Jonathon Webb: If u have never been there give yourself a little extra time for the first time. I only say that because it's a little confusing at first maybe not for some but me it was. Where to park was the biggest issue. I went late like around 11:45 pm to pick a friend up so really not to many people were there at that time but just finding the parking was my biggest concern other than that was good well hold up the Renta cop lady acting like a Karen assuming I was suppose to no where to go, " what was I thinking" lol.

Mo Bean: The bus driver wasn't even sure if this was the actual greyhound bus stop. There are no signs posted anywhere and there's nowhere to park without paying for long term flight parking. My 82 year old grandmother had to get her own luggage out from underneath the bus because the driver refused to help her reach it... we will never use this service again.

Nicole: If you have any another option for travel, do NOT pick greyhound. I normally don’t leave reviews but trying to travel out of St. Louis has been such a struggle. We have had our ticket changed/canceled multiple times, it is very difficult to find the bus stop at the airport, and there is no one at the actual stop to help you (no staff or even security at all). Now that we are finally here for our bus we find out last minute that it is going to be over an hour late. I will not be using greyhound again.
matthew martin: The folks behind the counter are the laziest people I've seen in a long time. Everyone is rude. They sit there do nothing and if you ask for something that act like your disturbing them. None these fool work. The place is a mess. The only friendly person there was the white security lady. Greyhound better pay more attention to there employees treat people. Would you want them treating you family that way. I took a bus cause I thought it would be nice to see and meet people. Next time I'm flying. Thanks greyhound you have managed to hire the worse people out there from the drive who talking about race to the people in terminal. Greyhound is the worse.

christina legros: I only put 1 star because you can't put zero. Today is Sunday and my husband has been stuck there since Saturday morning. A woman missed her daughter's graduation. A man was there for 20 hours because his bus was canceled. When a man asked the driver why his bus was canceled the driver said "I don't ask questions as I am still getting paid". My husband asked the staff what to do since he missed his connection and the employee told my husband " well since you were late" my husband advised him that he was late because his bus was delayed the worker began to curse at my husband and said I am not "greyhound". My husband asked why do you have to curse and he said "yes I am cursing"and then my husband said so "are you not representing Greyhound". This is the type of customer service they have. The customer service is poor and greyhound cancels whatever you book. Don't book with them if you have to be somewhere because there is no accountability from them and they do not care about their customers. The employees are a disgrace to people who actually want to work and get a job and have manners and are professional. Thus is the type of people greyhound has representing them.

Louis Rossin: St.Louis is one of the most dangerous cities in America. I first showed up to buy a ticket to Fargo. Apparently ticket agent leaves and comes back several times. Security guard made me leave and come back closer to boarding time. She was very rude. However other staff here nice.too many homeless though and drunks.

Get to St. Louis, guy at counter rude as h**l, no help at ticket counter. The guy really didn't care that everybody missed their bus because it happens every night apparently. Speed limit 70, we were going 55. Bus operator stayed at break too long. Never again, just shut them down. Btw, the trainer kept saying the wheelchair people made us late. Just rude. Only nice person was the guy in the restaurant

Absolutely awful customer service after being on the phone over a hour I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said no that's not a option. Never had issues in the past but will never ride with Greyhound again.

L B: Where did my bad review go? I had a review on here that seems to have disappeared. Hmmm…Beware of this company and CW. My group started off with a wonderful agent for a trip in 2020. Then the pandemic hit, our agent left, and we got transferred to CW. We obviously had to postpone our trip and were issued credit vouchers. We needed help to reschedule everything and make it work.Every time we called or emailed CW, we would get a message that she was out of town and would get back to us sometime after she returned. Some of the decisions we had to make were time sensitive! It was horrible. We ended up talking to a Viking rep ourselves several times to get our flights scheduled and get things straightened out.Never again will we use this place.
Drew Conger: If I could give 0 stars I would have. It’s been that bad. If you are looking for a travel agency DO NOT USE Brentwood Travel! We have had the worst time working with Cathy, she is terrible at responding and has a horrible attitude. I have finally given up trying to work with them at all. I even requested to work with another person within the company and they refused because Cathy had already ”started” working it. They are not worth your time and will only waste yours….. thanks for nothing Cathy.

JC: Cannot stress enough to not use the company. Wedding part of 20 that was asked to use this company by the bride so we could all coordinate flights/rooms etc. NEVER get any proactive information from our travel agent, any time you call you get voicemails that don't get returned. Emails go unanswered for months even when cc'ing the Vice President of this company. I have worked with other agencies and this is by far the worst experience I have encountered. This is not simply the experience I have had, all members of our traveling party have suffered this same terrible excuse of customer service. Do yourself a favor and never get involved with this "travel agency".

Offering good options, fighting for you as a customer, and always courteous, she’s a good person to have in your corner as you work through the hurdles that come with vacationing. We would have been lost trying to navigate how to cancel everything ourselves, but Christine worked with the hotel, airline, and travel insurance company to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything and could just focus on home life. Amanda Hancock: Christine was wonderful and she made our vacation experience stress free! She provided us with multiple resorts in Mexico to allow us to look at which location would be a best fit for us. She was able to answer all of our questions about what the resort offered such as water sports, etc. Prior to leaving she sent us a folder with all of our travel documents and any other important information we would need which made packing easy. Once we made it to the airport to head to Mexico we faced a major delay in our flight and were worried we would miss our connecting flight into Mexico. Christine answered my concerns promptly and was already looking for other flights just in case we missed our connecting flight. We can’t wait for her to help us plan our next vacation!

We booked a guys trip to Mexico and it couldn't have been any more easy! Christine's responses were prompt and she is always so pleasant even through emails. With Covid-19 our trip did get cancelled and again this is where she shined! She was prompt in starting the process of getting our money back and making sure we had all the information about what was going on. We definitely plan on booking again as soon as all this craziness is over!!

They have been respectful of our budget, very responsive, and patient - which is huge for me because I have a hard time making decisions! Most recently I worked with Christine Hakenjos and our trip unfortunately had to be cancelled due to external reasons, but throughout the whole process she was incredibly informative, provided tons of options to best fit our needs, and made sure all our questions got answered. I wouldn’t book a big trip without them!!
Todd Mandel: I have used this travel agency for over 30 years. The travel agents are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in planning your vacation. Although you can go online you will never get the one on one help with a real person like Brentwood travel. My favorite travel agent is Ann Fendelman. There is no one that can match her skill and experience by far the best.
Jodi Maslin: Many THANKS to Leigh Cardwell for all of her help in making our trip possible and a nice surprise for my husband’s birthday. Since I hadn’t previously traveled to Mexico, I felt overwhelmed when searching for resorts myself. Leigh priced out many options for me to find the perfect place and within my budget. She was patient and so very helpful. Every aspect of the trip was perfectly managed and stress-free. The flights were easy, the transportation to and from the hotel was superb, all of the logistics were smooth and on time…we literally didn’t have to do any work or manage anything (other than our tequila intake!). This was easily the best vacation either of us has ever had – and we have both traveled the world!As for the resort, I cannot adequately explain how beautiful and truly amazing the Valentin Imperial Maya is. The rooms and grounds are so beautifully kept. It really took all 7 days to take advantage of all this resort has to offer, including the incredible restaurants, the beach, the pools, etc. We LOVE that the resort is so fitness friendly as well – they have a great mix of activities on the schedule each day and it’s difficult to try everything within a week’s time. During our Monday – Monday stay, no two days were planned the same. The entertainment staff is TOPS!! We highly recommend this resort with Leigh’s help and we will definitely be returning!
jim allen: Through Brentwood Travel, we found Secrets the Vine Cancun and it was as described, an upscale, luxury all-inclusive resort. Thanks to Brentwood Travel, we had a lovely vacation. The hotel was one of the cleanest we have been in, 5-star service and food was excellent! Highly recommend. Thank you to J.V.!!!!!

I just remember the Champagne that was sent to our room by our agent to welcome us.We have used Ashley Curry from Brentwood Travel ever since then. We've always done domestic trips and this was our first international trip.We arranged a European river cruise on the Rhine with Ashley. She recommend Avalon waterways.Since this was our first international we were a littlenervous but everything was perfect. I know that there are a lot of things that could go wrong but that is avoided with an experienced agent and agency.We look forward with confidence to our next adventure!

Ben Yu: I picked up 8 packages that were shipped by Greyhound Package Express. They told me 2 of the boxes had not yet arrived and they would text me when they arrived, 2 weeks later when they arrived I was charged a storage fee of 20 dollars and refused to give me the last 2 packages unless I paid. Avoid this scam of a company, ship to a different bus station if you can.
Cmeshine84: Experience was ok, I went to pick up a package from the greyhound express that I didn't know was even there, cause according to the tracking it was saying that it was in Oklahoma for the past 3 weeks, and I'm in at.louis, so when I went to ho see if it was there, it was, they told me they called me several times, but I didn't receive not 1 call from them, I had to pay $25.00 to pick up package, they charged me a storage fee, after me paying 700.00 for the item I purchased through eBay
Betsy 2003: bus i was on from Missouri to Kansas City was dirty and had trash on both the floor and the seat , seats were very uncomfortable and i can understand that tends to be the case with most buses,but these seats they shouldn't even be operating a bus with seats like those.

Chris Flood: Terrible shipper. No accountability. Do not use.I shipped four car tires thinking this was the only economical way to ship such bulky items. Weeks later, only one made it to the destination. They claimed the tires were poorly labeled--an odd claim given that the agent I shipped with insisted on labeling the tires herself. Tracking service was useless. No apparent effort to track the lost items. Each time I called to request tracking info, they claimed someone would call with more information. No one ever did. No follow up. No refund on "standard" shipping available. Terrible in every way.
