will leave you stranded. Buy new machines mean new business they will give you good service. After sale service is terrible beyond limits. Stay away you can have your apps running better without them, with them they won't work at all because now you can't even update by yourself anymore and they are never available.

The Konica-Minolta color copiers we've leased from them are workhorses. I've used several different major brands of copiers over the past 25 years and have never seen this level of quality and durability. When they do require service, SumnerOne is on it fast with very professional service techs. These techs not only take care of the immediate problem, but they PM the systems to take care of any other issues that might be coming up in the near future. Because they do this, I don't place nearly the number of service calls as I used to on previous vendors equipment. Finally, our rep Kati does a fantastic job getting us the equipment and services that we need. I highly recommend SumnerOne.

I came to the store with a few items that I needed boxes for and to pack so that I could ship them via USPS (already had the USPS shipping labels.) I walk in and paused so I could determine where in the store the print/ship area was, and the older woman at the checkout begins loudly yelling at me while she was waiting on someone. She wanted to know what I was doing as if I shouldn't even be in the store. I informed her I was looking for the print/ship area, and she asks me why. I explained I needed to get some things packed and drop off for USPS shipping. She rudely tells me they don't do that. I explained I had done it before at many other locations and and that the website clearly stated they did. She then continued to be rude and said "well then why don't just go back there so they can tell you don't do it." Of course they did offer all those services and a manager actually helped me with everything. He did apologize for her behavior and that was good, but seriously she needs to be fired.
