Bradley Hoffman: So first off this an excellent candle shop but it’s not what I thought it would be. Being URBAN Candle I went in expecting urban specific scents like “urine on hot pavement” and “an entire to-go order of toasted ravs that was thrown on the ground last night and then baked with the morning sun” but they ended up having more standard scents.
Mallory Bell: Love their candles and everyone is always so nice and helpful. I had a candle I had bought of theirs that they no longer sold but they made a special one just for me! Extremely nice people!! They always have a wide range of scents too so you'll find something you'll love.
Sophia R: I love this place! Chris is so nice and shares her love and knowledge with everyone. We hosted an event with her to make our own candles and we are hosting another one again in February. These candles are now the only thing I burn in my apartment. I even got some more for Christmas from my boyfriend because he loves the scents so much too!

I just went for the fragrances, I thought the fragrant was extremely overpriced $$$$$. If I had to sum up my experience, Gucci prices with thrift store decor. Update: after using the oil to make candles, they cut the fragrance oil. The fragrances aren't as strong as they should be.

Nedra Tyler: I visited this company for the first time yesterday 8/2/2021. The lady was very nice, gave me prices by the pound for Soy wax the highest was 121.00 for 50lbs. I asked for 25 pounds box which I was told is 67.00 dollars she charged me 97.00...when I caught the mistake and tried getting it rectified I was told over the phone that 97.00 dollars is the going price for the Sky wax and that I heard the lady wrong...I told him I never paid that much for Soy wax not even on Candle Science with shipping included...the man I talked to stated I could bring the wax back and we would go from there...I wouldn't go back here. Somehow I felt the over charge was not a mistake and this is fine more than we pay attention to. Lesson learned.

It made it so easy and I felt so much more comfortable being able to discuss it with someone so experienced. Harold Fiebelman: Great price on bulk wax to make candles at home. So many scent option that were way less expensive than I've seen other place. They had a large selection of standing candles in various colors for any event or decoration need. They also had so many candles they made that are way less expensive than other stores and so many scent options. They even gave me a packet to take home with candle making instructions and how much wax for various sized containers. Never getting candles anywhere again!

Kim Clyne: This is hands down my favorite candle company. Hard to pick a favorite scent!! I seriously love them all. Lemon Lavender and White Tea are such a good staples. Autumn Apple starts getting lit the second we get that first hint of fall. The Saint Nic is a must have for the holidays, but the White Pine takes you all through winter. The Blood Orange and Island Grapefruit are lit when I want a taste of summer and it totally takes me there. You can’t go wrong!!! Plus the jars and the labels are so pretty and aesthetically pleasing I’m always getting questions about them when friends come over. Great way to treat yourself and always an easy gift!!!

They made rescheduling as breeze, which I appreciate. The candle making is pretty simple aside from making a decision on which scent/s are your favorite. Our candle making couch was very fun to work with.
