Toronto Blues: Very poor job! They matted my car with the preexisting dirt in the name of detailing. Paid more than a 100$ and tips on top which I was asked to pay for after the horrible job they have done cleaning my car. No major cleaning was needed but they still did a horrible job. Not getting back again. I had to show them numerous places on my car which wasn’t cleaned and they said that what I get for what I am paying. Not transparent. I called earlier that week and asked if it would be enough time if I came after work around 4 because they close at 6. He said no problem.I was greeted when I pulled in and everyone was friendly. The experience with the staff was great from start to finish.I requested the interior detailing for $160.That’s the inside of my car and trunk.They performed the services and had me come and look. By this time, it’s dark out but from a quick glance. It looks good. I expressed at much. It was pre pandemic since I had a detail. I was happy to not see all four seasons on my car floor. My car was dirty to start but not as bad as I’ve seen before. Anyway. I paid and tipped and left as they were closed by the time I got my car.The first thing that I noticed was wet gunk on the center console that wasn’t properly wiped out and the ceiling wasn’t cleaned either. When I made it home. I told my husband that we should check out my car during the day to see if we notice anything else.Well, we did. Although it’s vacuumed and and wiped, it definitely wasn’t cleaned. I scraped white film from the steering wheel, the cup holder were still dirty. There were crumbs and a candy wrapper between the front seats. I took my hand and grabbed debris from under the drivers seat. The drivers door had remnants of something sticky still there.To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The price and service don’t match. When I finally came back and looked in the car, it was not cleaned and no effort was made to even try to clean the seats and they wanted me to pay full price for bad service. Vee Rose (versatile Vee): This place was so awesome. My father passed and I had to clean out his apartment that was full roaches and other stuff that left stains everywhere in my truck. These guys at this place told me two hours and really went in and washed and cleaned my truck inside and out for under $400. Amazing! It was so good I had to leave a tip which I normally don't do. I will return back to this place in the future.

The literally ripped my floor mat out my of the sockets.On the exterior they ripped off the several letters on the back of my car and hid it in the side pocket like I wouldn’t notice. Vivian C: My car was not truly cleaned. I paid $167 to have my car detailed to clean and extract soda from all over the interior, windows, dashboard/controls, floors and ceiling. My windows still had soda and dirt residue, my review mirror and upper part of interior by front windshield still had dry soda on it. Once I opened my doors, there was still soda on the running boards and rubber surrounding them. The crevices still had crud with soda syrup. And there was/is still a stain in the ceiling of my car. But, I was charged full price.I "will not" recommend them to "detail" any ones vehicle I know unless they are my enemy!

It wasn't a quick turn around, as there were cars ahead of me (but we know that's my fault for not having this planned out). I got sick in my new car and needed it dealt with on my only day off that week. I called all over the county, and Elite was the only place that could help me out that day. I'm lucky for it, as these guys are probably normally booked up. GET AN APPOINTMENT. Or don't, I'm not your mother.

Just some guys working away on cars. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the result. I unfortunately left my windows open during a big rain storm a few weeks back and could not get the muggy smell out no matter how hard I tried. Not only did they get the smell out, but the interior looks brand new. Super impressed. It's a little on the pricy side but well worth it. A local auto body shop stained my tan upholstery in multiple spots and Max + team were able to get the stains out entirely -- he also got out a 3+ year old coffee stain. Matthew Zide: DISAPPOINTED TO THE MAXMy wife purchased a $300 gift card for Detail to the MAX. On May 11, I scheduled an appointment for May 19, at 9 AM., I called and spoke with Max about the different options and best way to utilize the gift card. I asked about fixing paint on my car and was told they would not be able to do that for my car. I scheduled a “Full Interior Detail and Exterior Wash and Wax”, at a cost of $260. Online lists this as a six-hour service.I pulled up at 8:55 AM. The employee asked when I would need my car back. I presumed that a six-hour detail would take six hours and my car would be done by 3. I told him I need my car by 4. He reassured me, “don't worry we’ll get it done today, we can have it done by 3.”I arrived to pick up my car at around 2:50 PM. My car was in the alley. An employee was vacuuming my car. Another employee was wiping down the windows. Max informed me my car had been washed but not clay barred or waxed. He estimated 30 more mins. When looking at my car I was disappointed in the quality of the wash. I had mistakenly expected the car would be buffed/polished. I spoke with Max about this, it was a case of miscommunication and misunderstanding on my part. In retrospect I should have asked questions and made my desires clear prior to booking. As it was, the exterior wash was fine. Similar results could be accomplished at a self service car wash and with an application of wax. Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax is what I use at home and what Max applied to my car. It is a good product.I asked Max about the process of buffing out a car as this is something I will probably do on my own. He was very helpful, letting me know the process and the products his business uses.I asked when my car had been washed and was told 10 AM. Max explained two people called in, leaving him short staffed. Max reviewed everything done to the car. I shared with Max that the quality of the exterior and interior of the car didn’t match the $260 price tag. Max was kindly apologetic and encouraged me to come back and see them again to use the remaining $40 credit. He quoted a price of $120 to wash my wife's Toyota Highlander. (I presume this included an express interior detail). I told Max that I didn’t expect to come back and asked if he would refund the remaining $40. He said was unable to, but I “could spend it with them.” Throughout our conversation Max was polite, relaxed and all around pleasant. His demeanor and professionalism are the reason I am giving this business a 3-star review. Max is running his own business, employing folks in the community in what appears to be a relaxed work environment. That speaks volumes. I am speculating, but he seems like a good boss. He also does a robust business with Glendale Chrysler/Jeep and they are clearly pleased as they had several cars in their garage and dropped of another as I was leaving. I also appreciate that my car is odorless, it smells like nothing. No polish, no cleaning products, no artificial scents. It is great!On to nit-picking, see photos with explanations. I nit-pick because with six hours and for $260 I would expect an immaculate interior and a clean, towel dried, shiny exterior.What isn’t in the photos is the sandpaper like surface feel of the car. Having clay barred my car several times, I believe this was not done. If it was, it was rushed and only done in areas that I did not run my hand over. I did call Max to clarify if they clay barred my car and was told he would call back. I have yet to hear from him.If I had to guess the team at Detail to the MAX began washing my car at or around 1PM (standing water left in the car, still being vacuumed at 3PM, heater was on full blast when I started my car, and the seats and mats were wet to the touch).As an alternative, I would suggest the General Grant Express Complete detail. They placed a lifetime ceramic coating on my vehicle and had me come in for a two week followup were my vehicle was inspected and detailed for free. I plan on bringing my other vehicle in soon. Stuart Swanson: I was visiting St. Louis for a tournament this weekend. I found Complete Auto Wash on Google Search. I contacted them via phone and Rocky the owner picked up phone immediately. During my trip to St. Louis I experienced some car issues that delayed my delivery of my car for the scheduled appointment. Rocky totally accomodated me late on Friday afternoon and did an exceptional job with my car. His rate for cleaning my car was extremely fair and worth every dollar. The work completed is exceptional and I can not recommend Complete Auto Wash any more. If you want a car wash, detail, interior cleaning and you are in St. Louis please contact them. Especially if you are staying the convention center area. It is easily no more than a 10 minute walk from any hotel in the area. So you can drop and go.Service:Auto detailing
