Williamsburg Pet Hotel-Suites: what do users think?
Damon Mitchell: Always professional and pet friendly. Never any complaints.
Emma Clemenson: Excellent place! The staff is so nice, made my sweet old dog feel comfortable and welcome and she’s so clean and fluffy after her grooming appointment too! Thank you so much.
Dana Denise: This place is very nice and welcoming. They took great care of my dog & she felt right at home there. Being able to watch her play with the other dogs on the live Webcams was great. My dog is usually pretty nervous when she's not with us, but there she felt safe and did great. With the late check-in and out times, along with the beautiful facility and amazing workers this place is great. I'll be keeping her here again :)
Elayna Adams: I love at how friendly they are and how well they take care of the puppy’s, the grooming is absolutely lovely, I haven’t tried the doggie daycare or the boarding yet but if I ever need too I will be giving them a try. I do know they owners there cuz I work right next door and they have always be nice to us and to anyone they talk too
Jeffrey Schulenberg: We hadn't been to Williamsburg for a couple of months, but when we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with, "Hi Maggie!" It felt like they were greeting their own pet. Maggie is shy, and Williamsburg is the only place that treats her so lovingly. Great staff and facilities, and much appreciated!
Dan Uhlhorn: Every one is so friendly and knowledgeable that it makes the whole experience of leaving our furry family member for the first time a rewarding experience. Thank you so much.
Don Flores: They were very nice and even called to keep me up on how she was doing.
Elizabeth Holowatuk: We couldn’t be happier with this fabulous kennel! They took such great care of our dear Huk! We will definitely be back!!Thank You So Much!!🐾
Kiristen Jefferson: I travel fairly often for work and personal and often use Williamsburg for my 2 fur babies! I’ve even brought them in for doggie daycare a few times as well as all their grooming. I never worry about them when they are in the care of the Williamsburg staff because I know they are being well cared for. They contact me if anything is “off” with my babies and they make sure to inform me ahead of time if their shot records need to be updated (another protection for all pets in their care). The team is always welcoming upon arrival and they offer to help you out to your car upon departure. This place is a little pricer than some others, but from the amenities to the service it’s still a clear choice for me.
Nancy Rosenhauer: This was our first experience. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Stella enjoyed her visit for grooming.
Ryan Bruce: Williamsburg has always taken great care of my dogs over the years. The staff is very friendly and the facilities there are amazing. I would highly recommend them!
Dave Harmon: Best place ever to leave your dog. Doggy Day Camp is perfect. Our dog comes home exhausted from playing all day instead of alone in the backyard. Staff makes an effort to learn about each dog and owner. Very efficient drop and pickup.
Sandy H: Left my lab mix and beagle,/pit/corrie something for 2 days. The were able to stay in the same kennel, own TV, got to participate in day camp & loved it. Very happy to come home but not at all overwhelmed .or anxious. Wanted their water but probably their fav bowls and tastes familiar., and glad to be home. They truly seemed loved and care for. Very professionally run operation..met owner,, seemed hands on and proud of his organization Would highly recommend!🐶😊
Desiree Coleman-Fry: Nice facility, but my pet was sick when I picked her up and proceeded to throw up for the next four days. I’m wondering if they gave her the food that I left for her.
Linda Dessau: Our dogs, Bailey, a Labrador and Hershey a Yorkiepoo, love going to Williamsburg. When we arrive, they rush the door to get in. They are excited to see friends, human and canine, and don’t look back. They have stayed 3 day visits to 3 weeks. They are always happy and healthy when I pick them up. Bailey only came home once injured, from wagging her tail so much she sprained it. 🙄
Denise Dooling: Such an easy process! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our doggie came home happy from playing with his new dog friends.
Stephanie Walsh: I can't say enough good things about Williamsburg! The staff and trainers were so friendly and accommodating! We sent our new puppy there for boarding and training for 10 days. It was the best money spent as she learned so much. I will definitely be using them again for day camp and boarding services.
Leah Carey: Oakley loves going to doggie daycamp 2-3 times a week. He is always greeted by the nicest desk staff! They all know Oakley and greet him and give him a lot of love. He is always anxious to get back to the play area and run around. He is tired when we pick him up and he naps a lot of the evening. Highly recommend Williamsburg.
Patricia Manders: Rowlf and Jolene love coming to day camp at Williamsburg. The staff is friendly and the know my dogs. They race in and can’t wait to play. They are ready to nap when we get home.
Wilka Vincent: Update: second picture is 4 months after this disaster. My doggie is now on hospice and still looks awful from this event. We spent much more on clothes to keep him warm this winter than the $50 refund received from this.2/24. My puppy has now gone on and his hair never grew 😢Update: the owners were very responsive and understanding of my concern and said they will deal with it. We actually have no corcern about my doggie’s stay here, only the grooming.Left my dog here for one night. They offered grooming, and I agreed to a hair cut and bath. I asked for only cutting it with scissors. They gave me back my dog looking like a rat. The groomer said she didn’t take pictures like “she normally would”, and she had to do it because he was too matted. They did not communicate they were going to shave him.He has a complex medical history, he is 15 and has seizures, matts are not a priority for me.
Rena Yin: I have had great boarding experience with Williamsburg pet hotel with my previous dog for years. She had severe separation anxiety and Williamsburg was the only one I'd trust when we had to leave town. Our new dog is very social and usually goes to another day camp near where we live. Yesterday I dropped her off at Williamsburg for the first time for a half day play and she had a blast. When it's time to go home, the staff had a hard time grabbing her because she didn't want to leave so early. That says it all.

Country Acres Pet Resort: what do users think?
Kathleen Lofrano: We love how they care for our dog!
Cheryl Woolsey: We love the friendly staff and excellent environment for our pup!
Sarah M: Sarah took such good care of my Bengal kitten while I was away for a long weekend. I am so impressed, and will definitely be using Country Acres again in the future. Thank you!!
Emily C: I boarded my dog here back in February after another local kennel stated my dog was no longer welcome within 5 minutes of dropping her off. I was so impressed with Country Acres! They were able to accommodate my dog being boarded for 4 nights at the last minute (literally hours before I was set to board a plane out of state). They truly care about dogs here. Dogs are in small play groups and are tended to like they are their own! They even gave my dog a special topper on her food since they noticed she was not eating (she can be picky about eating especially when stressed). They gave her a bath and a cute Valentine's themes bandana at the end. If I am ever back in the STL area this is DEFINITELY who I would be trusting with my furry kids!
Rik Brown: We have been touring multiple cat boarding places in West St Louis County and St Charles County. So far, this is the best we have toured. We plan to utilize it in the not too distant future.
Renee M: They take great care of our very temperamental cat. After several visits, he’s finally warmed up to one staff member and everyone has tried to make him feel comfortable. The kennels are clean and comfortable and the dogs going in always look excited.
Jeremy Paschedag: Great people doing great things
Gypsyskitsogoddess 2: Amazing staff clean and they really love your pet
Catherine Soltesz: We boarded our 4 year old cat here for 3 nights and were very happy with his stay! Sarah was absolutely wonderful, she kept us up to date during Toni’s stay and even sent us home with a “camper card.” Toni was nervous and did not have an appetite so Sarah fed him tuna and wet food to make sure he got food in him. She went above and beyond for Toni and were are very grateful!
Scott Eichacker: Took good care of our cat. 1st experience was very positive.
carrie kattich: They took great care of our baby girl Sassy.
Gail Westerman: This is the best place to board or take your dog for daycare. They are wonderful!!
Chuck Corpening: Sam, our 2 year old Golden Doodle got a great haircut. Friendly and helpful employees.
Sue Becker: Fast convenient service and friendly staff who actually care about your pet. Both of our dogs were happy and kept healthy.
Lydia: They were absolutely amazing. My cat was in very good hands. We will definitely be back again if we need overnight boarding.
Brad Gould: This place is great. Our dogs love it here
Pamela Jensen: They are wonderful loving people.
L Wesche (Foodie): They are such wonderful animal lovers. I trusted them with our 22-yr old cat and she did very well. Total bill was actually less than expected. When we had a dog, he would pull on his leash to go into their building. That speaks volumes.
Val S: I volunteer weekly with the cats and kittens that are available for adoption. The staff and volunteers are all friendly and the animals are treated very well. If you are interested in adopting a pet, please check it out!
Nate Koerner: So many cute kitties and a great staff!
S Fitzpatrick: My little dog stays here when I have to travel and she can't come with me. The staff are all so friendly and obviously enthusiastic about caring for their guests.

No Leash Needed: what do users think?
Mobile Notary St Louis (JWest): I LOVE No Leash Need @ Hampton! The staff are great and my 9 month Lab mix absolutely loves coming here! I love that she is completely exhausted for a couple days after her play day! It's helpful to me and so good for her! She listens better when she's tired and isn't in her puppy mind. Thank you for helping me have a healthy minded pup!
Jena Henderson: The staff at S Hampton are the best!! We have used them twice for long weekend getaways and will consider no other place the next time we travel. I really appreciate them and the care they give our dog Timmy ♡
Samantha Dalton: We did a walk through last week and the girl that took us completely put my mind at ease. When scheduling a evaluation we told the girl at the front desk we do have an appointment for their boardertella but not until may 23rd. She still told us to come in Tuesday the 16th since they had their other shots. When I showed up I got turned away because of not having it. I thought it was weird that she told us to come in before hand, but I have never boarded my dogs and I didn’t know what came with the eval. So needless to say I guess 25 day out from needing a boarder we are on the search of another facility.
Jay Green: I've been bringing my dog in for the last three months usually twice a week. The experience has always been good, my little guy is all smiles seems happy and always tired out (which is a good thing for my always energetic Yorkie. Staff is great love , very attentive.and communicative.
James Daly: Staff is friendly and our dog seems to enjoy her days there would recommend
LA Tumminia: Henry loves NLN, including the staff and especially all the furry friend he has made here!
Michelle S: I have only done a trial run so far but the staff was very understanding of my nervousness and answered all my questions. The only thing they don’t have are cameras we can watch live
Kristen Stout: I had a wonderful experience at NLN Hampton! The front desk staff is always so patient with my dogs at drop off and pick up. Kenya, the trainer, has helped my pups in so many ways, but most of all, I can finally take them for a walk without pulling me down the street. Check them out!
R Y: purely based on their lack of customer service. no one ever picks up the phone, they dont call back unless you say you wont use their services. its like they dont listen to their messages. ive canceled my dogs private classes but still receiving emails about them. when i come back to stl i will seek training elsewhere
John Wegeng: This place just wants to gouge every dollar out of you. Everything just went up in price and you have to pay for how long you want your dog to play when in boarding. first day isn’t free like I thought it was. Will not be returning. It’s better to help a small business like K9STL.
Cedric Gibson: 10am -2pm class my pup attended there and it was kinda cool.
Brandi Ivester: The pup loves it and so do I!
Brendan Russell: I left my puppy with them while I was out out of town. When he was picked up he looked and smelled as if he had been neglected for 4 days, the bottom of his body was crusty and he smelled foul. Would not recommend leaving your animal at this location.
Shari Savage: While on the road, we received an email from another boarding facility that an error had been made and our reservation for the next day could not be accommodated. Panicked, I messaged No Leash Needed late on a Saturday night, and they totally came to the rescue. They were so friendly and welcoming, and our sweet Lucy had a happy stay. 5 stars!!
Eric Werner: We signed our new puppy up for an evaluation so we could start to use NLN as our go-to daycare. We were very excited and nervous as first time pet parents. The evaluation was set for Friday. I received a text message from NLN saying, in part, "Please arrive anytime between 7:00 am and 10:00 am for drop-off." We arrived at the facility at 7:30am and we were told by the front desk that the manager didn't arrive until 10. We were told that we were free to leave our dog, but for the time until the manager arrived that he would be kenneled for "desensitization time." (This was something NEVER mentioned to us either on the phone when the evaluation was set up, or on the confirmation text message). We declined to leave our dog there, and she asked if we could return at 10 to see the manager to get the evaluation started. We said that was fine, and we went back home for a bit. We arrive back to the facility at 10:06 am. There was no one in the lobby. Through the back door comes the manager, and she said, (she didn't even ask us who we were, and had no knowledge that we were the ones that were going to get the evaluation - my guess is that the front desk person told her who we were and they saw us on the cameras) "Sorry, you arrived after 10am and we cannot do the trial today. We cannot help you because you were late. She just looked at us with blank stare and condescending smile, and said nothing else. She made no plans to reschedule the trial, and in fact, dismissed us all together. SIX MINUTES LATE.It was not only one of the worst customer experiences I've had, but it was just flat out rude.
Rich Loughridge: We have been taking our Wheaten Betty to NLN-Hampton since she was old enough to go. They have taken such great care of her at day camp. The whole crew here is EXCEPTIONAL. You can tell how much they do care about your pup. We tried her at another local facility that is closer to our home first and she would come home reeking of urine and exhibit deficient potty training behavior. No thanks. We had to try something else.Every day we get there NLN, Betty is so excited to greet the front desk with hugs and major tail wags. When we come to pick her up, she hops out the door with them bouncing and happy - all to crash hard at home. They are exactly what we need, and we are so happy with them. I'd name the names of all the front desk staff I know, but I don't want to slight any of the amazing people in the yard that I don't know. Great job everyone!
Eve Edmonds: I love this place! My doggy loves this place. The staff is all so nice. I love the attention and interaction that they give to all of the little human pets. I would definitely recommend No Leash Needed to any one.
Delaney Alyse: My pup and I are big fans of NLN! They always seem very excited to see him. My pup is very noisy and loud when he is excited, sometimes to the point of embarrassment, but they always treat him sweetly and act as excited as him. It's so nice to know I am actually leaving him with dog people. He has been to daycare and boarding and I am happy with both. I would give them 4.5/5 if I could ONLY because they do not have cameras! On their app, there is an option for "Live Feed," but no cameras are up yet, so I am hoping that comes soon!
KaySay H: I have boarded our fur baby several times at No Leash Needed and have been very pleased with how they cared for Sega Genesis.Sega Genesis is not a dog friendly baby so they exercised her separately from the other dogs. When we were reunited she was healthy and happy and that just made our day.
Angela Moore: Boarded our puppy here last week while we vacationed and we came back to a sick puppy. Few hours after picking her up she was coughing :-( Understand the risk of boarding and kennel cough even for vaccinated doggies, but no one wants to pay for a week of boarding only to turn around and pay for a vet bill along with meds due to puppy catching kennel cough from boarding. So in good conscience, wouldn’t recommend this establishment for boarding.
Colleen Lynch: My dog has been so happy here for the past 1.5 years! we have gone to daycamp 3x a week and boarded as well, we love it there!

Happy Tails Inc: what do users think?
Lisa: Very friendly great staff. New orientation went great for the new puppy 🐶 He was so excited and was worn out from play time. Glad we found the place so is the pup.
shawn E.: Great service, happy doggie! Complete with stink eye. Ha!
Ellen Leathers: Treated like family plus excellent customer service
Misty Dake: My daughter brought our dog here for a bath and nail trim. They would not tell her the price for the services in advance despite her asking, they didn't call to let her know that her grooming was finished, they returned our dog wet, and when my daughter went to pay she was informed that the bath was $45 and the de-shedding shampoo was $15 (not a whole bottle, just a single shampooing)! $60 for a short haired 60 lb dog that loves baths to be sent home wet, smelly and still shedding! Absolute rip-off.
Paul Brown: Our dog loves to play here, friendly staff
Rhoda Banks: Love this place they always take good care of our Teddy Bear!
Cori Spencer: I brought my new pup Charlie to Happy Tails for a quick day trip and the staff was amazing and so friendly! They all, every one of them, welcomed Charlie with love! Mark, the manager and Jonathan, one of the employees made the process so easy and I instantly felt comfortable knowing Charlie was going to get great care and have LOTS of fun! We will be back regularly!
Linda Berger: I love Happy Tails for my dogs. Buddy and Benji wag their tails and run inside and enjoy the day. The staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable about my dogs and able to take questions about the play my dogs engage in when spending the day at Happy Tails. I highly recommend this place for Daycare.
Justin Lipner: Wonderful staff, wonderful facility and extremely convenient!
David Sohn: The people are amazing and I’m pretty sure my dog Carlos has a fan club there. Either way, he is JACKED every time he sees I’m taking him there.
N L: Unfortunately, our big boy didn't pass orientation. The crew at HT took the time to care and help attempt to get our boy aquatinted with other pups during orientation, but it just didn't work out. I appreciate the patience they had with my pup and I during the process. While we weren't able to continue going to HT, but I think it speaks volumes about the care that goes into ensuring theur current clients are safe and happy. I would highly recommend this facility considering all of the thought and love that goes into even just potential new clients. Thank you HT team!
Michael Wilke: They take amazing care of your pets and are a wonderful place to work with. Incredibly flexible and willing to work with your schedule.
Beth Jackson: Best doggy place ever! The facility is clean and dog oriented, the staff is professional and friendly and you can use their daycare or boarding options 24/7/365...i.e, they are always open and there for you and your dog. They also have an excellent grooming section if you would like that service. And training. Nice indoor/outdoor play areas for doggies. Lovely place. Lovely people that truly love dogs!
Nancy Whelan: Kim Thomas does an amazing job grooming our puppies!
Doris Boulton: First time I took my dog there and she loved it., she was very tired when we got home
Greg Wyatt: very nice staff.
Jacob Owens: Very friendly and helpful staff
Clara Svaglic: Great staff.
Jennifer Tilman: Kim is the best groomer. She loves on our 2 yorkies as if they were her own. Would never go anywhere else.
John Schwab: 5 stars to anyone who takes care of my doggo.
Jean Choiselat: Incompetent booking service, customer service. Made a reservation only to find out if we weren't actually booked in. We were not given proper information

Silver Maple Farm: what do users think?
HJ Moore Gattuso: Absolutely the best caretakers of precious pets. Extra kudos since my big fella can be a handful, but every person who handled him did so with great attention and calming behavior. Above and beyond...
Anthony Receniello: The facility and location were great. The staff all exude a real love of animals and our dogs couldn't have been treated better than if they were at home. Our dogs are old and spoiled. This was their first boarding experience and we could not be happier with the results. Good service at a fair price.
Susie Randall: I am posting for my sister, Mary:I have been taking my dogs there for 30 something years. Pam is so great, she gives me comfort in knowing my dogs will be cared for. My newest dog, Zoe RUNS into Silver Maple with her tail wagging. She loves it there. Thanks to all at Silver Maple Farms.
Unlucky Golf: Lit
Karen Hart: We are so grateful for the great care Silver Maple takes with our dog, Tippy. We started taking her there over 10 years ago when our previous kennel declined to board our other dog because of his breed. They are happy to care for all our of our pets when we are not able to. We would never take them anywhere else!Karen Hart, DVM
Margaret Nissen: Our girl loved staying here for 10 days.
Katherine Colombo: We love SMF and so does our dog Luna! I can tell by the extreme full butt tail wag combination how excited she is to be there when we arrive which makes us so happy.
Kathy Wunderlich: I LOVE SMF. I have a high maintenance, extremely anxious dog. She can't wait to stay at SMF. Recently brought my elderly mother's dog who had never been away from her. He did great! Lovely people who treat you like family. They will send daily pictures and bend over backwards to make you and your furry family member feel comfortable. Nothing but positive comments here!
Kristin N.: One of those places you walk in and immediately want to leave! There is no way this place can be up to code. It was like a puppy prison. Filthy inside, old, falling apart. The dogs only get to go outside to a rock area for a few hours a day when you send them to daycare. Doubt that happens.. no cameras and as the front desk woman said “we barely get wifi here!” Would never send my dog here if you paid me!
Rebecca Jabouri: We absolutely LOVE Silver Maple Farm (and so does Daisy and Goonie!) The staff at Silver Maple Farm is very professional and the dogs always come home happy and well taken care of!
Konopelski Family: We love Silver Maple Farm, but so does our dog Sam, which is what is really important. He has spa days, day care days and even "camp" while Mom has to travel for work. He's so excited on Silver Maple Farm days that he takes his breakfast "to go" and pulls on his seat belt in the car so he can lay his head on Mom's shoulder as she drives to say thank you! Silver Maple has taken the time to know Sam. They aren't rushed when he gets tired of his nails being done so they take a break, or if he's there for several days in row boarding and needs a "break" from the other friends that's what he gets. They find him play mates based on his play personality. I can't say enough wonderful things about Silver Maple and what a difference it has made for Sam. Mom has met some other lovely parents, who are equally entralled with the level of care and professionalism.
Chandra S.: This is a very well run company. I never have to worry about leaving my animals here. I highly recommend for all you animal needs.
Kay Lichti: My cousin said y'all gave her a bad dog grooming experience
Josh Hickey: They have always treated my dog amazingly. Me boy has some bad separation anxiety but he seems to be very content when he goes to Silver Maple Farms. I love the fact that the dogs get their own fenced in area that they can go in and out as they please. My boy has a bladder issue due to a birth defect but can go outside whenever he needs to. Other kennels would only let him out twice a day. I will definitely keep coming back anytime I need my dog watched
Susan Whitfield: Excellent place! My Dogs were well taken care of.
chasity davis: My Dog🐶 Babies love it here!! The staff is always so friendly and professional. Thanks Silver Maple Farm!
Cyndi Hampton-Kroc: Just a lovely place for pet care.
Sadiya Ahmad: It was an amazing experience
Katherine Ballenger: Pam and her staff are amazing! Our dog has some fear based aggression issues and they have been so good about working with us so we can board him and finally take a vacation. I cannot say enough good things!
Charleen Hoskins: I'm the owner of a very picky and spolied cat. Silver Maple is the ONLY place that I can take her to for grooming and cat vacay. Love this place!😻
gottaberandom #weird: Every one was sweet

Arch City Dog Boarding: what do users think?
Patrick Laughlin: Our dogs had a great time while we were gone. Shelly and her staff are professional and caring. I felt like our babies were in great hands. We have a 7-month-old bloodhound who is a handful, and they were so patient with him. I would highly recommend them I can't wait to attend training.
Kathy Dalton: It's difficult to review a boarding place when you don't see what's going on while you're away. Here's what I do know. Shelly asked a lot of questions about our dogs and gave us time to tell her about their personalities, needs, and issues during the meet and greet. She took notes, which made me feel like it mattered to her to give them personalized care. One of my dogs has anxiety and gets very upset when we leave her. When we pick her up after a stay at Arch City, our girl greets us with happiness and excitement, which tells me that she isn't traumatized by her stay. This alone is worth a 5-star review to me. When we have picked her up from other facilities, she desperately runs to the door, with her tail tucked, trying to get out, and doesn't even acknowledge that we're there.
kristen Grace: Shelly and the staff at Arch City are lifesavers. My pup Colonel has anxiety issues, and we previously has issues with another boarder, so we weren’t sure what to do. Arch City came highly recommended from our trainer at Stray Rescue, and we will never go anywhere else. Shelly and her team specialize in dogs with anxiety and nervousness and are a godsend. Arch City worked one-on-one with Colonel to help him get settled in and worked with me to settle my own nervous dog parent woes. Shelly is easy to communicate with, super transparent, and I know that heaven forbid anything were to happen, she would give my pup the same level of care and attention I would. Colonel loves Arch City too! The moment he sees the building, he knows exactly where he is and could not care less about saying bye- he loves Shelly and his friends at Arch City.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Robert Engle: My pup has been staying with Shelly and her team at Arch City Dog Boarding on overnights and vacations for nearly a year now. He is always very excited and happy to go see Shelly and his friends which reassures me that he is having a great time while he’s there. Scheduling in advance and invoicing online are very easy once set up after the initial meet and greet. I highly recommend Shelly and Arch City Dog Boarding!
Jenny Mazzy: Shelly and her team are true canine professionals/behaviorists and this sets them apart from all other daycare and boarding facilities we’ve tried. The care they provide is attentive and personalized (check out their blog to see why!) and I can honestly say hand on my heart, they are the best in the STL area.
Laura Reed: We’ve taken our dog to Arch City Boarding a few times now and we’re so happy. Shelly is so organized and great with our dog. I never have any doubt that our dog is getting the best care possible with her and her staff & our dog has a wonderful time. I 100% recommend!
Merrill Rubens: Shelley and her team are truly amazing. They are trustworthy, detail-oriented, and clearly knowledgeable about all things dog. I hate leaving our dog behind when we go out of town, but when it is necessary, I know that she is in wonderful hands with Shelly! so glad we stumbled upon her webpage!
Anna Todd: I could not recommend Arch City dog boarding more! Shelly is wonderful and immediately set me and my dog at ease so that even though we had had a previous experience with a different boarding facility that was not good, I was able to leave my pup at Arch City for a week (when I was halfway across the country) feeling totally comfortable that she was in good hands. My dog had an awesome time and came back so happy. Thank you Shelly and team!
Veronica Simon: My dog has had some behavioral issues we’ve been working on. He got kicked out of the previous place he boarded and since then his behavior has improved but I have still been hesitant to take him anywhere and many places have turned us away due to his history (he’s improved but I still feel I should be honest about previous challenges). Not only was Shelly willing to give him a shot, she planned our meet and greet and our first boarding night so she would have a chance to get to know him! My dog seemed comfortable when I dropped him off and comfortable when I picked him up!I really appreciate Shelly’s willingness to to take in my doggo as well as the calm environment she provides!
Toney Chiles: They are professional and caring and we feel very comfortable leaving our dog in their care.
Caitlin Jackson: We’ve been boarding our dogs, Queso and Reese, with Shelly and her team at Arch City for the better part of a year now. I could not imagine taking our dogs anywhere else moving forward. Prior to finding Arch City we had tried a few other places, none of which treated our dogs the way they should have been treated. I wasn’t sure I’d ever feel comfortable leaving them somewhere but that changed once we found Arch City. One of our pups needs a little extra love as she isn’t great with other dogs. Arch City understands this and provides her with what she needs without compromising her experience. She isn’t given any less attention or deprived of any time because she’s selective with other dogs. Both of our dogs seem to love Arch City and their team. When we pick them up from stays they are happy, clean, and not stressed. We’re so grateful for the team!
Rachel Sharp: Shelly and her team are extremely trustworthy. I had a great experience taking my dog to Arch City Dog Boarding. The meet & greet was great, and Shelly asked a lot of important, personalized questions about my dog. The entire process was really organized. When my dog was there, he got to play with other dogs and do enrichment activities, and I knew he was well cared for. They were safety and weather conscious to prevent anything from happening to the dogs. Shelly is very familiar with the dog care industry and she seemed really committed to improving it. I have a hard time leaving our dog when we're out of town, but we were so comfortable leaving him in the care of Shelly and her team. I highly recommend Arch City Dog Boarding and we will definitely be trusting them with our dog again!!
Kirk Linenfelser: Very kind and warm. I love taking my dog here. They are very organized and accommodating. I've taken my dog to other locations that are bigger, and the care and attention to your dog is lost. Not at Arch City, they are nothing but caring! I recommend bringing your pooch here!
credenza: Shelly is fantasticDoggo is always mayor of happy town whenever I pick her up too.
Amanda Tomschin: We had to board out boy, Fozzie, for the first time since adopting him. Shelly helped with great info about his stay and has the perfect set-up for her 4-legged visitors. ACDB is wonderful!
Marquita Mahon: This place is our worry free go to for Dog boarding!
Marie Franklin: We have boarded our dog, Louie, at Arch City a handful of times now and he is always so excited when he arrives and realizes he gets to spend time here! The first time we boarded Louie with Arch City, he was only a few months old, way younger than we wanted to leave him for a week, but we had to travel out of state for a funeral. Shelly spent almost an hour with me explaining her philosophy, approach to boarding, company history, and letting Louie explore the space. She knew how nervous we were and checked in with us regularly to let us know how he was doing. We love that Arch City only boards 12 dogs at a time, meaning we know that our pup is getting lots of attention. We always feel guilty when we need to board Louie, but we know Arch City is basically a vacation for him so that helps with the guilt! There is no other place that we would board Louie. Thanks Shelly and team!
Erica Field: Our dog Biscuit has been coming to Shelly since we moved to St. Louis over 4 years ago. She is absolutely the best we could have asked for! She always goes above and beyond and takes excellent care of Biscuit. We're moving out of state now, and I wish I could take Arch City Dog Boarding with us!
Cecelia Klimek: I am relatively new to the St. Louis area and needed to kennel my dog over the Thanksgiving holiday. I adopted my dog within the past year and was so nervous to kennel her for the first time ever. Shelly and her team put all of my worries to rest and were wonderful with my very temperamental pup! Shelly went above and beyond to make my dog's stay as comforting and seamless as possible. Shelly and her team were thorough and personalized with their care, and their services are well worth the money. I will definitely bring my dog back to Arch City Dog Boarding whenever needed. Thank you, Shelly! :)
Hazel Clark: Beautiful boarding facility! Went there a few months ago and my dog was treated amazing! I plan to come back. I was home from husbands deployment and took my pup here. My husband and I will be back next time I’m home. It smelled amazing and the service was great. The facility seemed to have great customer service and my mom was the one that recommended the place!
Becca Brune: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueArch City provided such attention and care for my dog during his first stay. The requirement of the meet and great is a great way for dogs to get comfortable before their stay. Shelly and Michelle were so great - highly recommend!!

No Leash Needed: what do users think?
Kayla Zoschg: My dog had to have emergency boarding at the Rock Hill No Leash Needed from Tuesday, May 30 through Sunday, June 4 after his Rover sitter canceled in the middle of the first night of watching him. The business was able to fit him in on very last-minute notice, and the person who worked with me over the phone was very helpful in setting up the booking. However, when I picked my dog up at the end of his boarding, I noticed that he looked dangerously skinny. I could easily see and feel his ribs, his shoulders and haunches had lost a significant amount of muscle, and even his head looked emaciated. He is an extremely lean dog to begin with, so he did not just lose excess weight because of higher activity. When I got home I weighed him, and he had lost almost 10 pounds in less than 6 days while staying at No Leash Needed (beginning weight of 78 lbs to ending weight of 69 lbs).I gave specific instructions on the phone while booking his stay that he should have food always available in his suite, since he free feeds. There clearly was a miscommunication, because I later learned that my dog was fed only 1.5 cups of food per day during his stay. It is understandable that there may have been confusion, given that the Rover sitter was the person who dropped him off. What is not acceptable is that I was never called or consulted about how much food he should be fed, and somewhere along the way an employee simply made the executive decision that my dog should receive only 1.5 cups of food per day (a quarter of his typical daily food amount). This meant that my dog would be so underfed that he would lose over 10% of his body mass in just over 5 days while at No Leash Needed. All that needed to be done to prevent this was for the business to call me to confirm how much food my dog should be fed. This is clear neglect, and other pet parents need to be aware of this incident when making choices about who they entrust their pets to for care.
Angela Cramberg: Kristina was amazing and Nora has a great head start on learning commands. I would highly recommend for any new puppy!
Philip Plumb: Very good experience! Would highly recommend!
Bridget Geiss: I would give 10 stars for our experience with Kristina at NLN if it was possible. We completed the two week Puppy Preschool training program and our experience was phenomenal. Our trainer Kristina was kind, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging every step of the way. Our puppy has responded so well! The staff was always courteous and prompt, and the facilities are immaculately well-maintained. Can’t wait to return for day camp! Thank you, Kristina and NLN! ♥️
Kim Bleyer: Kristina was a dream come true for our puppy, Yogi! He learned SO much. All that he trained on at puppy preschool in two weeks he was able to also do with us at home! I would highly recommend puppy preschool with Kristina:)
Eric Unrau: Very professional, caring and great communication.
Jerry Wayne Anderson Jr: We have a very anxious sort of dog - Australian Cattle dog. The staff have really worked with him during his daycamp visits to where he does OK once I get him there. I get the sense that they all really care about all the dogs. I feel very fortunate to have our dog taken care of at this location! The staff is very friendly to humans too!!
Cody Branneky: We take our new adopted dog most days as she has some past issues with separation and being in crates. She is so happy every day that we bring her she is wagging her tail before even grabbing the keys. Every employee is so sweet and supportive to our dog, amazing about keeping us updated and most importantly giving us peace of mind that she is enjoying her day as much as she seems to.We’ve brought her to a few other dog daycares, but she has not had the same joy in other places as she does at No Leash Needed Rock Hill.5/5, would and do recommend.
Patricia Kohl: I've been taking my 10 year old dog, Sri, to the Rock Hill location of No Leash Needed since he was a puppy. He loves his fitness routine! And the staff are amazing. Whether he is there for a day to run on the treadmill or for two weeks when I travel, I know that he is being loved and well cared for!
Jerry Estes: I am a single, working dog dad who needed quality everyday care for my black lab puppy, Alfie. No Leash Needed was the place people mentioned over and over again, so I checked it out. After he passed the “audition” process, I began leaving Alfie there 5 days a week. It has been an amazing experience! He gets wildly excited when we drive up, and is so happy when I pick him up in the evening. The workers there are super positive, the building is always clean, and it is a joy to watch all the other happy, friendly dogs come and go, knowing that’s who Alfie is spending his day playing with. And he is exhausted when he gets in the car, often falling asleep before we get out of the parking lot! Alfie is slim, trim, sociable, and healthy, mostly because he spends his days at No Leash Needed. I highly recommend this place!
Staci Wood: We love going to No Leash Needed! My dog gets excited every time I say the word 'camp'. The staff are super personable and friendly and often suggest stealing my dog from me. It's adorable and shows me how much they care. Plus she comes home EXTRA tired. I even recommended them to my neighbor for boarding and he loved them!
Kirsten Negwer: We love No Leash Needed — Rock Hill!My dog has been a happy customer since 2016. From day 1, they welcomed her with open arms and have provided excellent care ever since. I can always rest assured my fur baby is safe, loved and attended to. The staff always recognizes her and is excited to see her during drop offs and sad to see her go at pick up. I know she plays hard since she always comes home tired & happy. In addition to their care for the dogs, the customer service is also great. They make it quick & easy by communicating via email or text. Oh, and it’s nice to have the service of bath and nails! We are customers for life!
John Morton: We’ve been using No leash for daycamp twice a week for 2-3 years. Also some boarding for longer trips. They are a great place for your dog. Staff really gets to know the dogs and have a good infrastructure in place to make doing business with them easier. Great people!
Sara Metzger: We use No Leash Needed for daycare and our puppy loves it and comes home socialized and tired out! We also had our puppy complete their puppy preschool program and I highly recommend it. We all learned a lot about how to communicate and continue the training at home daily. We got personalized reports daily and the one on one sessions were extremely helpful for us.
Susan Woodall: Super clean, very professional, the girls in front take a list of information when you get there. For example, how many meals a day, etc. My dog also trained there with Kristina who is wonderful and kind! My dog was happy to see me but I can tell she was spoiled rotten and had a wonderful week while she stayed!
Jessica Lee: Friendly and clean. Our dog loves daycamp!
Angie Scariano: First time using NLN for boarding our two boxers. They usually have anxiety when boarded and come home out of sorts. They came home happy and well rested. Highly recommend and will use again.
Lori Corzine: A friend referred us to no leash needed and we sent our French bulldog female for two weeks of intensive training and now she goes to daycare 3 1/2 days a week and it’s a wonderful experience. We love Amanda the trainer and all of the staff specially Ms. Raven they are just wonderful I can’t say enough good about this place! Stormy loves it!
Emma Convy: Our dog Max loves coming here! Boarding and day camp. Highly recommend.
Robert Corno: All employees very helpful explaining procedures and options available to insure pleasant experience for pet!
Haley Conrad: Amazing staff and super wonderful place to board! A little pricey but worth it. We have a dog who was originally iffy about being around other dogs, but they offered to do a “test-run” of day camp with her while she was boarded and she did wonderful!
