Marcia DeSpain: Would never recommend to any one. Staff has no idea what they are doing , they ordered wrong size cabinets and crown molding, even when they come to your home to do the measuring !had to wait extra 6 weeks for replacement's with half a kitchen finished. Owner yelling telling you it's your fault. Another employee tells you that certain granite does not come with a sealer on it , just go buy a 5.00 can of sealer . The place is a joke
Dan DSX: We had issues with the purchase of our kitchen rebuild from the day our check was cashed. First, they forgot to order the cabinets (called them 5 weeks to check status of order and were told that the salesman "forgot" to put the order in) which caused us to wait a total of over 7 weeks to receive them. Once received, one of the cabinets was cracked and it took another 3 weeks to get a replacement. Won't even go into how long it took to receive a drawer replacement that had a visual flaw in it.Then the countertops were designed and cut incorrectly. We ended up having to compromise with a different finish to not have to wait for weeks for a replacement. This delayed finishing our project yet another 5 days and we were not happy with the finish versus the original one we purchased.The sales staff was pretty incompetent and the managers/owner were indifferent. Communication was poor because they rarely returned phone calls and emails.I would recommend against using Cabinets Flooring & More.
Tim Ashley: My father and I were getting my recently deceased grandmothers house ready for sale and the kitchen had never been updated in the 60 year old house. The best and only offer we received after 90 days on the market was 160k. We decided to make a small investment in the property to try to get a better selling price. We contacted Cabinets Flooring and More. The estimate was personally delivered by the owner of the business the next day. My father, who recently had his kitchen redone by another company, thought that his estimate was mistakenly too low. He got in writing. At the end of two 12 hour days by their full time professional installers, four of them to be exact, we were shocked at the speed, expert craftsmanship, and the complete transformation of the job they did. Long story short, we had a firm contract on the house a week later. for 199k. We bought the least expensive ceramic tile(flooring), cabinets, and granite(from E&B Granite - a subsidiary of CF&M) and for $6,000 they got us over a 300% return on our investment in a week! Amazing!

Rebecca Riedel: We went to visit the store on a Friday 45 minutes before close and no one was there. I’ve tried calling several times and it always goes to voicemail. It would be nice to be able to at least call and confirm the hours of operation before driving all the way there. With this lack of availability and communication I would be highly skeptical that they’d be dependable.

The finish and construction of the cabinets are top notch and my luxury vinyl planking in rustic wood is super easy to clean and looks great all the time. Joe is great to work with. Joe Wokurka: Joe was excellent to work with. He gave us some options and worked with my layout to ensure that everything would fit as I thought. He was available to answer my questions either by phone or e-mail and gave us some options for shelving in the cabinets, such pull out shelf for a blind corner cabinet. Even though we may have been a smaller project for him, he never made me feel that way with support throughout construction. As I was installing the cabinets myself, I appreciate Joe being there to make sure I understood how the accessories were to be installed with the cabinets. We were impressed with the quality of cabinets for the price.Maple cabinets, with all drawers and slow close. Nice smooth operation of the cabinets and dove tail construction on all drawers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for cabinets.
