Bellefontaine Conservation Area: what do users think?
Carlese Nicole: Really wish they would build a non staff outside shooting range like most other conservation areas have in Missouri with paper and steel targets I dislike driving a hour and 30 minutes away just for a decent area to practice my rights and training with my firearms
Johnny King: I fill like I'm In the wilderness ,quite early In the morning.
Eddie Current: Very nice area to visit
jovan williams: Awesome 👍
Kelly Cherry: I love it its peaceful
Bill Medlock: Fav fishing lake. Catch u a bass too
Ronald Jefferson: Great sceneries
Eric Suedmeyer: No one seems to be able to read, only one pond is open to public fishing but everyone fishes at the ones posted no fishing! Police sit in pRking lot but don't enforce the rules , in fact they drive on paths that are marked for no vehicle traffic place is a joke!
Veronica Mosby: Peace
Linda Shay: It doesn't have much to do there, it has a path that you can ride on and I've seen people flying drones there.
stacey moore: Nice place to walk dogs and get away from it all..
Seth Allar: A very large grassland area comprising of 100+ acres and 4 ponds. One is for fishing. I looked for wild mushrooms, as the pamphlet states it is alright, but could not find any. Perhaps it's not wooded enough.
Davoe Dezell: Nature😇
Beth Wood: Lots to do
Eddie Williams: Very nice area
Steve Medlock: There's bass here
Travis Hill: A good place
Aaron brummell (Kraven!): Very natural surroundings you can actually find peace of mind in here I have even seen the eagle or two in these areas
Aj Jj: nice place for a picnic
yogirlbe poping: Love the pool
Melvetta Johnson: Nice

Missouri Conservation Department: what do users think?
Anthony Scopino: I spoke with Todd about some mole traps that were tripped and still in the ground,( 1 week),The guys we paid,$150.00;never came back and not responding to text or VM.Todd explained what to do and was very helpful.
Jennifer Waellner: Spoke with a very nice lady about a situation in which the property owner was going to relocate 20 racoons from riverfront property over 50 acres in the Arnold/Fenton area. Just because of a woman who just moved in and doesn't live here full time anyways. She was so empathetic and really great at listening to me explain the situation. She even went and asked one of the conservation agents if there was anything that they could possibly do like come out and talk to the woman and she told me some great advice. I took that information and in addition to the information that I had gathered to the owner the owner is no longer going to take the raccoons to Arnold City Park. So thank you so very much! Apparently the complainer has been evicted from multiple RV parks because she has complained so much LOL!
Brian Dunn: Very helpful agent. Spoke with Bud regarding permits.

Columbia Bottom Conservation Area: what do users think?
L. Smith: Needs ground maintenance.
Matt Staszewski: There's absolutely nowhere to go hiking anymore either. And everything is overgrown including neglected. Why is the visitor center never ever open? The only still in existence is a boat ramp. Who is responsible for maintenance? I would fire them all.
Martin Flores: Magnifica
Joe H: Confluence Trailhead is here but it’s broken up and overgrown a bit. However not totally inaccessible. Perfect hiking to see the river edge or for peace and quiet. I’d recommend going in winter, to cut down on possible tick exposure.
Brandon Jarrett: Great dove hunting
Ishea Young-Taylor: I hate giving one star reviews but its the truth. Its so dessert looking, weeds over grown and ofcourse the welcome center was closed and nobody answered the photo. A lot of the trails was closed/blocked off and the gravel roads or horrific. They gravel has been kicked around so much that ur just riding on bumpy pavement. I'm sure in the spring and summer its beautiful but for the fall season its a waste of time.
David Matthews: Great photo opportunity in the summer
Thomas Baker: My fault. Procrastinated and came to late for sunflowers and confluence trail appeared washed out. Disappointing but not their fault 🤷🏻‍♂️
Linda Dalton: The place is closed. No sunflowers in any of their fields. So disappointed!
Christine Lampe: Drive forever for nothing. Complete waste of time.
Benjamin Hoover: always a beautiful place to explore
Praveen Ellappa: Nice sunflower field and its free!!
LEAH “QUEEN OF BROKEN HEART'S”: Love the 🌻🌻🌻.. n the man I call my KING 👑 my luv
Shreenivas Patil: Awesome place, must visit! Don't miss sunflower season starting in July till Aug mid. Drive till the end to river/boat area to complete your trip. Lot of stops in between to take pictures. Never miss the sunset, it's mind blowing experience. Place is very calm, free of pollution with less crowd. You can capture lot of nature scenic pictures. Try to be on sunny day and at least one hour before sunset. Gate closes after sunset, so plan your trip accordingly. No entry free. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. A must go places, try it to enjoy the beautiful nature and river view. Thanks for reading this comment.
Nikkidemus Phenoix: Fun, mind the bees and bugs, lots of people, but amazing opportunity for stunning photos. Thanks for planting all these beautiful flowers and helping the bees!
Michael Kiffmeyer: Beautiful!!
Eldrick Hewitt: It's very peaceful
TDH Reviews: Didn't spend much time here. Vistor center looked closed. I need research more and come back.
Ellis Smith: It's an better place to put my boat in. I can get to that hot spot I located last year.
Mark T: Stopped in for a hike of a now non-existent trail which was lots of fun and glad I did it in the winter as I ended up doing a lot of bush whacking.
Wrenchin Nerd: Came out to walk the confluence trail but the road to the trailhead was locked and with a 3 year old the extra mile that would have added made it impossible, pretty disappointed
