They have you put your car in neutral and you get moved through the stations. It was weird for the car to be moving without me being on the accelerator, but the car looks great!

Alexandria Lane-Detwiler & Aaron Detwiler: I've been coming here for quite a while, and I really appreciate and respect everyone that works at the car wash here. Except for Colby, he might be one of the most condescending and misogynistic employees that have been hired. I typically bring a $20 bill to tip, but he was sure to tell me today that I did not have an important enough car to dry off because I was not one of the cars that paid for the parked full car clean out. He could definitely benefit from some coaching, and some accountability. His behavior is below what I have always experienced at this car wash prior.

Jacob Roeglin: This is a cheap, automatic car wash. I would assume that makes the business a "volume game," but you wouldn't know it from the interaction I had with one of the employees (possibly the manager, given age and the way he was dressed). Dude tried to sell me a monthly subscription like he was pushing time shares. I let him go through his little pitch explaining that for only $5 more than the wash I had selected I could get unlimited washes for 3 months, and then said "nah, we'll stick with just the one wash." He asked, "are you not from around here or something?" And then proceeded to re-explain the deal as if I hadn't understood him the first time. I told him I just don't get my car washed very often so it wouldn't be worth the extra $5, and then he acted like I was crazy for not wanting to spend extra money on something I'm not going to use and get myself another subscription that I have to remember to cancel. He made sure to tell me just how many times I would have to get a car wash in the next 3 months to make the deal worth the extra cost up front, and then made sure to waste even more time telling me to look into some kind of pre-paid plan. Meanwhile there were 15 cars waiting behind me. This place is obnoxious.

Christina Hallemann: Very stressful experience. The guy waving you through the tunnel just keeps pointing forward until you get screamed at for not putting it in neutral. Flashing lights, alarms, and confusion about where you’re supposed to go. Never coming back.

Eli G: Based entirely on customer service. Today the line was long and there was an older white bald employee running around yelling at people through their windows. I waited patiently for around 10 minutes and when I only moved up two spots, I turned around by the dumpster area. He saw me trying to turn around by the dumpsters and he sent another car to block my way. He's screaming for me to back up even though I didn't have much room and he knew it. I gave the room I could without hitting the dumpsters so the car he sent to block my way could pass. As I was passing him he screamed at me to slow down and tried to take a swing at my truck. I was not driving fast. I kept the same speed as I exited the parking lot. Never going back again. I can't believe they let people with that kind of attitude interact with customers. It's a car wash, it's not that hard.

Janita Taylor: A good, clean and budget friendly car wash. The attendants are helpful, cordial and good salesmen. My car was full of bird happiness, the attendant told me I can stop at the treatment station then come through again for a 2nd go at the mess. I was impressed that he offered a membership. I do not live in MO, but I do have a membership with Tidal wave. Wonderful wash experience
Ruth B: On may 28 at appr 2 30pm I entered this Waterway Carwash to get my car wash.The entrance to the carwash was dark, there was no sign and no attendance to guide me in. The conveyer pulled me into the left and subsequently run my car into the wash mechanism. This did the damage to my car shown in the pictures.Today I talked to Tyler Malerich the general manager. He told me there was nothing he could do and no one higher up I could speak to and that it was my fault. When I questioned him about the lack of lights, no attendant and no sign he remained silence. I came away from our conversation with a very low opinion of Mr Malerich and also Waterway Carwash.I hope I can hear from some one higher up who can be more receptive to my side of the story. I've own a small business in St. Louis for better than 20 years. I think if there was a 15 second wait between cars it would create a sense of ease knowing the car behind you isn't going to hit you while under the dryer. Overall its fairly a good place.

Stuart Swanson: I was visiting St. Louis for a tournament this weekend. I found Complete Auto Wash on Google Search. I contacted them via phone and Rocky the owner picked up phone immediately. During my trip to St. Louis I experienced some car issues that delayed my delivery of my car for the scheduled appointment. Rocky totally accomodated me late on Friday afternoon and did an exceptional job with my car. His rate for cleaning my car was extremely fair and worth every dollar. The work completed is exceptional and I can not recommend Complete Auto Wash any more. If you want a car wash, detail, interior cleaning and you are in St. Louis please contact them. But, this place really changed my perspective on full service car washes. My car was extremely clean after I got it. And it hasn’t been washed in some time. In addition to making my car spotless, one of the employees heard that I was in need of a heart transplant so he ripped his heart out of his chest right then and there and gave it to me. Literally right in front of my eyes, he stuck his arm through his chest and gave me a heart. Adam Oliver: Really poor car wash. My car is dirtier now that it’s dried than it was when I went in. Half of the soap options in the bay don’t work and the spot free rinse didn’t work either, leaving my car COVERED in water spots that I now have to wipe off with detail spray at home. I will never return here and don’t recommend that anyone else does either. It’s hard to get a good picture, but that’s the best I can do. My car is also ceramic coated by me once per year, so this is extra bad.

Brian C: Change machine seems to have a hard time reading dollar bills. Used a mix of fresh ones and older ones. It seemed to struggle more with the fresh/newer ones. I started a rotation trying to get it to take anything, and it finally started reading them. I did the manual wash. It had good pressure, and all the stages I used worked well.
Verus: Went to this location today the foam brush was not producing any foam outside of the brush. Spoke to one of the attendant here at Auto Spa. They said since the foam brush doesn’t work just use the Spray Hose with soap. This is true but they clean vehicles differently. Foam Brush removes dirt that is baked on and Spray Soap gets what is on the surface off, not baked on scum. The Rain X was out of chemical as well. Seems to me if you don’t pay for a membership, auto spa employees don’t care. Won’t be coming back to this location or any every again.Side NoteIf you pay for a product and you don’t get it as advertised. Don’t brush your customers off because your to busy to care making money on your automatic car washes.
Angie Beirne: The manager, Rick does not answer the phone or simply respond to customer concerns. I was stuck in the wash when it broke down, incomplete wash, also broke my rear wiper. Unable to get a minimal refund for the incomplete wash. Poorly run business.
Matt Hutchinson: I selected the highest wash you could purchase. Got home and the back of my SUV looked as bad as it had been before the wash. Doesn't look like it even got close to washing it one bit. Will go back to Mobile on the Run so I don't waste money like that again.
