Terrible experience, the reason I place an online order it so you don’t sell out before I get there

Kirk Belhumeur: If I could give zero stars I would. I normally go to feel state in florissant and I decided to cheat on them and try greenlight. Wow was this a mistake. The budtender I couldn't get his name his name tag was on backwards was so rude. My friend asked a simple question and he said that he is not there to answer questions.. He was very short and not friendly. Needless to say we left and took our business to feel state about 15 miles away I'd rather drive the further distance to get decent treatment as a veteran. You would think with all the dispensary choices this place would be more customer service oriented.

OH, and then my card declined & to the rescue they came & figured out how to fix the problem, all while I'm having anxiety b/c I'm in an Uber on my 3rd stop. The employee(s) at Swade had me in and out even with all my extra, as usual. Oh & btw #swade he thought it was 🔥🤪💨 I'm a fan.

After this dispensary went rec its really gone downhill. They say they prioritize medical, but they don’t. Used to have cheaper KOR wax like $25/g and $16.99 Ostara gummies, not anymore. Everything has gone up in price and quality has gone down. Not even a discount or special for med patients. The budtenders definitely aren’t the same ones I saw for the first year I was going once or twice a week & the new hires aren’t nearly as knowledgeable or friendly. It is a shame because I used to come here ALL the time and was so convenient. I just shop around for deals now and can typically find something better at 315 or N’Bliss that makes it worth the drive.

SO convenient, set my time for pick up, they let me know when my order was ready. I was in/out literally 5-7 mins!! Good vibes here... You can feel it. Awesome job Root 66!!!! Y'all nailed it.

Everybody’s energy feels great in the room! Great product. Beautiful stores. Very clean and organized. I like that I can look at the menu on an iPad instead of a menu behind the desk. Makes me feel less rushed and it’s easier to see. Will definitely continue to use this location!
