He was thrown many curveballs along the way. I told him I would be okay if he couldn't get that restart issue fixed. But he researched diligently and said he just couldn't return a computer that wasn't working properly. He was very communicative about the whole process and I learned a lot about my computer. I explained what problems I was having and the type of lap top I had and the owner was very honest and said based upon the type of computer, there was really nothing I could do. He gave me some suggestions on what I should look for and suggested I go talk to the people at a computer store. I went to the store, I also decided to take in my computer for them to look at and... he was absolutely correct. There was nothing that could be done and I was able to negotiate a deal on a new computer to do what I needed.This man spent about a half hour with me on the phone and wanted no money but was extremely helpful. I would recommend you call him if you have a computer issue! Very satisfied.
