Maryann Eastman: First call they answered and were great. Greg came out and did the estimate. nothing since. Every call since goes to VM and no call back. I have not been able to get a person on the phone for over a week. I would like to change my review to awesome if they ever come back with a quote and do the work..... Update…. changing to one star after reading reply. I would have been fine with waiting if told and didn’t have a project that needed a quick turn around. Both people doing the scheduling and estimating set expectations to be quick. I would have called someone else if the company was honest about the real timeline. Saying you Apologize for a “free” estimate as you put it is no apology at all. That’s passive aggressive. It’s pretty standard for handy services to give free estimates.
Sherry Reinbold: Gregory was fantastic. We had a couple of heavy items to hang on our walls since the completion of a recent renovation, and wanted it to look professionally done. The job was too much for my husband or myself. So we called Handyman. They sent Greg out to install our shelves and an electric fireplace. He had the job done exactly how we needed it and it looked awesome. We always had trouble finding someone to do small jobs around the house and Handyman was very quick in responding to our needs. Bilyana Borisov: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!After I paid them $3200.00 for roofing and siding repairs they started to tear down the siding and never came back to install the new one, even after I paid for the supplies.The owner Lowell Puhlmann never returned my calls or emails regarding repairs or refund. This is a nightmare!Next stop lawsuit.

Kelsey Meyer: They were able to match the piece I needed for my home. I was charged a $99 fee for the custom wood I had cut, in addition to the by-foot pricing. I was not told about the fee until I picked up the order.
Sean Ghosh: Subpar experience. I stopped by because I was in the area and the other reviews made it seem like if I had questions he would be happy to answer. Right off the bat was not a friendly experience. There was a sign that said to check in at an office area. I went in and said hello, to which he didn’t turn around and asked what I was there for. I said to check in. I suppose it could be that he didn’t care for the idea of making a desktop for a standing desk. He said he wouldn’t do it as it would be too expensive, but didn’t give me a price. When I asked if there was somewhere else he would recommend asking around for help with a desktop I was told to go to IKEA and then asked if I knew what IKEA was. This was not helpful. I was looking for something unique for a desktop. 🤷♂️

Neeta Satam: Over the last two year, I got some crown moulding, baseboards and door trims custom made for my 100-year old house. The first time I visited the business I talked to Marvin about my project. I was a novice when it came to woodwork. I didn't know what pieces I need for my door frame and how much to order. He showed me around the shop as well as a custom door project he was working on. He was incredibly patient answering all my questions. I have returned three times since to get various things I needed during my home restoration. Most recently Katie helped me with my orders and she was a delight to work with. The rest of the staff I have interacted with are super nice and professional. All my ordering was hassle free and deliveries were prompt. These folks are some of the best people I have interacted with during the three years process of my house rehab.
