Manuela Jimenez: Today, We took a tour at Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate factory. St. Louis Family owned since 1981, It was a short but fun experience. We got to know their background and history, which is very interesting. Something to highlight is that, while on the tour, We were observing their staff hand-decorating each truffle individually(that makes them unique and special). The rich aroma in the facility is amazing! We also got to taste some of their samples (for free) high quality chocolate with different flavors(delicious) It’s a great activity for kids, The prices are reasonable for higher-end chocolate. You can also purchase discounted, imperfect bags of candies still delicious. ms tolc: I bought a box of 6 milk chocolate 🍫 covered strawberries. They need to reduce the amount of coco in the milk chocolate. Milk chocolate is to have a smooth taste and over powered by the ingredients it's made with. The strawberries weren't as fresh. I was not a fan of Bissiger's, I like the other company. The old company kept me coming back and forth from Illinois because of the richness taste and fresh strawberries. It's definitely a BIG difference in the taste! Friendly staff and clean location. The ladies were steady at working for a small space.

Love the chocolate covered candied oranges and in the summer months go in for the fresh fruit chocolates around my birthday in July they have fresh raspberries, I have not been able to find another place in St. Louis that sells fresh fruit chocolates in summer months.

Miriam Brundage: Customer service was awful. The shop keeper wouldn't sell me the correct items I wanted, that were clearly available on display. Shopkeepers also violated their own Covid-19 policies by allowing guests to cram the tint storefront. The items I did end up purchasing were not of the quality i have come to expect from Bissingers- I have been a long time customer of Bissingers and I am afraid I will not be making further purchases as a result of this.
