Minnick Surveying, LLC: what do users think?
Mark A. Meyers: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Value
Nick Vail: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessI called them a year after our survey to re-stake one of our property lines for a fence. They were very helpful in getting this done for me. I would definitely use them again!
Holley Reuter: Like the other guy they are not interested in small jobs.
Michelle Balducci: They provided an elevation certificate and land survey for me last month. They were very professional and did the job quickly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.
Michael Shelley: Is not accepting "new" projects, and would not refer me to anyone. Not helpful at all.

Pangea Group: what do users think?
Mertcan Sensoy: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Diane Turman: I get gas here
Gary Scott: Great place to work
Billind Darwish: Worked for Pangea for over four years. Its one of the best companies I worked with in my 25 years career. A friendly culture and a professional management.
Stephen Lennartz: I've had the pleasure of working with Pangea Group over the years-- both as a client and as a consultant. They performed surveys for my new homes over the years and were great to work with--prompt and professional. As a consultant I worked hand-in-hand with the Pangea team to prepare proposals, websites, and other marketing materials. They are great to work with and highly focused on delivering high quality services for their clients-- with quality and safety as top priorities. Highly recommended.
Jeffery Shepherd: Critical:Professionalism,QualityThis company does not pay there bills! Almost 6 months now and still haven’t got paid from a job on Savannah river site in Augusta Ga, Along with several other sub contractors! They promise you the world at the beginning, pay you some of your money to keep you happy then they disappear! Crooks
Michael Lumetta: Your Professional Roofer did a small flat roof flashing job for a total of $1650.00 in January. The then project manager promised us payment by March 9th. This after many calls and emails to accounts payable with ZERO response. Left numerous messages for Eillen in payables and Mark the manager with ZERO response! It is now March 17th....if you are just a small sub contractor, don't work for these folks!SO as it turns out there was a change in the project management and previous manager neglected to inform me that this was a "I get paid, you get paid" project. As long as things are discussed prior to work, will make exceptions for the small contractor. In fact have done some more work for them and am getting paid promptly!
Justin Neely: Called the company for a quote on surveying to insure our medical marijuana facilites meet DHSS regulations. The head of their survey department simply hung the phone up on me. Rude beyond words.
Roamin' Rich: This company doesn't pay its bills. Avoid, especially if you do subcontract work.
YANGWA BENJAMINI: Pangea

Marler Surveying Co: what do users think?
Lisa Mitchell: Save your money!!!
Nick Bommarito: Nick the technician that came to our home was very professional and knowledgeable. We met outside my home and I explained what my project was and what I wanted. Nick went over and above explaining to me what he was going to do to place markers on my property. The job he explained to me and what he did worked over and above what I expected. Excellent! Thank you Marler Surveying Co. Job well done. Your technician Nick is a real asset to the company. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs your services.
Bridget Donnelly: This crew began digging in my yard without knocking on the door to explain what would happen in the yard. When I asked what was happening, the man became confrontational with me and insisted it was legal (I just wanted to know why they were digging in my yard). This company is unprofessional and treated the home owners with little to no regards. I'd hesitate to think if that's how they treat a homeowner how they conduct business otherwise.
Joe Jackson: Tried to get survey done after 3 months got an appointment to come in and show them what areas I needed surveyed they changed my appointment the afternoon before so I will look for another company to do my survey work very disappointed.
Cyndi Gutierrez: Thank goodness I am not a customer but had to deal with the unprofessional employees surveying a property in my neighborhood. Ignored me when I ask what they were doing in my yard - 3 houses away from the property they were surveying. After my repeated question of what these two men, in no uniform, were doing on my property, they looked up, rolled their eyes and rudely said looking for a property marker. Attitude alone would make me never recommend this company. I’m home alone with two strange men on my property and they were so put out to explain why/what they are doing.
Michael Campbell: Great experience! Surveyors were very nice and professional. Kim was very helpful!
Cindi Weiskopf: Unreliable. When I bought this property it was inside privacy fence. I know where the lines are. I also looked it up on land glide. I first called on Monday 6/8. The lady that answered said that they were running two weeks out on surveys. Told her that i wanted it staked and the ground marked. That she would have to pull some information and would call me back. I told her that would be great that I wanted it done the last week of June when I was on vacation. Didn't hear back from them. I called them back on Friday 6/12. A lady again told me that she had to gather information and would call me back. She did. The price was 475.00. She said that she had to have a work order before they could proceed. I told her to mail it to me. I also told her that I wanted to have it done on the last week of the month when I was on vacation. I received the paperwork on the following Wednesday. I took it with the check to their office that same day. I called the Monday when I was on vacation to seeday they had me scheduled. I was told they had me down for Monday 7/6. The day that I had to return to work. I asked if I needed to be home when the did the survey. The lady said no. I then received a call on Thursday saying it would be Tuesday 7/7. When i came home on 7/7 i found two stakes in the front one stake in the back corner and a ribbon in the center of my back yard. I immediately called them. The lady said they couldn't find some of the markers. That they had to gather more information and would be back to finish the survey. I called them again 7/10, was tol they were working on it. I callec again 7/14 and was told they would be out 7/16 to finish it. 7/16 i called and was told they would be out 7/17 and that I should pay them then. I said that I got home from work at 4:15. On 7/17 I had a message saying they would be out on 7/20. On 7/20 I was told they would be out on 7/21. I came home on 7/21 to find a new marker which is about 8 feet from the corner, of course that was one they couldn't find. I called as soon as I saw it. They tried to assure me that it was correct, that they had pulled all the paperwork and it "fit like a glove." When I disputed it she had me speak with the person who was in charge. He said they dont mark the ground, just stake it. That the reason i only have three corners markex is because i have a curve. That land glide is wrong. And that I needed to pick up my paperwork and then I would understand what he was talking about.
deerslayinfool 78: Great and professional company. Truly satisfying with results from their workers.
Steven Dods: Marler was selected by my realtor to survey a land lot that we were buying. They were able to get the survey done very quickly during a busy time of the year. The staking was done well - tree's marked in the area the ground stakes were planted to make them much easier to see. They additionally provided excellent detail in the survey maps making notes on observations they spotted while on site. Extremely pleased with the speed and attention to detail.
Paula Karasek: OMG how are these people still allowed to operate? Scam people. Take their money but dont do the work. Please listen..do not use them. You can print a survey...and charge for a stake survey without doing it. What goes around comes around and someday this owner will be scammed and cheated too
Mister Cookrz: Improving every day
Mary Smith: We had a horrible experience. 8 1/2 months to get a survey done. 2 times they sent emails for us to ok and it still had previous owners name on , when we told them she didn't own it any longer. They sent survey over to county and county said they sent back same day and it was approved but when we called they said they hadn't heard back. We always had to call and find out what was going on, they never initiated any calls or followed up on our calls. This is just a small sample of the trouble we had.
Bill Schwein: Wouldn't choose to use them. They wasted our time and when it got to a point where actual thought or effort was required, they bailed out. "we're too busy"... May cost us the sale of a property. Wouldn't be my choice to ever hire them for anything.
Tiffany K: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! READ THE REVIEWS ON BBB. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.On August 16 I paid $950 to Marler Surveying to do a boundary survey on the home I was buying and to this day (over one month) we still have an incomplete boundary survey. This company took my money and didn't do the job. The first time Marler came out they set about 5 stakes in the ground all in a straight line on one side of my property, while leaving the other 3 sides of my property completely untouched! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait a week to see if they would ever come back or say anything and they never did. Shockingly enough, what actually happened was I got the final copy of the enlarged map sent to me saying the survey was completed. I couldn't believe I had paid this company nearly $1,000 for them to survey 1 out of the 4 sides of my property. After multiple phone calls and emails, (a week after their initial visit) I finally heard back from the secretary who said that sometimes they have to do more research so that's probably why they only did one side. How is this so if I had already been sent the final copy? They never let me talk to Marler himself to resolve anything, but he could be heard in the background telling them what to say. After more phone calls from myself and my family members who were livid at this point, Marler realized they got caught and promised to make things right by coming out first thing Monday morning. Come Monday morning they never show up. I took off work to be there for them to fix their mistake and nothing. So on Tuesday I call and ask the secretary why they never showed up and the same lady tells me they never said they would come back out. I couldn't believe the lies from this company! The secretary finally tells me they will come out "as soon as possible" without actually setting up appointment with me or owning the mistakes. So later that week they do finally show up for the second time and set all the stakes, the problem is that on the one side of my property there is an easement, which according to their map, I own the other side of the easement. However, the stakes they set are on the inside of the easement. My guess is so that they could once again take the easy way out and not do their job. At this point things are hectic and I'm moving into this house and I let the whole situation go for a couple weeks waiting on the "real final copy" to come in since apparently the first final copy they sent wasn't the real one and it never shows up. So Iast week I call and explain how the stakes are not set correctly according to their map. The secretary says okay and surprisingly acknowledges it that it's wrong and that she will call me back about them coming back out for a 3rd time to fix the issue. It's been 1 week and still no call. So now here we are 6 weeks later with an incomplete boundary survey that cost me $950 and it is basically useless since it is not correctly surveyed. My boyfriend has been on the phone 3 times with them today and they are pretending to not know what we are talking about. Marler still refuses to talk to us himself, yet he continues to talk in the background to his secretary to tell them what to say. As of a few minutes ago the secretary Amy tells my boyfriend "Marler says he won't survey that side of the property unless you want to pay more for him to come back. That's standard procedure." Can someone explain to me why I just paid a load of cash to this company to only survey 3 sides of my property and tell me they need more money to come back out and fix their mistake!? I'm really not sure what to do at this point. All I know is I've been screwed out of a ton of money and this company is not acknowledging or fixing the situation. They are trying to get away with this and from the other reviews I have read on BBB I am not alone here. This can't be allowed to continue. I have never had such an awful experience with a "professional" service. How can these people feel good about scamming people like this??
Connor Potts: I had a hot dog.
Jack Puleo: Marler made promises they could or would not keep. Every time I called to get an update or other information I was told they would call me back. Two or three days later, still no call. They finally told me they would call me next week to put me on the schedule. Precisely the time they promised my survey would be done.I would not recommend using this company.
