Albretch Mueller: In addition to all that has been said these people are not just stealing people's money (I am very careful and quite honestly it has never happened to me because I loudly remind them what the change should be), but apparently when they can't, they just mess with your transfers by not sending it in the currency you specified (which I fixed with WU with a call right on the spot at the moment). They are messing with people as perpetrators under the orders of the government. They are being notified to have that place ready before I even get there to start with their skits, turning the place into a circus each time I come in.

Wanda Mason: Was in there today trying to cash a insurance check. She glanced at the check and said we don't cash checks that's more than a week old. Honey I received it in the mail,then she says as a matter of fact it's ten days old. When I lived in the area I use to cash my checks and pay my bills here ,the only reason I was over there in the first place because the one on Jefferson is closed. I liked her much better and she was friendlier. Very unprofessional and I will never go in there again.

BestHotboi NA: Walked up and previous customer's money order was just sitting at the glass. She then told me that they couldn't cash my check because they've never cashed from them before. If thats the case, the only checks they must cash must be from their own company! Just lazy.

Renee Flowers: I’ve been to this location on several occasions with doing business for myself or just waiting for someone else and the Unprofessionalism is consistent. This place has some of the most unprofessional customer service ever. ( especially the senior lady) where are the name tags? The women here has absolutely no people skills, they intentionally take their time when handling customers. When asking them any questions it’s like you’re bothering them and their responses are very short and nonchalant..(unbelievable)The gentleman that works there is the only sigh of relief you get when trying to accomplish business without chaos and go on with your day. Who else would have a magnet for employing this many people with identical personalities and terrible attitudes. At this point I’m thinking this is a all family/friend business and nothing will change considering how long this has been going on. The women here are just way to comfortable with their behavior. I’ve read quite a few of the reviews and the majority of them are very poor. This place has been around for a lot of years and it’s taking for granted. Please improve this, this location has a lot of potential.
