lamont walker: I called the number listed on the building and when the guy picked up I asked were they open because they looked closed from the outside. The guy went on a rant about he looks closed because he don't wanna get shot and the neighborhood is bad. But he comes out , took a look at my equipment and says I cannot install. Didn't explain why and just walked off. I can tell between him being awkwardly rude and him being in the audio installation business but wouldn't do an install that this wasn't a legitimate business

Randy Ingmire: Often frustrated with customer service. Unexpected billings not told about when we signed the contract. And today, payment "return to sender" by U.S.P.S. because mailed to address on return envelope sent with bill and not new P.O. Box. No apology for inconvenience from customer service person. It was all Postal Service fault. I was told just resend to either address. Which address? Small things, but they add up.
Steve: When it comes time to cancel your services, the company will try to charge you more than four times what the the equipment is worth. It will takes threats of legal action to come to any resolution with this company. Stay away. Better service and ethics are easily found elsewhere.
Jj Rr: The lot would better serve the community and neighborhood as a park and public parking lot.I don't know if they're any good at security, but they certainly secure their parking lot from use by anyone, ever. Bad neighbors!Ha, remember when they built an expensive building (that doesn't fit Dogtown) then secured their parking lot with cheap chains and a gate made out of a 2x4 and a bucket? Classy.

David Ruggeri: Do some research and you can find numerous better companies. I am a current customer and am canceling my service and switching to a different company. I have had several small issues over the past few years, but nothing that would warrant leaving until now. Our alarm was beeping and I called and asked what the issue might be. They told me they would send someone out. I stated that if we can trouble shoot this over the phone I am happy to do so, but they said it was no problem and they would send someone out to make sure everything was working properly. The service tech came out and said it was a bad battery and replaced it. Well a few weeks later I get a $103 bill for changing a $8 battery. I called billing and was told by the women in the billing department that she will look into this and call me back soon. Well she never called so I called back the next day. She explained that the charge for a service call was $95. I stated that the service call was their idea and that I could have changed the battery myself as $103 to change a battery seems excessive to me. She told me that there is nothing she can do and I have to pay that bill. I told her that I will pay but will be canceling my service, to which she replied "Ok, I need that in writing. I will be looking for your letter." She literally could not have cared less. After I hung up I decided to call back and speak to a supervisor. I was told that Bridget would call me back "very soon." Bridget called me back and seemed to not care anymore than the first employee.I did some looking around and found many great alarm companies with better technology and options.

They will not always call when your alarm is triggered and they give you a card with a ridiculously long password and will not let you personalize it. The people are rude and their billing is even worse. They have you sign a 5 year contract and try to come after you even if you have reasons like: the alarm doesn't work, you never called, you called the police but never called me.I have ADT now and there is no comparison.

Dan Nolan: Josh and his team provide incredible end to end customer support, ensuring the customer is treated like a VIP the whole way.I have a fairly standard older (2010) vehicle and had another company perform an earlier upgrade to the stereo and navigation system. That install was done extremely poorly and was causing electrical issues with my vehicle. I ended up bringing my vehicle to JML back in March 2023, and wow, that was the right callJosh took the time to walk through what was done previously with me, explain some of the MANY areas where the previous install was done wrong, and what should have been done.We then spent time talking about what I was looking for in correcting the situation, and other upgrades that I was also interested in. He spent a lot of time 1-1 answering questions, talking through options and what they did, providing recommendations between options tailored to how I use my vehicle, and even went so far as to help me prioritize the work I wanted done - things he recommended I pursue with initial work, and then recommendations for if I decided to continue enhancing beyond the initial workThe install itself was top notch! Josh and his team treated my vehicle as if it was their own, and just as important as the higher end vehicles they also serviceFrom start to finish, Josh and his team can't be beat!

They also make many custom parts. I love how they build up the sound systems of the vehicle. FYI there is a difference between tinted windows and widow treatments.

Also, his loaner car program made the whole transaction even more simple.
Mark Fernandez: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JML to anyone looking for High-End installations. I've had a long history with JML that began over 10 years ago and have had 4 vehicles enhanced- Infinity FX, a 2012 Carrera S Cab, a 2015 Macan, and a 2014 Turbo S. They do so much more than just audio upgrades (which are amazing in and of itself). They have installed clear bra protectant coating, which is virtually invisible, window tinting, in-dash radar detector, high end audio, front camera and rear back up camera, laser shifter, keyless ignition, you name it! You'd be hard pressed to find anyone else offering their amount of knowledge, products, and customer assistance. He also backs up and stands behind his work if anything ever needs tweaking later. It's worth the time and investment if you want the best.

Every single component is meticulously integrated into your vehicle in a way that would make the original designers blush.JML Audio took my 2016 ACR with only two (very sad) tweeters to an absolute concert hall of a build all while maintaining the character of the car, minimizing visible changes, and making sure the best quality components were available to me at every step. After I took my car to another shop to have it ceramic coated and PPF'd, it started to peel, and just look horrible. I took it back to Josh and his team painstakingly custom cut and applied PPF on every single panel, and ceramic coated it. This was over a year ago and I still can't get it dirty.My 2012 Panamera Turbo received a much lighter set of modifications. Environmental package and an Apple CarPlay compatible head-unit with offline maps. To this day, passengers still tell me they "didn't know these old Porsches even offered CarPlay" because the install is so good.Every single car I own until the end of time will, at a minimum, receive the JML Audio environmental package. Josh and the JML staff are a premier and unbeatable team in quality of product and excellence in service.
Jennifer Davis: A great experience from start to finish, and beyond. I brought my 06 Jeep Commander to Josh at JML 4 years ago. No digital package or back up camera on this vehicle at the time. I talked to Josh about a digital upgrade n cameras.JML installed a Kenmore Navigation Digital Multimedia Receiver with Bluetooth and a front n rear cameras. Josh was great to work with. Explained the tech part to me so I can understand. Was clear n upfront with pricing. I've only contacted JML twice in 4 years. One was for a phone cable replacement (it connects to the receiver). And again today for the rear camera, 4 years later. Turns out I changed a setting on the rear camera I shouldn't have. No charge for either follow up visit. Josh has that fixed on a few minutes n walked me through some features I had forgotten about. I would recommend JML.
chuck jones: Five years ago when searching for after-market electronic vehicle accessories I discovered JML Audio. From that time on I have had electronic and vehicle accessory upgrades to both my 2014 Silverado and 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. All performed by JML Audio. This includes an upgraded stereo system, sound proofing for road noise reduction,, tinted and heat reflective glass treatment, cameras front, back and sides. All work has been done once and done well. No need to go back repeatedly to redo the same job. No doubt these added to the vehicle's value at trade-in time a few months ago. Each time I have had to leave my vehicle at his shop he has provided a "loaner" either for the day or overnight. Josh and his crew are always very professional and personable. The JML crew are the "go to" guys for audio and vehicle accessories.
