Our lawns are well maintained and snow removal is great. My neighbors are great. Parking is not an issue in section 1.Have rented the clubhouse each of the past two years and had many compliments on the facility.The pool could be cleaner.Very accessible with enough seating.Our new exercise room offers five machines and weights. Free to use👍Condo fees are fairly high because our complex is fifty years old.

Adela Dervisevic: Terrible. I am beyond disappointed with these condos. We have been living here for about 5 years. Every year the association fee goes up! Our hallway is beyond filthy. The rugs need to be changed and the walls need to be painted. The rude lady at the board betting told me “you need to ask a year in advance & it’s over 4K to paint” excuse me the amount of money they take from each condo that’s 4 is more then enough! If the maintenance is not going to do what people are paying for then we shouldn’t pay as much of an association fee. They NEVER have the bags filled for the dogs so why should we pick up? There is trash everywhere! The pool is not maintained during the summer. Parking is very very limited yet you can’t park on the street? They never mow the lawn they only maintain the office area before moving here take a walk around the condos it’s a mess! Spend your money somewhere else on rent or mortgage because this place is probably not worth it! Parking is beyond terrible management dose not care. I’ve complained a number of times & nothing is never done. Not to mention the lady at the pool plays music so loud while others are trying to relax. Maybe you should move or stay at your house to play music & when she comes with her 5 kids & just throws the floaties in the water and lets them sit there in everyone’s way. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Not worth the stress nor time. Terrible!

Steve Sweeney: Lived in this dump for 7 years. The units were nice, but certain people could let their dogs bark 24 hours a day, hog laundry rooms, and even steal assigned parking spaces. If you complain and even have proof, you are labeled a trouble maker. The condo board takes your money and that's it. I would rather have a cardboard box than live in that dump again.

MaryJane Millner: We have resided here 6 years now. I would just caution anyone looking to buy here to question anything they are told by the Manager or the Board. There is no security on the premises, altho they do have a few antiquated cameras. When things go missing and you ask to review tape it is unavailable. There are constant elevator issues as well as water damage issues. The Manager and Board make all decisions without consulting the owners. We recently had a fire in the building utility and storage area and I was told by a Board Member I shouldn’t question how it started. It happened in March and we have still not been informed of the cause, altho I was able to secure a copy of the Fire Report on my own. An insured contractor accidentally tore our Canvas Canopy and his insurance company paid the claim. Our Board took down the Canopy and it’s supports and on their own decided to put up large “4466” numbers in it’s place. If it weren’t so pitiful, it would be funny! I understand many residents requested the Canopy be put back.We had a flood in the Managers 3 room area, Feb/March this year as well and in the Lobby and I think our Library/Meeting Room. Not one word had been sent to owners on what caused the damage, the costs of it, or when it is scheduled for repair. The Board does not email us with any information or ask for our input.Rarely does the Board meet and when they do it is not at a time convenient for most working people; as often as not, the Board cancels their meetings. At least two of our current Board Members are too ill to serve and one no longer lives here but neither have resigned.The “Building’s Preferred Contractor” has cursed me screaming and lunging at me in the East parking lot saying my husband “touched/hit” his truck! I had to call the police over this and to my knowledge the Manager nor Board has never said a word to him and he is still the building’s “ Preferred Contractor” and recommended by the Manager to all new people. My husband is in his 80’s, uses a walker and is a quiet, kind soul. This incident in the parking lot left my husband shook up for months. . . . . . . it just left me bewildered and angry. I sure learned what RAGE looks and feels like . . . It is scary!My final story is of the building itself damaging my cherrywood floors by water that leaked from something the building itself is responsible for.Their response to me has been they will only replace the damaged wood altho their own flooring contractor and at least 10 flooring companies I have contacted can get any of this flooring to replace my damaged floor. 13 months later I am stuck with a damaged floor & just being ignored. I know I can hire an attorney or turn it into my own insurance company but if I damaged anyone in the building I would be liable for the damage and rightly so. Why is Executive House not liable to replace my flooring is the question I cannot get answered and they have acknowledged it was their fault ??Buyer beware would be my final word and good luck🙃😉

Robert Tobey: Upscale residential condo/apartment high rise. Very clean, well run facility with friendly staff. Private parking and nice outdoor pool. It's in the heart of the west end, walking distance to Forest Park, BJC, many bars and restaurants.

Barbara Besse-Morris: My parents live here. The building is meticulously clean and decorated very nicely during all the holidays and all season long. The staff is very helpful and friendly and courteous. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of my parents. The only issue I have experienced or heard of is the fact that if you have someone that can do work on your place independent of the person recommended from there, there seems to be an issue. I think people should be allowed to have whoever they want in their home to fix any issues or repair anything that they need without being bullied .
