Its not my normal practice to write a review like this. I am in business and understand one off mistakes/oversights. Its life and every business has them. The critical mistakes entailing misrepresentations of our company to prospective clients were to big of blunders not to go unnoticed and without accountability.

Greg Lauver: We've been working with Sapper for years now as they have consistently delivered solid ROI and have been responsible for establishing new business relationships with us that have carried on for years as well. It took a fair amount of time for us to first realize positive ROI, but once you build that momentum and Sapper understands you and your business better over time you fall into a great rhythm. They've got good tools for managing lead quality and we've historically had great account managers.
James Coler: Stay away. After four months of over 37000 emails to over 8000 contacts we received exactly 0 leads. The only offer was to lock us in for 90 more days of services we had to pay for up front. When we declined we were stuck with the full 45 day cancellation.Be warned, work their terms before you agree to anything. Any reputable company would offer to let you pay in the rears for leads after putting up such a poor performance.

Nia Asanza: If you have any ounce of standard for a company, you will be severely disappointed with Sapper.The incompetency from the get-go should have been a tell-tale sign of how the rest of the engagement would go. The sales team is slick, speaks well, and promises leads they can't deliver on.The onboarding team and first account manager botched our initial strategy and targeted people who we explicitly told them not to, including organizations in our same industry. A month in, we figured this out, and told them exactly who we should be targeting. We were promised a speedy "new strategy" which was not launched until 2 months later.They place a lot of the blame of their failure on "domain health" and "deliverability issues" but it's 100% much deeper than that. Do not trust these people to deliver you quality leads, again, especially if you are seeking higher ticket clients. They won't.Every single lead that has been delivered to us has not only lacked quality, but lacked context. We have caught Sapper randomly booking meetings with unqualified leads that did not agree out of pure desperation to meet a quota.Hilariously enough, the account manager encouraged us to send in our 45 day notice and said she WOULD NOT blame us at all if we wanted to cancel after our atrocious experience.
Omar J.: We were promised around 10 appointments after the first month. We spent $10,092 over 4 months for 4 actual appointments when we should have received 30 leads. Don't trust their guarantees or their cancelation policy; its like pulling teeth. Worst experience with a lead gen company I have used and I have used a lot of them.

wendy Simmons: Our experience has been up and down from the beginning. Since starting almost 2 years ago we've had 5 account managers. Two were excellent and the rest don't do their jobs. We pay $2k/month for outbound campaigns and I can't get them to send any. The last on they sent was in Nov. '22 and it is now it's 2/25/23. I've escalated to management and it doesn't help. The staff is indifferent and doesn't care. They just go through the motions, but don't really get the work done. They take their payment every month, but don't actually do the work they're getting paid to do.
