D’Jon Mi Amor: WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! The fabric I ordered was not the fabric I received! Refuse to give shipping label to ship back item! Terrible customer service! I now have to scramble for fabric for my customer and her prom is next week!
Kefa Dixon: Very poor service, they are too understaffed to answer phone, our order was wrong and only half there. Overall we will never use again.
Donald Harris: something bad has happened to their customer service and shipping. They said they would ship my order three days later. It took them two weeks, and instead of shipping it out of the nearby St. Louis office, they shipped out of the California location. The merchandise is very good, but don't expect prompt service or even being able to talk with them on the phone.

yvette hara: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEThis e-com is extremely out of date. I never received any of my orders because after I placed it I didn't get any email updates.You're better off skipping this fabric store especially if you're Canadian. Nicole isn't helpful and based on the Yelp reviews it seems like I wasn't the only one to not receive an order.
Indy Marie: While in St. Louis I thought I could stop by for a visit... Don't try that. It is not a retail store. However, the online deals are incredible. Find off high quality fabrics at pennies on the dollar. I'm not sure how they do it, but they've got me hooked.
Misty Lagermann: I have ordered several times(12-13 different fabrics) from this company. Fabrics are great quality and prices. I wish they had better sample pictures though. Hard to see finer details of fabrics in photos. Staff is great and never had a problem with shipping, 8-10 days as opposed to 14+ days from a big national chain store.
G. W.: Terrible experience! I placed my order on the 1st and received it on the 14th. I emailed the company to find out where and when my order will arrive; never responded. Terrible company in the world of customer service. Unacceptable and will never order from them again.
mringate: I have twice ordered fabric and will do so again. The first order was for three remnants of 3 - 5 yards from their discount inventory. Two days after my order, I received an email that it had shipped FedEx, with a delivery date. The order arrived on time and I am happy with the quality of the fabric and delighted with the values.The second order included one remnant and two cuts from their regular inventory. I had essentially the same experience. Prompt notification, shipping, and delivery of good quality fabrics and very good prices.

mac2nite99: Have to ignore the no truck signs to get here. But easy to find and more room in the back than I thought there would be by looking at the satellite pics. Loaded and out the door in 45 minutes.
Larry Minth: Besides cloth material they also recycle plastic from CDs & the plastic sleeves of CDs that you cannot put in the blue container or take to other recycling centers. Let's keep stuff from landfills.
Harmony Delong: I was looking for an alternative, more sustainable place to donate some old clothes that were not suitable for wearing. They weren't dirty, just old and faded, and I didn't think they were good enough quality for the Goodwill. I found Remains through a Google search. I wasn't able to tell from the website if they accepted donations from the general public, so I gave them a call. Someone promptly answered and told me where I could drop off the clothes. I pulled up to the location, and there was a happy, yellow house-shaped structure with a flap door to put donations in. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'll bring more clothes there in the future.
Sandeep Athwal: Shipping docks are on the back side of the building, quick loading. Have to go through no truck route when you are close to the place. Drive with patience because it is bit tricky to reverse.
