Rebecca Davis: This place is cash only, rude cashier, and expensive. $17 for a drink, one piece of fish, and a small side salad.When I asked if they had an ATM (which they don’t), the cashier acted very put out with me, and said she needed to hold my ID while I went to get cash. The food didn’t look that good anyway. Nope.Wish they would get with the times! Most places take credit cards in 2023.

sas Stovall: Large selection of everything. And everything is delicious. I’ve been eating there for years and have yet to have some thing I didn’t care for. Tuesdays and Thursdays are for turkey but they rotate all of their entrées salads at sides etc. on a regular basis so it’s never the same thing twice unless you choose the same day. Simply delicious!

They said it is a cafe style and when we went to pay the price they told us was not what they charged. The food was ok at best and was not hot at all. I just don't recommend them at all.

Mark Zeman: On the second floor of the Missouri History Museum in Forest Park is the newly-opened Cafe St. Louis. The eating area offers a great view of the park with floor-to-ceiling glass windows which bathe the room in light. The cafe offers hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, soups and boxed salads plus some traditional St. Louis foods -- gooey butter cake, Ted Drewe's custard, Gus' pretzels and toasted ravioli. Prices are reasonable! Go tour an exhibit and then stop in for lunch!
