The experience from the first visit to the showroom in Fenton was fantastic. The team we worked with - Tanner, Jeff, Patrick, Brad is a five star team and we couldn't have asked for better crew for our kitchen. Patrick is exceptionally meticulous and worked as this was his own house. We're extremely picky on how things are done around our house and we're absolutely happy with end result. We were living in the house while getting a big project done so little things like cleaning up everyday before leaving, suggesting basic things like adding an extra electric GFCI to make life easier, taking care of appliances and furniture as if it were their own house and the list is endless.In short, if you are considering kitchen remodeling or any other work they do, go with them, you will not be disappointed!

Janice: UPDATE: They wrote to me after this review and said they would call and get the parts to me. That was over a week ago. This just further proves they are unreliable. They figure they have enough full closet business to ignore the small or supplemental orders. Choose California closets or someone else!Go with someone else. This company is not reliable. It started off great. Stephanie, our designer, was very helpful. There was a 12-week between the time we signed on and the time we finally got our closets installed. During installation, they told us we should have laid new floor first. When we talked about the prep before the installation, they never mentioned this. Then, after the closets were installed, we realize that we needed two more pieces to make them complete. I ordered those pieces the second week of October. It is now the end of January and they keep brushing me off. I've heard a few responses that it's in the production and go get to me soon, but they never do. So my bottom line is to find a different closet installer. These people are not reliable.

We were told we would have the counter top installed in a few days. It has been over a month and no one in the company will assist us. I am hoping to get a reply and a counter top very soon. Phyllis Hanna: This has to be worse company I have ever worked with. They came out and designed and installed 3 master walk in closets, pantry and a laundry room. They could not get the laundry room right in design as well as the workmanship of the cabinets. First install the cabinet would not close - they over lapped and not lined up correctly. Collin Walsh came out to re-design just 1 small wall because you could not hang anything and that was 1 of our main requests. Collin redesigned that wall and they installed the new cabinets on September 8th. The installers brought to our attention that the upper cabinet doors were very weak and to call the next day to have Collin come back out. I did that and Collin refused to come back out. He re-directed me to his boss Patrick who accused me of damaging the cabinet and would not send anyone out without me paying them. I felt insulted that I would damage anything! I have testimonials from private companies who have come out to look at the problem and they all have come up with the same conclusion-the hinges are too close together to hold the door from wobbling when you open them. The doors also are not lined up correctly. I have now had to seek help in trying to resolve this problem over 1 cabinet. And to think they are warranted for 7 years and I can't even get someone out to fix the problem on the first day!! Stay away from a company like this. We obtained numerous master closet system bids and none stood out with ease or value like ClosetsByDesign. Ruth Anne came to our home while still under construction and met with us about a design. She sketched a plan by hand (impressive) and worked efficiently to give us our practical dream closet while maintaining good value. Install was a few months out but approached quickly. It went without a hitch, as the crew was professional and respectful. The quality seems to be exactly what I would expect. lucy shinkle: After waiting 3 mos for my closets , I have never seen a more unusable space in quite awhile. I have shelves that I cannot reach and hanging things I cannot use as they are over my drier. Use a step stool ? I am 70 yrs old and live alone, I do not use step stools. I really feel that the sales person sole reason for being here was to eearn a higher comission since I can only use a portion of the install. Sarah Squires: I highly recommend taking your business to another company for custom shelving.We had a small pantry unit installed by them. It took months for the unit to be built, which I was fine with, but then they arrive with the unit to install and it was too small for the designated area, so they then tried to make it fit (poorly, might I add). The unit was completely missing the backing we ordered. It took me WEEKS of calling and leaving voicemails just to get someone to answer the phone. Someone then came, what was now several months after the job was "completed", out and remeasured for a new section of counter to get ordered. Fast forward another 4 months and I still haven't heard back from the project manager with an expected date for correcting the counter and backing issues.It has been almost a full year since we had them out for the initial quote.1. Weird side piece added to make the unit fit, but only on one side.2. No backing on lower section, which we paid for.3. Counter cut very poorly.4. CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PROJECT MANAGER FOR EXISTING JOBS IS TERRIBLE.

Lee Loo: Turner & Associates designed and built our somewhat *unusual* bookcases and cabinet base, and we are absolutely pleased with the results. Bill takes great pride in his workmanship, and it shows with his attention to the details, especially with creative projects. We had a couple hiccups with the timeline due to unforeseen circumstances, but it all turned out beautifully. Communications were great regarding next steps in the project, updates, changes, etc. Highly recommend!

I made several calls to wood shops and could not find anyone that would take on my project. Turner and Associates not only took it on, I felt like they embraced the challenge. It took them some time, but it was well worth the wait. They were very personable and did their best to keep me up to speed on where things were.
Phoebe McVey: My 1700s bed post needed some TLC and Elaina and Bill were a fantastic team. I knew I could rely on them to take care of the post as soon as I walked into their shop. My experience with Turner and Associates could not have been better. They were honest, thorough, timely and caring. Bill is a master! The repair is invisible. The finished product was beyond a doubt exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the woodworking and finish is superb. This piece of furniture will last. As I write this I can say I have gone back to Turner and Associates to commission a computer desk, and can already tell it will turn out great with the collaboration of ideas between Bill, Elaina and myself.Update - DeskGot my desk in a bit ago, didn't take long to get (month and a half). The desk turned out beautifully. It's large enough to hold everything that my previous desk was woefully to small for. Between some ideas from Bill, Elaina and myself, we were able to get to a final product that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and modular if/when the desk will need to be moved. The drawers fully extend out, providing ample storage. The shelves also fully extend, allowing me to store away my printer and CPU tower until I need to get to them.
Phillip Michaels: This place is a great find! These folks bring innovation and care to the job. Had a piece of furniture sitting ackwarkly on a sloping floor. The fix they created for me was inexpensive and finished to perfection.
Daniel White: Amazing work. I had a very special unique project, The Pocket, for which Bill added the perfect charm to, through his crafty woodworking and attention to detail. Bill Turner was on time, he worked within the specified bid, and delivered an exceptional product. Specifically, he routered out rounded wood trim for a rare old door from the 1870's and constructed a stylish ladder for a loft. I highly recommend Bill!!!

Justin Zimpfer: After Almost 2 years of receiving my cabinets I STILL don't have all of my cabinet doors. They have ordered replacements twice now and each time they ordered the wrong ones. They had the nerve to tell me I was not being patient. The worst customer service I have ever received!!! I started working with Wayne and to be honest, he just didn't care about us what so ever. Patrick has been better but still has not come through with the replacement doors. Just the same old story from them for almost 2 years now!!! Do not recommend!!!
Patrick Stotler: Great place for kitchen and bath cabinetry. They have all different price ranges of cabinets. They were able to design a layout to fit my needs and budget. I recommend buying cabinets here!
Tim Schuessler: Cabinet Distributors is a great company to work with! Patrick was very helpful and involved throughout the entire process of picking cabinets, ordering, delivering, and quality assurance.Side note however, we went with Wolf Cabinets and I would not recommend that specific manufacturer as many of the cabinet doors had chipped paint at the intersection of the doors. We had to request replacement doors many times over, as some of the replacements were even worse and had to be replaced as well. Some of the better-looking doors we received are also starting to chip 6 months later. If Wolf can fix their manufacturing process and quality control, they can be a legitimate option having cabinets with extra features for a decent price, but I wouldn’t recommend them with the experience we had.Use Cabinet Distributors, but not Wolf Cabinets.
Allan Finnegan: We had Patrick put in new cabinets and countertop in our kitchen. Turned out fantastic. I would highly recommend them! Patrick and Wayne are incredibly nice guys and provide the best customer service!
John Kiske: Wayne works with several manufactures for several different price-points. We took on a major renovation that included an addition and a new large kitchen. He and his wife were great allies in this process. Having never taken on a renovation of this size his patience and advice was invaluable. Was it perfect? No. But Wayne remained helpful and worked to get it right even my patience became strained. For any and all of my future cabinet needs I know who to call. Thanks again Wayne.
Jonas Gromle: We used Cabinet Distributors for our kitchen remodel after getting bids from a few other places in town. They offered the best pricing and were very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Nathan Doerr: If 6 or 7 stars out of 5 were possible, I'd give them 8. Impeccable timing and customer service that I would bet good money on, can never be beat! Many options, styles, colors etc, all along with professional suggestions on what is "In" and on its way "out".

Sebastian S: While driving down Manchester Rd, I got cut off by a white van with this logo on it. I had to slam on the breaks in order to not hit them. After I honked, the driver decided to go ahead and flip me off multiple times while smoking a cigarette. Extremely unprofessional, I would never conduct business with an company that sees this as fine behavior for their employees. The bathrooms also included provisions for future accessibility issues, such as well-positioned grab bars and walk-in shower. The crews were always polite, careful, respectful and trustworthy. And they do amazing work! They took vital areas of our home from the dark walnut and Formica Haven of 1976 to a lighter, brighter and more accessible 2016. Thanks doesn't cover their work.
