This is a replacement battery from Firestone when essentially the same thing happened to the one I bought from them previously. -battery failed in about 2 years. It is a cheap Integrated battery that was far from a cheap price. I have already switched to Dobbs but have to return to Firestone due to warranty it is a Saturday and I am stranded until Monday as I called 4 locations and none can assure me of service today

Melissa LaRose: I hade to make an emergency stop on January 12th around 9am due to an emergency signal that went off in my car. The two men who were working there were beyond amazing and welcoming. They helped, explained but never condescended. I spent about 5 hours there and it flew by. I worked in the lobby all day and just felt like another day at the office. They treated everyone who walked in wonderfully, even those who were upset. All around I'd highly recommend this location for that reason!

mimi good: I took my car there for a tire leak. They showed me where my rim was causing the leak. I knew earlier in the season when we had snow I did something to that tire and the rim. I appreciate them showing me the damage and ordering me a new rim and tire.

Brian Nickels: Set up an appointment to get an alignment. When I set up the appointment, I was told it would be finished before noon. Needless to say they didn't call until 4:00 p.m. They know how to take an appointment but Brandon could care less about keeping the appointment.

I walked in crying (its been a rough/emotional day for me already) and the guy told me they were booked all day and couldn't help me- I get it. It's Saturday and I figured they were going to be busy probably. So I asked if they could help me put my spare on and the guy told me he had no technicians to spare and he couldn't help me himself. Thankfully I had a friend who could come pop the spare on for me. As I was waiting for him, another employee came to my car and said he would of helped me out if he was allowed to.So if you're a person who doesn't know how to change your tire (I know now lol), don't bother going here for help.

PAULA Zingrich: The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent $3600 and problem still not fixed. When I called for help he was rude and unwilling to help. I don't even know what to do. We paid for diagnostic then got recommend repair done and now they won't stand by their work.

They called her yesterday said they looked at her car and it was the throttle body and it would be done by Thursday. They call her back Tuesday tell her your car is now ready and it's $700. Her bf goes to get the car pays the money and her car breaks down 5 miles down the road, doing the same thing it done when she dropped it off. Now they tell her it has to go to the dealership. That it's the brain on her car. My sister now has to pay for another tow from Firestone to the dealership. That this above situation was part one and now we are on to part two. I don't work on cars but I don't think it throws the same code when the computer on your car needs to be flashed as it dose when you need to replace the throttle body!!!

Tried to sell me new tires during an oil change because they were worn, they are not and have less than 25k miles on them. They also charge labor on oil changes and tire rotation which is very unusual BUT they also charged labor for the state emissions test which is illegal!

I came back three hours later because I didn't receive a call and said I was there to pick up my vehicle. At that point, they said, "Your appointment was change to tomorrow at 9:00 a.m."Trying to figure out why when I told them my appointment was at 2:00, they failed to mention that and still let me drop my vehicle off without mentioning that detail. They never called or informed me of that, but were willing to waste my time.I am seriously disappointed that my father bought my tires there and swore by their service. I have been going to Firestone for 7 years and to be honest, the service has been going downhill. Now, this sealed it. They just don't care about their customers. or their time.I am taking it somewhere else and the first thing I'm doing is getting rid of these tires, so I don't have to deal with their service or warranty. I'm sure they'd never show up if something happened anyway.

Kasey Springsteen: The staff were apologetic- that’s the only nice thing I can say. I think it must be poorly managed because it took them 5 days to find time for a simple tire patch. When I finally did have an appointment they had me drop it off at 8 a.m. and it wasn’t even looked at until 6 p.m. I also had to call multiple times to reach anyone or get any updates. After all of that, they told me my tire couldn’t even be repaired and tried to sell me a $130 replacement (other places have quoted me $100 for the same exact tire). I know it was probably a bad day for all of them, but I had a terrible experience.

Bought grandson his first car, which turned out to need entirely new rear brake assembly, including replacement of both rusted-through structural plates that held the brake assemblies in place. The guys worked with me throughout the days-long procedure. I'm not pleased I had to pay for a repair this major, but I'm more than pleased that it was done at Firestone in Kirkwood.

Everyone is busy, or they have new untrained employees manning positions trying their best, or really not trying at all. I decided to try and renew my husbands plates today thinking even with a full day on my hands, surely that would be sufficient to get an emissions inspection and visit the license office. Mind you, I used to be a title clerk in a license office for a solid 3 years, so when I do visit the license office I only visit once.Ive called 8 places now. the soonest anyone can see me is a minimum of a week out. A week out is the week before thanksgiving and holiday family fun time madness. I’d rather not wait a week for an inspection that takes 30. I happened across this location with one very good review and called them by chance.When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Jeremy. To say the least, he was a breath of fresh air. In this economic and social environment of industries and businesses struggling to get by with some vets and what feels like primarily unknowable and unprofessional employees, I found Jeremy. The first person to act like they were not doing me a huge favor by allowing me to schedule an appointment for an emissions inspection a week or more out. What a delight, I explained what I needed and Jeremy asked what time would work best for me, and I was in within an hour. He was more than knowledgeable, he was kind, and professional to boot! I had a litany of questions and he and answered them all with a smile on his face. While I waited I watched him work with walk ins, the phone and communications with his crew working on the cars all by himself. Providing excellent service to every single person. I was out in 30 minutes. This is the kind of service we used to get that everyone looks for now. Let me save your time, USE THIS LOCATION!

George Miller: MFR Tires I Ordered 6 tires for a fire truck , nothing special got the run around for a month about tires being back ordered, Jim sales manager told me twice they would be in next week. He quoted me a price that included all tires to be balanced and two core credits. After the fire truck was picked up I question him about balance and cores. He never got back to me. Tires were not balanced and they never issued a credit for cores. I did received a call from another rep and was told so sorry nothing they could do since Jim is no longer employed there. My suggestion is to stay away.
