Mandalay Asian Cuisine: what do users think?
Gladys Hart: The mother or older woman was nice but the 3 young ladies were very mean and rude. If I could give it no star I would they are very much racist. They act as if they fear African American people to the point of hate. They also short us or gave us the stale food while giving the whites fresh food . Got less food than the white people for more money also.I was nice about it but I will not be going there for business ever again.
Patricia Rodriguez: Sushi and bubble tea?? Yes, please!! 😋 🍣
Empress Storm: The ramen there is so good! I highly recommend eating their food! 😋
Jason Jiang: The ramen is ok-ish, taste mainly like sesame and ginger, the boiled egg isn't marinated. The broth feels kinda greasy and oily, I could not drink it. I would stick with getting the plate of food rather than ordering the ramen. Their boba tea is good though
Mrs Mallet: My husband purchased two plates for dinner. Upon arriving home my husband sat at the dining room table to eat his food. I went downstairs, shortly after when I came back up he was vomiting up all of his food.He had a roach inside his plate.
Elle Jay: The meat didn't resemble meat; the fried rice was very bland; the noodles tasted dirty; and the crab Rangoon was just unseasoned cream cheese... Not a spec of anything remotely flavorful. I NEVER throw away food, always finish my meal, and Im the least picky person I know but I literally couldnt eat this and had to go buy a second dinner elsewhere! I won't be coming here again. I wish I could purge myself of the bites I forced myself to eat and have my time and money back. It's that bad.
Michael Carr: Crab Rangoon is pretty good but the Bourbon Chicken has enough salt (or MSG?) to put the Dead Sea to shame. I can feel my body swelling up just looking at this stuff. Forgot why I wasn’t a fan of this stuff last time, great reminder to not eat here again.
Bryan Roberts: Solid food with a lot of flavor. Why wait for Panda Express lol!
John Stout: Best food at West County Center! It's a serious shame that people go to Panda when this place is right across the food court and ten times better. Fantastic food, very nice and patient staff as well.
Retzel: Dang this food is so good, hot and tasty ! 10/10 better than Panda!
Alejandro Klein: Good service good food. Great place
D Ken: A decent amount of chicken per meal. I will say that the spring roll was on point. Otherwise it was a good meal for the value.
Santosh Sahoo: This place is awesome....The people serving there are so friendly and patient, even when there are so many people in line... food is excellent...I used to like Philly steaks in that court, but this is my new favourite..
Todd Berry: Speaking of the one in West Counfy Mall. The food is great, but the older Asian lady has a bad attitude. Never seems to be in a good mood and is very Short with attitude. Not very welcoming. Would like to see someone else in her position that is more pleasant.
Monster Ford: Always fresh and hot love it
Blake Lauder: Remarkably incompetent. Did not even give us half of our food or drinks, and the one drink they did give us was completely wrong. Food was cold. Do not eat here (at least, not via DoorDash...)
D Flynn: Amazing food that is super tasty and well presented.
Amy Nguyen: Food always amazing. Pad Thai one of my fav !
Julien Manigot: Worse place ever don’t go there
Danielle McDonald: i loved it best food ever!

Christopher Clark: Reliably exceptional Thai. Restaurant flies under the radar a bit, but don’t let that deter. Never had a bad experience eating in person or with takeout.
Terrence Crawford: This might be my favorite lunch in St. Louis. The food is outstanding. We were a group of 4 and split multiple dishes from appetizers to desserts and everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and perfectly seasoned. To top it all off, the service was outstanding.
Sally Maas: Service was excellent as was the food. Lovely, simple dining experience. Do try the Lemoncello cake.
Penny Dacks: A bit pricey, but great vibe, delicious flavor, and a lunch that left me feeling energized and ready for the rest of the day. Good for a business lunch.
Eric Montalvo: Great Thai food. An explosion of flavor. First time eating at this place and it was really good. The atmosphere is really basic. If it wasn't for the amazing reviews, I would've walked by. Food was awesome.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Ric Castillo: Little fusion restaurant dishing out some superb flavors. The chargrilled aubergine was unique and excellent, and the Tom Yum the probably the best I've had (though, a bit small - wish they had a bigger bowl!). Prompt and friendly service, even during a lunch rush.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Allyssa Mays: Steamed dumplings delicious. Thai tea, so good! Yellow curry I ordered medium spice as I was afraid it would be too spicy, just order it regularly!! The chicken itself was a bit bland. It would tasty but room for more spice! Mushroom pastry thing didn't look as it did when I looked at the menu online but it was tasty. I would realistically say 4.5 stars :)Parking: Doesnt seem to have parking, but I mean it is down town.

Elizabeth Johnston: Came to dinner with the family and every dish was excellent! We arrived for reservation at 730 pm even though they close at 8. We were not rushed by the staff at all but we placed our order, ate and paid in time to leave by closing- that's how fast the food came after ordering!Vegetarian options: They have appetizers and main courses with options for mushroom, tofu and vegetables instead of meat.
Jacob Schwartz: Super good food!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Oz Ragland: I had higher expectations based on other reviews. The food was good, but not great. Flavors were understated and mild. We asked for extra spices, but they were never brought out.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More

Brett Berger: Thai Nivas is a wonderful family-owned restaurant that serves excellent, fresh food made to order. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they did an outstanding job accommodating my gluten allergy (celiac). While the service is usually good, the kitchen may feel a bit slow compared to other restaurants. If you visit when it's busy, expect your food to take a while, and your entire experience may last at least 90 minutes or more. However, the sushi is a notable exception - it comes out quickly after being ordered, so if you're hungry and the restaurant is busy, it might be worth ordering sushi specifically. Thai Nivas is the last business open in the quiet retail strip center, and it's truly a gem. Don't miss out on the chance to enjoy their delicious food! Overall five stars.. support local businesses!
Shannon Smock: Visited this gem over the weekend! Wonderful service! The food was great. I am always terrified to eat Thai food because I don’t like hot/spicy food. I asked for no spice and they made it perfectly.Parking: Plenty of open free parking.
Lorelei Welker: I've been coming to Thai Nivas for easily 10+ years and I have never had a bad experience! I was vegetarian for many years and their veggies sushi rolls are my favorite! I've had most of the dishes containing veggies, tofu or chicken and it's always divine. The staff is always lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend adding a Thai iced tea to your meal!Vegetarian options: The noodle and veggie dishes are excellent! If you're looking for a vegetarian sushi roll, I highly recommend the fried sweet potato roll!!
