Cortex Commons: what do users think?
Damiane Curry: Really the best atmosphere in the city of Saint Louis. It's a Smart City that is very high tech, from the free Wi-Fi connection to the irrigation system and plant life. Beautiful scenery with luminous lighting system that is something you would enjoy.
Timothy Devine: Low probability of getting stabbed.
Yolanda Bynum: Great coffee shop
Jimmy Conway: Nice little spot to take a break from the big city, maybe have lunch or coffee on a sunny winter day. Could be bigger and have restrooms...
Nicole Pettus: Sat here during the day for lunch it was nice & sat at night to chill with my friends it was lit up really nice
Tonya Bland-Black: Love the area
N.mayzatul Aizan.o: CoronavirusCovid-19

Sansone Group: what do users think?
Chris Kasman: Outstanding place to work! Amazing culture, hard workers and family atmosphere!
Truth: This business is a joke they don’t care about their residence and they don’t care about their residence well-being. My stove had an electrical fire I called the office and the manager told me to unplug it. The first mistake. I asked her when was maintenance coming out to look at it, she told me she don’t know because we don’t have maintenance. The second mistake. Three days later the maintenance guy came out just to tell me they have to order a part. I then asked him how long will that be because I’ve been without a stove and it is Inhabitable to be in a unit without one. Of course his answer was I don’t know. Guess what, is going on a week and no stove, no call from office explaining anything.
Donna Millhollin: My stroke disabled daughter and I are being forced by the on-site property manager to sign a new lease even though we have a valid lease through June 30, 2023. This is after they placed a flyer on her door on a Friday saying she had to pay $120 within 3 days or be evicted. Her valid rent had never been late during the five years she has been there.
Dejanae Bennefield: I only give one start because I want to make a review they ran off with my rent money and you can never contact anybody
LaQuisha Pearson: Who is the actual landlord here because im sick of dealing with problems with my apartment and nobody to get a hold of. This is ridiculous
Danielle Daniels: Honestly the worst. There's no one in the business who doesn't cringe when you mention the name "Sansone". I have been trying for two months to get a printed copy of my rental account as well as set up for move out from one of their apartments. Our previous leasing agent left (rightfully so) and they have gone through two others in the span of three months. The last leasing agent, Jessica Perkins, hung up on me after telling me that our property wasn't her problem. She had given me two different numbers for what I owe thus the incorrect amount was paid. When I called their main office, an entirely different number was given to me. So basically no one has any idea what's going on at any level. I've been waiting for a "call back" from their regional manager Gina for over a week now... Still haven't heard. Avoid renting from Sansone. After 12 years of watching them let our complex rot away and them raising rent twice in less than 6 months... you can do better and safer elsewhere.
Dan Briscoe: 6 months so far with mold in dishwasher still not repaired... AC went out, they gave a 1 room ac unit that is bolted to the front room window and said screw the 2 bed rooms and kids.. Had to have fridge replaced 4 times and over $200 of food destroyed because they don't know what works what don't or when they will show up. Hot water has been out for a week now and saying not for another week cause they cant find a sub contractor... The parking looks like a junk yard, repairs being done after midnight. No kind of building security.. 0 - NO communication from management, or maintaince, or Owners to correct anything. But you better have there MONEY!
Danesha Johnson: Critical:Professionalism,Responsiveness
Dorlissa Cannon Smith: I have left several messages over months of calling and have to date not received a called back. I have been waiting on a man name John Berger to call me with no response. I even left message with his boss and no call back. I have been calling in reference to a deposit that was supposedly issued back in September 🤔. That I have never received 😠 At this point I am concern as to how the business is ran.
Timothy Burch: The real movers and shakers of the St. Louis real estate market. And growing. Wonderful portfolio. The best of the best and always dressed for success!
Petey Wheatstraw: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI'm a renting apartment for their Santa Ana Apartments in St. Louis. They never call phone calls and their voicemail messages are filled.
Diana Henson: Critical:Professionalism,ResponsivenessMost unprofessional company ever.It seems like they don't take any responsibility for their actions. They can't even return a simple phone call back address the issues at one of thier properties.
Its HERS: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Chereena Henton: I applied for a two bedroom February 20, 2021 and never received a update call or nothing! I ran across a tenant who rents at TRINITY PARK APARTMENTS , she said that her unit is full of mold and that she hasn’t been relocated to a different unit” why take new applicants money orders if you have any units available and not many maintenance workers on grounds “ I was just lied to from the manager who claims she couldn’t reach me and that my application is voided and the money is no refundable “ they can keep that mold in good
Tammy Fletcher: The lockout issue I moved here in 2017 Paul Brown Lofts at that time the lockout fee was $25 and it was written in the lease now there's no lockout fee in the lease and you give the maintenance man $40 cash where they do that at and another thing if it is $40 or 25 or whatever it is it should be put in a money order and go along with your rent just like the pet fee just like the garage fees and all the other fees sounds like a petty hustle to me that's just like if my refrigerator went out right now and it's after hours I got to pay them to come it's the same thing if a pipe burst after hours do I have to pay them to come anytime there is a fee involved it should be in writing along with your lease I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone
Robert Williams: I have been living here for 9 years. Through 3 different owners of properties. By far this is the worst management (Emma) and Maintenance supervisor since I've lived here. I have been reporting noise issue in apartment for about a year with NO resolve. Have reported to Manager (Emma) & Maintenance Supervisor. Who is NO longer taking my calls or solving problems. Before this company ALL issues were resolved in 7 to 10 days.
Jennifer Schwartz: They pick horrible property managers. I have been trying to renew my lease for over 30 days and I keep getting the response it will be a few more weeks because of COVID but I'm expected to pay my new rate. But how am I supposed to know the new rate? Oh we sent you a letter, no you did not you walked around putting letters on door frames that we don't always get because we have outdoor entry ways. Short MO laws make this a month to month and the old rate applies until the new lease is signed but they are trying to change it without anything in place due to their slow pace. This is extremely unprofessional and looks bad.I understand COVID makes delays but going on over a month and still can't give me a date to sign the renewal? Now I wonder since I complained they will even let me renew?
Michael Clark: My name is Jose and I own 3 Margaritas in Fenton, MO. This plaza is owned by the Sansone Group. I can proudly say that the Sansone family Catholic and Christian roots can be seen on how this company is run. I have had the privilege of meeting one of the principals at the company and they seem to be people who care about their community.
Caroline Barnes: This company deserves zero stars. The allow their property managers to be rude and unprofessional. This company does not care about their tenants. Most importantly they took longer than the 30 days mandated by Missouri Law to return my boyfriend and I's security deposit. We brought this up to management and they acknowledge of breaking the law and when we voiced that we were mad about that the property manager hung up.

M.Shahbaz Ehsan: Nice place neat and clean environment
Kevin Watkins: Safe atmosphere
Adrienne White: A experience
Freshoutent: Love it, absolutely love it. One of the best offices I have had while doing business.
Lisa Sommers: Look elsewhere, literally anywhere else. This place is a joke that will double charge you and pull funds out of your account and then refuse to give it back. There are several ongoing class action lawsuits against their company, Regus, all saying the same thing. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a company that calls their spaces “a place to thrive.”
