Donald Ward: Up until about 4 months ago everything was fine. Now every 2 or 3 days I have to reboot my internet because it just freezes. No internet AT ALL! I have made several calls to customer service & they tell me the same thing all the time. They won't come out to replace my modem & router unless I pay a service charge. Why should I have to pay because they have faulty equipment? They offer to mail me new equipment but I have to set it up myself. I don't know anything about that stuff! If I mess it up then they are going to blame everything on me; saying that it is MY fault it doesn't work! It would be easier just to bring the stuff to my residence, hook it up, then take the old stuff away! What's wrong with that? If I have one more problem I am seriously thinking about changing my internet service to another company that has better customer service! If not that then I will simply cancel it all together! I don't really need it anyway. I'm 70 years old & don't need the agrivation. I will just go to the library like I used to do.
Josh Humphrey: They consistently fail to provide functioning internet and offer no solutions other than “turn the modem off and back on”. Spend your money elsewhere

BRIAN CURRY: I love my spectrum mobile at $29 plus insurance. It’s nice to have the iPhone 12 Max Pro. I do periodically have internet issues since I moved. Got to thank you for being retired after between in-house and contracted or Independent Reseller. I need to retain that status again! My location on similar experiences via web, YouTube blogging or website could be informing customers of the awesome company has grown since being Charter Communications! If you have a problem just remember that it really depends whom you get the chance to speak with in any business for that matter. Thank them for their help and try again! This is the best company that has awesome service that connects you with the world! Thanks!
Caley Henry: We have had Spectrum for about 10 years. They raise our bill every 6 months to a year and i got tired of it. I called to cancel. I spoke to two different people and both we're very rude after knowing their strong armed sales tactics weren't working to save us as a customer (even tried to sell us mobile service by bad mouthing the one we have). The last one told us that its billed through the end of the month and to just keep it till then. There were no instructions given on what to do with the equipment even after saying SEVERAL times i wanted it canceled effective immediately. I had to research online how to turn in equipment and what equipment is even theirs since we had them for so long. I will NOT be back. Customer service is everything and Spectrum has no clue. Id rather live wothout than to live with the "service" they are "providing".
Odeleya Israel: I am going to start a class action against Spectrum, who else would like to take action against them as well, they do not want to be held accountable for their actions and need to be charged for it. They have changed their name many times because they have stolen from many people and they buy out the other companies so that they can continue to rob the people it’s time for us the little ones to stand up and make them accountable.!!!

Jerry Wilson: I paid my bill at 5 am this morning. 7 hours later I get a call saying my cable, phone, internet will be cut off if I didn't make a payment. The lady I talked to was very unprofessional. She talked over me and hung up on me. When I called to file a complaint on her the gentleman I talked to was the same way. Talking over me and then told me to talk to spectrum employees with professionalism. I told his supervisor he needs to practice what he tells customers.
Levi Miller: This company is not deserving of 1 star. This is the most unethical company I have ever encountered. They send you equipment to hook up for a free 2 week trial, even if you don’t use the equipment and send it back within the specified time period they still send you a bill! Once you don’t pay the bill bc you never used there equipment and returned it in their specified time frame they send you to collections bc they never got a credit card on file. We disputed the claim but spectrum is the evil overseer that determines if your dispute is credible or not. Basically you are forced to settle or it dings your credit and spectrum makes an easy $100 off of you without ever using their services. If they do this to enough people they have a steady profit stream without ever providing any services. I would never recommend this unethical, dishonest, sleazy company to anyone ever!
Michael Ray: Absolutely garbage company trying to extort me and my wife for over $300+ for services we cancelled. For the first time in my life, I'm going to be suing someone. Actually I'll be suing a corporation. This greed is out of control and If you don't pay they attempt to destroy your good standing credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are going to regret trying to steal my money as I'm going to cost them much more than $300. Court costs and all that jazz.

ONE WAY: Horrible customer service! 314 area code INCOMPETENT, unprepared technicians, lack of accountability and 2nd attempt the person doesn't even show up! No call. Its after 8pm and I have to get up early and WORK! FOR A LIVING because obviously no one at SPECTRUM WANTS TO WORK OR COMPLETE SERVICES! I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE CLOSED! TEXT SERVICE SHOWING LOCATION DOESN'T WORK!I NEVER HAD SPECTRUM AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU EITHER
Melon Coyle: Zero stars. The new phone THEY sold me will not fully activate to their service but they will not take the phone back or refund my $500 or even make an equal exchange because it's been more then 14 days. The S. Grand Store is thew worst and had me in tears.
Robert Wilkes: You can't believe how bad the customer service is until you try to use it. I was never able to find a 1-800 number which means you can either send them a letter (I'm not kidding) or use their useless chat bot.
Chad Coates: absolutely pathetic mobile service and customer service. Horrible reception, warrantied a replacement phone and then said it was damaged and charged me for it with no recourse. Here's a picture they sent of the "damage" on an 8 month old warrantied phone. Its dust in one of the ports. I would never give them another nickel. MOST PATHETIC EVER.
BOB B: We have been dealing with a poor signal since May, 3 techs have come out since then and all 3 say the problem is at “the tap” but it never gets fixed. When the cable works it’s great but whenever I have problems they are the worst. Whenever I call the service rep to find out the status of the repair they tell me I have to have a tech come out first, I tell them nothing is getting done after 3 techs , how many more times do I have to call?

Just because I wasn’t wearing a suit this person thought I was selling something.Learn to respect your clients, but don’t worry for me, because I’m not one of them anymore.

Daniel MCCARTHY: Wow, where do I start, Don't EVER order anything over the phone with Spectrum EVER..All salesperson work on commission, 3 different individuals all scammed me to line their own pockets with cash.First salesperson sent me their silver package equipment but my last words with him was thanks thats more than i want to spend monthly ($180), I thanked him and said I'm going to continue looking at all my options and i would get back to him.. 3 days later i have tons of equipment i did not ask for. My next step i guess is to call 5 on your side and other news outlets that look in to business fraud. If you still want Spectrum DO NOT order over the phone, go to a store that has equipment ready that day. I encourage you to stay clear entirely though.

A good friend referred me to give them a call, but when I called the lady who picked up the phone was snobby and the manger Nikki she transferred me to was very rude. I asked her were they hiring at the moment, she cut me off before I could finish and said rudely we are not hiring but come fill out an application between 8-3, I would not dare I guess because I didn’t sound to fit the description of what they were looking I didn’t qualify. I scratched them off my list and moving on to the next.

I applied to this company on 2017 and was offered a position after conducting a background check, I did not take the position.I reapplied this year and was denied employment and nothing changed on my background since then, yet the denied me employment based on a conviction from 1998. They have other convicted felons working for them with fraud charges, foregry charges, theft and the list goes on. However I was convicted of possession of a controlled substance at the age of 17 and they held it against me. I am now 38yrs old with 2 degrees and they discriminated on me.Contact a lawyer if it happens to you!!! I surely am!
Kay Hamilton: Worst job ever. They singled me out after wear a head wrap. After that they continued to find things I was doing wrong. That no one tried to correct until I was fired. Best thing they ever did for me.

Kassidy Little: If you want a job you'll hate, where you'll be poorly trained, have no incentive or motivation, poor employee morale, an on egg shells work environment, that'll then double your work but never raise your pay discriminate against you and then probably fire you for some unethical outlandish reason, then you've come to the right place. One girl suffered a miscarriage and they fired her for missing work even though she only missed 3 days and had doctors notes. Tammy one of the floor managers decided she didn't like one employee so she just kept telling HR she was sleeping in her training class. Half of the time she would be looking clearly at Tammy. Most people quit if they aren't fired. On the bright side if you aren't getting a lot of calls, you can't read, use your phone, do homework, use the computer or do anything productive. You get to twiddle your thumbs and look at the poorly painted walls. One corner had a plant in it and the break room had roaches.
