Honey Hilton: I stopped going to wingstop years ago and recently started back. I’ve now been to this location over 12 times in the last few months and it’s ALWAYS fresh and right! I think the key is to order at the store and wait. Yes the staff can look unprofessional but I swear they are on top of everything and they care about the product and service, at least that’s what I’ve seen and received. I tried Watson road but they’re always out of ranch because they don’t make the ranch like they’re supposed to, and my first and last visit with them the wings were days old tasting. I’m hooked on wingstop at the moment as you can tell by the # of my visits,LOL. But it’s only been bc they are done right each & every visit.

Lizz Lizz: Not gonna lie literally the best Wingstop I have had in a while. I placed my order and I swear it was done in like 10-15 mins. It was hot and fresh, cooked just right, and the staff was friendly and fast. Couldn’t ask for better service

Bailey Dawson: They were out of the corn and instead of letting me know they charged me and sent me home without it and only when i came back did they refund the product which should have been done from the get go. They chose to put the corn seasoning on my fries too which i did not ask for. Incompetence at its finest.

Robert Wilhelm: ok, i’ve had it. i’ve given this location enough chances. regularly screw up the order. they’re never on time. tonight, though, i caught that they had missed 1 of 2 fries and an extra ranch. they took the receipt out from behind the register (cause they don’t let you have it to check your food), yet still forgot both the orders of veggies.we will be going to the watson location from now on.

Shannel Samuel: This used to be my favorite location. It's a bad look when the employees have their own personal table with their personal items (combs, phones, etc) everywhere and they don't wash their hands before returning to work. One customer complained about waiting 30 mins for an 8 piece and I waited 45 mins for my order. I ordered before I left the house, arrived 20 mins later, and still had to wait for almost 30 mins. I guess I'm back to taking my chances at the Lindell location or just go out of town and have Wingstop because the STL locations are struggling...

Michelle Hopper: Hands-down, absolutely the worst Wingstop I have ever been to in my entire life! The girl at the front taking my order was one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. Her name on the receipt said Nicole. She needs a new job because she obviously cannot handle the public in the correct manner. I asked three times for my food to be well done and they could not comply with that order. The tables were absolutely filthy. When I did get my food I left and will never return. I hope upper management of Wingstop reads these reviews.
