Jean Manning: Called the company, came out twice to review the project, sent a contract on March 30th with the agreed upon work and cost. Never heard a word from the company until we made numerous phone calls (many went unanswered) finally, we made contact three weeks ago with an agreed upon date of May 20th, they sent an invoice on the day we spoke with them as they wanted the invoice paid that day, (the contract clearly states the invoice would be paid upon completion of the work) I called multiple times this week to ensure the work would be complete on the 20th as promised, no one returned my call nor was the work completed. Extremely disappointed and clearly poor communication and a company with no professionalism!

Dale Thuet: amazing customer service. I emailed the company on Sunday night when I discovered my parapet wall was on the verge of failing. That Sunday evening I had a message from Tammy saying they would be out at 7am on Monday. Jack showed up at 7am, diagnosed my problem and gave me a solution. By Monday afternoon I had a bid. I contacted 3 other companies, 1 never got back with me, 1 stood me up and 1 showed up 2 days later than what they said they would. Given the circumstances of the situation they prioritized my project for Tuesday morning. By the time I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon, the project was done, they cleaned up and the work looked great. From end to end just an easy process. Can't recommend enough.
Adam Kruger: We own a unique stone house that needed extensive and careful Tuckpointing. I got 4 bids and STL brick and tuck offered the most specific knowledge and genuine care for the home. Prices were very fair, and they are eager to make sure it's done right. I found two spots that I wanted to be done better and they came back and improved the masonry work. Matt Reck: J and J Masonry definitely understands the meaning of excellent customer service! Jim quoted a metal chimney cap to replace the previous cap which covered our flues and cement chimney crown. I had several follow questions about the proposed cap and Jim was very responsive (usually within 30 minutes of me emailing him) and very informative. It is obvious that he's an expert in his field for both chimneys and masonry work. Since having him replace our chimney cap we've already had him quote a tuckpointing job which we plan to do in the fall. Definitely recommended!!

Mike Russell: I have had Mirelli do three jobs. They tuckpointed the chimney at my house and at my mothers house they tuckpointed her chimney and rebuilt a brick wall that was buckled due to a tree root lifting it up. All 3 of the jobs were done in a timely manner, were done very neatly, and they cleaned up well after themselves.

don shipp: My neighbor used a different tuckpointing company and had to have them out three times with several months delay. His roofer and another friend recommended Mirelli. They indicated that they weren't the cheapest but they were the most professional. I found their pricing slightly above some of the quotes but I am very impressed with the service. Mirelli did a great job. My chimney was in worse shape than it look. It is 30 feet of the ground. They repaired it. They spent almost as much time cleaning up as they did the actual work. Very impressed.
Jean Dantzler: Mirelli Tuckpointers and did a chimney cap for me in Feb 2022. In September I had a chimney service for my fireplace. I asked how the work looked that was done in Feb. The technician said it was actually very good work. He said he often sees shoddy chimney caps (because homeowners cannot get up to see it), but this was not so.Mirelli was quick and accurate with their quote and work timelines.
