Scott Long: Very poor service. Machines are constantly broke and not fixed for days. The worse is they stock the machines with warm sodas in the front. Theydo not put them behind the existing cold drinks. Very poor service all around.

When they do finally fill the machine, it is with WARM sodas and drinks. Do not expect to get a cold drink if you are using this place as a vendor. Also, alot of the times they have old products in the machine.I can not recommend this company.
Mike Hasamear: Very inconsistent. There are times we are empty of product for days at a time. We also have issues with expired products being put in the machine and those expired in the machine are not removed. Our machines are in a place of business and this is embarrassing when customers encounter these issues.

Tiffany VanZant: There is no telling how much money this company has missed out on because their vending machines are junk. I’d say about 80% of the time that I try to get a soda, it won’t accept my card. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card. It works perfectly fine everywhere else. I’m not the only person this happens to either. I’ve heard other people complain about this same issue. And no, I RARELY carry cash on me. The machine has a card reader, so it should work!Any time I have a craving for a soda and decide to go to the machine it’s like I’m gambling. The odds are stacked against me that I’ll walk away with one, but I still try anyway because there is that small chance that the machine might work that day. I typically walk away disappointed. This company is not only letting their customers down, they are letting themselves down. This is a horrible business practice and they are missing out on massive amounts of profit. Fix your machines so you can take my money!! This is so frustrating!
John H.: Very frustrated with the person they have servicing our machine. I am often unable to leave the building I work in and would like to make more frequent use of their machines. The young man they have stocking the machines does not seem to have any logic behind what he does. We run out of Red Bull and Monster within days of it being filled but he continues to stock it with things no one drinks. I think I saw 4 rows of Sprite and I have never seen anyone drink a sprite here. We are working early and overnight shifts. We need caffeine. And in the snack machine, he jumped up the prices from 1.10 for a pathetic skinny little Hershey's bar to 1.85 overnight. No rhyme or reason as to why. It is not as if the candy bar suddenly increased in mass.

Michael Owens: These people ruined me , I started working here after quitting my job for this company and they used me!!! No training was given to me until they fired me for not doing my job. Then rehired me because I sent a long email explaining there was no training provided the first month I worked, just other employees having their way with me. So when I came back on the job for a week with the trainer they fired me again with a phone call telling me I don’t have to come back without reason. Then they told me I move too slow , but it was all a lie. This company has old men that’s holding on to their jobs I don’t think this place is for a young black man to thrive.
Loud Cloudz: Moldy coffee machines, broken bottle soda machine, and a snack machine that is never stocked and when they do stock it they fill the whole with the same 3 items.Horrible management and staff
Kisha Cole: This is a company for the good old boys if you’re not a good old boy you get treated like trash disrespected the only people who time get respected is Caucasian.
Jennifer Jaster: We are constantly having issues with expired food, the food rack not being put back into proper place for dispensing and the machine not accepting money for goods to be dispensed. Everytime we call, they take the name, number and a phone call is never returned upon request.

Shantal Alexander: Worst Management team ever, they have totally the worst communication skills I have ever witnessed, that weird lady Dawn invited me to a meeting, then some other older manager guy invited me to a meeting all while not communicating with each other and wasted my valuable time & gas I really don’t know what they were trying to do at this point but communication is key 🔑

Buster: I am disgusted with the quality of their sandwiches. I got one with mold on it. This is the second time this has happened. If you have one of these at your work do not eat this food. The driver was also the rudest person I think I've ever dealt with. This company is horrible.
Zachary Raineri: The guy refilling it was just throwing the trash on the floor (no he did not come and pick it up. He was attempting to throw it behind the machine and missed). I couldn't believe it and people were right there waiting to use it on their break. The guy was also stopping to look up fantasy sports stats to tell whoever he was on the phone with while people were waiting. Card reader doesn't work 60% of the time
Paul Baxter: Worst company ever!! If your not part of the click then you get screwed. Only 3 guys treat you well Jimmy D, Justin and Eric. Jim lawless is a rat and if he feels threat by you he will work with the Horrible Dawn in the office to bounce you out. The most poorly ran business I have ever been apart of!!!so glad I was able to find other work during a pandemic.You have been warned.

Arrick Powers: Machines have been without lights for three months now. Started in August and in September , October I saw the technician filling the machines and ask them to put in a work order to have lights installed and here we are mid November and still no lights. The funny thing is they are getting 100% from from the machines. As soon as I get time I'm replacing them.

Richard Ware: It is impossible to get a refund for a soda machine that stopped working.The guy that stocks the machine comes early in the AM and has a nasty attitude and does not want to answer questions pertaining to refunds etc.
Madison havel: They seem to be an incompetent company who can't manage anything. When you have a scheduled Wednesday call to try to get them to restock, fix, or replace a vending machine it gets tiring. They apparently don't keep records or have amnesia because they can't remember the dozen times I've called. If it were my decision I would pull our contract. I don't recommend working with them unless you wan't to call every week to make them do what they said they would do.
