Timothy Gibson: We Stayed at the RV resort. Close to everything. The place is very clean. I enjoyed the close walk to the Casino, my wife and son like the Hotel Pool. Close to the Arch and downtown St Louis. Rates are great for mid week stays and weekend rates are still not outlandish. We will make this a regular stop on our Travels... The Light Rail Train has a stop close by so even if you don't have a dinghy you can get around.

Karen Weimer: We stayed at the Casino Queen. A wonderful place, on the edge of the Mississippi River right across from the Arch. Clean, spacious room with an awesome view. Helpful, courteous staff, except the guy who took our reservations. He wasn't at the hotel, but instead some call center somewhere, and he wasn’t very knowledgeable. He gave us incorrect information and was not easy to work with. Hotel staff was amazing.

Just Reviews: The room was basic. Stayed at The CQ Hotel not the actual casino side. Decided to get the casino side as you can see the view of the casino from the window in the picture. The hotel floor was stained up and dirty. The pillows aren’t comfortable enough (To My Liking) they were stiff and short. You can hear people through the walls and the bathroom floor. The shower wasn’t good and there was no vent in the restroom. Plug sockets didn’t work and the alarm clock never came on as well as the lamp by the chair. This hotel should be cheaper than it is. The pool was not good at all and the air conditioner was loud. The view from the arch side seems nice for a $10 upgrade. Just not a person who leaves blinds open.

This was our first meal and we are back on the second time around and these two people have made our dinners. Amazing the food was good. The server was so nice and wonderful personality really brightened our day they couldn’t do enough for us to make us feel comfortable and welcomed into this restaurant the server even went out of her way to make a special desserts that we’re not on the menu, this place is highly recommended and this server and manager are amazing

Beau Laughlin: The Casino Queen is a longstanding St Louis gambling spot. It is my favorite place to gamble in the St Louis area. While the Queen is not located in the best area you will be just fine if you just think of safety. Some reviews mention the seedy nature of the place, this can best be described as it is what it is. Just stay in your lane and comfort level.The hotel is a little dated but clean. The Casino is newer and very nice. Good selection of slot machines and table games with low minimums. We are at the chicken place and the sandwich and wings are both very good.

Vipila Bathvar: Nice casino with lots of options both old and new. They put the older stuff upstairs if that's what you're looking for. Pretty clean environment as well. I really liked the old Vegas style neon sign they had upstairs. All the neon still worked except the cowboys hat on one side. Didn't win anything to speak of but that's why they call it gambling.

Elle Sawyer: The room was not very clean. It was a decent room space but it just felt dirty and there was an old mattress outside the door in the hallway for the duration of the stay. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. But the pool has been closed since 2020 and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website.The hotel is located in a not great area. There is security in the parking lot which is nice.Rooms: Not very clean. The bed wasn't made nicely and the remote was covered in something sticky. Emma Cobbins: Upon arriving at this hotel around 10:30 pm, on 04/15/2023 the lobby doors were locked. We had carried some of our luggage out the car. We tried multiple times trying to pull the door open but it was locked. There were a female security guard sitting in the chair close by the door. and two female front desk employees by the desk watching us for about five minutes and neither one of these employees didn't say anything. Eventually one of the ladies from behind the desk said " you need to use your key" My husband walked back to the car to grab the key. We scan the key card and came in. We went back to the car to retrieve the rest of our luggage. They then buzzed us in this time. This was unbelievable. My husband brother walked to the front desk and ask for a business card. Both of the ladies said we don't have one. He asked another question and then the front desk employee mentioned "anything you need it's on out website" when we proceed to our room, the inside of the sink was dirty, the shower head was broken and the lock to the bathroom was broken as well. My sister in law and her husband enter the building and the from desk employees treated them differently. The did not think we were all together. This was my second time coming here. The first time our room smelled like mildew and the bathroom sink was leaking. I will not be back. Where are the manergers

J Scott: Hotel design is very similar to an Embassy Suites (maybe was that before). Good location to the Arch and riverside/downtown venues (although many appeared to be under restoration during our time there. Walk-through to the casino from 4th floor. Nice parking lot for self parking. Rooms setup is good (although they have non-smoking rooms with the top floor being the smoking floor the smoke has penetrated hotel venting and appears all rooms smell like smoking rooms, atleast on the 5th and 6th floors where we were. Staff was not that friendly and appear they lack hospitality training/awareness (it's a tourist area downtown STL at the Arch and along the Mississippi River! Just saying...)Rooms: Rooms smell smokey!!!
