Taylor Hessling: Some of the nicest, cleanest, smooth running well maintained equipment I've ever used!!! And I use alot being in construction. Top of the line lifts with top notch employees, mechanics and owner around. Even took their lift safety training! Their owner taught the class and was thee most informative teacher I've ever had. He cared about the men and women operating his equipment, he cared dearly of his employees and their families and bottom line just cares!! Not just about the equipment but about the people having to operate these things!! I thought I knew a little something about lifts going into the class but I knew nothing and now after his training and thoughtfulness, I am very comfortable and confident operating them. Also learned all the different emergency let down procedures on how to safely and correctly lower the lifts in an emergency from the ground if something happens to the operator operating the equipment I can now safely bring the lift down and confident I will be able if an emergency ever happens around me!!!! Great company!!! Great people!!! Great equipment!!! Just great great great!!! If anyone is looking to rent equipment, trust me!! Get it from Patriot!!! Thanks for the eye opener class!! I seriously think about you and the guys at your shop I met every day I see 1 of your lifts out on the job!! Lol!! Ben: I was about to purchase a dolly online when this old geezer at my work (a courier company) recommended this place. He bought from them years ago and they always took care of his maintenance with great service. I took his advice, and boy am I glad that I did. They sold me a used convertible dolly at a great price and stood behind their work when I began having wheel trouble that very week. Justin (main guy/owner) told me that if he couldn't put new ones on, he'd refund it completely. He ended up throwing on a new set of wheels free of charge, and these ones came with breaks! Lesson learned, listen to your elders when they go on and on about quality craftsmanship!

Charlie Grissom: My father took our skid steer in for a service and a quote on some other items. When the skid steer left our possession(to bobcats delivery driver) it was running fine. After a $3000 bill that was paid before return. Our skid steer returned to us un usable and after many attempts to contact they refuse to do anything. The skid steer smokes and hardly runs which the driver could attest to was not the case when it was picked up. Very disappointed would not do business here ever again. If you’re not a big contract they don’t much care about you.

Brian Swain: I'll give it two stars because the guys at the front counter were nice and helpful. That's where the good service ended. Took them over an hour to load a 20-foot trailer. The big Mexican guy with 20 years of experience he said has no clue what he is doing and wanted to fight me. Unbelievable. All I wanted was for him not to put all the weight on the back of my trailer since it is a bumper pull not a gooseneck. I guess if I spoke Spanish I would get better service. SMH

Colt Roderick: We bought a 2019 E85 excavator that was advertised with a quick coupler and we received the machine and it did not have one on it. I called Bobcat of St.Louis and talked to Jerry the manager and he explains i got such a good deal on the machine that i can just buy a coupler. I have bought two excavators in a year and a halfan E85 and E35 horrible customer service.
