Cristy Eisenbeis: First off my husband passed away 11/2/2022. Drs were very kind but could have they done more based on MD Anderson or other top cancer centers...YES. My husband was tolerating the TMZ 5/23 treatment but only got 6 instead of 12. He was DX 11/13/2021 so didnt make even the 12 month prognosis. I know it's a horrid terminal disease but my mother survived 29 months 20 years ago. Same location in the brain etc. They could do better. Agree with others on the wait times, miscoordination of appt. They do their best be I feel for people that travel hours for treatment. Fortunately we were close
L Ward: Probably have some good physicians. But the Center fails in coordinating patient care, scheduling and information. Not helpful to people out of state. Not enough signage to navigate the complex. Can not recommend.
D WALKER: Pleasant friendly staff....Well maintained facility.
Andi M: The care is fine but you wait around for literally HOURS after your scheduled appointment to see a doctor. There is absolutely no communication about why you are waiting or when you will see someone. I'm sure they double book the doctors but it makes the patient care experience absolutely awful.
Sydni Ward: Every appointment we had here always started off well. The gentleman, Lamont, who does patient check in greeted us with a smile and cheer. We recieved good care here and they were flexible with our schedule since we live 2 hours away. I recommend the siteman center and am thankful such kind staff like Lamont. I'm happy to say we won't be back anytime soon!!! Hopefully, never.

Tina Singleton: My fiancé got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer almost a year ago...the cancer had not spread to other organs ....We had a doctor refer us just a few weeks ago to one of the doctors at Siteman Cancer Center and making the trip out to Siteman’s was the best choice we could have made. We were treated very well by every team member at Siteman’s that we had the pleasure of coming in contact with. Siteman Cancer Center is equipped with cutting edge technology that we do not have access to in out area we are in Idaho .....I would highly recommend Siteman to any one of my friends or family struggling with cancer . Well worth checking out what they have to offer .
Latasha Fox: I can not believe how much of a disappointment this place is. You get an information sheet after your appointment, but you may as well trash it because the information is incorrect. My dad had a chemo treatment we didn't know about BECAUSE IT WASN'T ON THE SHEET. We arrive thinking we have 2 things to do at the Center, but SURPRISE, we have to stay for 2 additional hours due to someone's lack of attention to detail. When I asked the doctor about it, he stated, "those sheets aren't always right." That's the level of professionalism at this place. There is typically information not communicated, unexpected procedures, or just plain incompetence. If you have the option of taking your loved one somewhere else, don't pass up the opportunity. I would fly my dad to the Mayo clinic every month, but he is not up for it. I guess I'm stuck here. 😕
Deb Sull: Did not have a good experience - all ego.You should be able to tell your doctor if you want to get a second opinion. A good doctor values what their patient tells them. They should not be offended or hurt when their patient does not feel comfortable with you and your lack of compassion. A caring doctor should be willing to work with another doctor for the greater good of the patient. Especially when your patient has cancer!
Dennis Schneider: Anyone ever been treated at Siteman & sent home cured of cancer ? I've been a patient there & receiving treatment there for over 5 years & I question if they are actually working toward a cure for my cancer or just taking my $ for treatment ? I've yet to hear of anyone that has been sent home cured of their cancer? I'm thinking that cure is not their goal? only ongoing treatment ! no $ in curing patient's cancer !
Aron Jackson: They take good care of they're patients You don't only got to have cancer you can have any major problems they take care of everybodyI got Sickle Cell Anemia And they treat me great We have our UPS in down but that's with any doctor But at the end of the day we not perfect we family.🤝💪💕💯

Anna Thuer: I want to thank Erica Pollak in radiology at Siteman Cancer Center for all of her help. She has been wonderful. A mass was found on my dad's cat scan at another hospital. A needle biopsy was recommended. Our local hospital couldn't reach the mass, because they didn't have a needle long enough. Our next step was Siteman. The first person I spoke with was Erica. She showed the cat scan to a radiologist there and he didn't think they could safely reach it either due to the location. She helped us schedule a MRI to make sure nothing had changed since his CT in February. The MRI showed the same mass. I asked her what physician or surgeon we should make an appointment with. She was gracious enough to help us. Within a couple of days we had an appointed for a image guided biopsy. There was a radiologist willing to try to biopsy. This is a blessing and a much better option than surgery. The biopsy was done a few days later. Now we wait for the results. No matter the results we were blessed to have Erica's help.Thank You,Anna Thuer R.Ph
Less Kirk: Husband had AML the last time he was there he got A bed sore and care was bad they had him in the lift and was putting him on the bedside pot and let the lid go between the lift and his back tore open the bedsore would not take a dog there.
John Metcalf: My best friend's son contacted Siteman wanting to make an appointment for his dad. He was told they would call back but they never did so he went to Evansville, IN for treatment. Apparently person answering the phone dropped the ball.

Lou: This is one of the top cancer centers in the country, if not the world. We are lucky to have it here in the region. Always top notch care for cancer patients.

Frederick Eccher3: The security guard was arrogant and hassled me as I sat on the upper floor. Other than that I had a good visit. Many people used the steps and not the elevator. Not sure why but not much foot traffic to the upper floor. My Dr was late but that was expected.
Debbie Durham: A great place to go if you have cancer. They know how to treat any type of cancer you have.
Helen Kratochvil: I’ve been bringing my father here for 5 years, every month… this place has declined more every year. Wait times are ungodly for labs, must be understaffed. What used to be a quick turn around is now hours of sitting and waiting. I take an entire day of work off.
Tom Krull: If you bring a relative in for a treatment you are not allowed to wait for them so I have to make four 50 minute drives home and back or sit in my vehicle for the duration in 90° heat.
Myra Miller 'Hurt: In the sitaution we're in, my husband has barcelona clinic liver cancer stage c. We needed help with, information and options. Respectful, insightful, caring and very informative.
Andrew Simpson: I am not sure what was worst. The Chemo treatments or having to deal with Washington University on $60,000+ of billing errors for in network services.

Our first visit was yesterday and from a medical professionals point of view we couldn't have picked a better place to seek medical care for my husbands lung cancer. Thank you for the care you give your patients.
Lisa McCullah: Dr. Roth and his assistant Andew are very simple spoken with a heartfelt connection with their patient. Molly Sink my son's infusion nurse is outstanding in her since of humor and professional attitude.
Caprianna: I would encourage anyone with cancer to seek Siteman. They have an awesome team of doctors, nurses, staff, volunteers, the whole facility is beyond any standard of care. I was with Dr. Tan and his amazing team of nurses. There are no words that can possibly explain the admiration and gratitude I have for my team (at the time) AND everyone else who works there, period. Dr. Tan, his team and just anyone you come in contact with at Siteman are not afraid to fight with, and for you! And even with your caregiver or family members. They will show/teach them comfort, strength and how to help fight the fight! That your caretaker and family members are just as affected by this awful disease as you.

Kayla: This place is a joke. Consistently unorganized, unprepared, and uninformed. I wish I hadn’t switched from St. Luke’s, my care was far more patient-centered and far less haphazard. This place makes me want to discontinue treatment. Choose another hospital for your oncological care or at least pick a different location.

David Harster: In the late summer of 2022 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer by my Urologist, Dr Patel who by the way is a great doctor. I went through 28 radiation treatments. I have to say Dr. Mary Graham, my oncologist, was compassionate, attentive and very informative as I went through the treatments. All of the radiation technicians were fabulous and so kind to an old man. The layout of the treatment center is great which allows the treatments to be given very efficiently and quickly. As of now I am cancer free! Thank you all so much.
Jim Spinner: While the doctors there saved my life. The staff that works with the doctors are terrible. Save your life and go anywhere else

Hugh May: The service and exercise at the cancer center was excellent. But stay away from the main Mercy South hospital It took 2 days to get a bed and then we sat in the room from when they called at 7:15 until noon (12;02 to be exact) for n no breakfast and a drink of water The nurse said she have to wait until the doctor saw her and okayed for her to get anything to consume, The doctor never showered up all morning. Dr.Hanson at the cancer center gave them all the information the day before. We left and went back to the cancer center but everyone was out to lunch except for one nurse who tried to help Rhonda was very helpful but she had no authority to do anything but to tell Dr Hanson about the incident. They were not helpful on the 8th floor.
Andy Cigars: An amazing facility with even better people working there. The nurses and docs saw me through what was the most difficult time in my life. They do amazing things and truly care about their patients. God Bless them all.
