Brasilia Bar & Restaurant: what do users think?
Julia Perkovic: It was our first time here, but we’ve been wanting to try it for years. We started with the coxinha and cheese pastel. The dipping sauce for the coxinha was Mouth watering. I would definitely order again. For our main course we had the feijoada and Frango Ao Molho Branco. 😋😋😋. Did not disappoint! The creamy wine sauce was perfection. I mixed mine all together. The Feijoada was rich and filling. We washed it all down with a pitcher of Caipirinhas at their patio seating! That could be my new favorite cocktail!

Walt Moorhouse: Good food but the variety of meats was small compared to other restaurants of this type in other cities.
Oniel Polanco: If you are down for real authentic Brazilian food , love to support small business and enjoy a unique place in the heart of south grand you, need visit this place, the owner and staff are amazing So are the drinks … and don’t missed out the Sunday brunch buffet
Paulo Nascimento: The best Brazilian restaurant in the region!…The real Brazil culinary!…Recommended dishes Peixada, House Salad, Filet Dom Pedro …More
Daniel B.: I’m sad to change my rating but quality and portion size have really taken a nose dive. I see this more as an appeal to improve than condemnation. I’ll try again in a few months and see what’s what.
Neci Green: I visited this establishment recently and it was our first time. My friend and I were going to the Fox to see a show at 7:30. There were only 2 tables in the restaurant when we arrived. One that left shortly after we arrived. The other was on the patio. I loved the decor! It was so cute! We had reservations for 5:30 but arrived 10-15 minutes late. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and very nice. The food was amazing. I ordered the Filet Dom Pedro. The only thing that was a negative was how long the food took. We ordered our food a little after 6, 6:08 to be exact and we didn’t get our food until around 6:47. Also my food was just warm and the sauce on my steak was a little cold almost but it was delicious. I just wish it was hot. My alcoholic drink was yummy. It was a like drink with fresh lime juice and Brazilian rum. So we had to rush and eat and pay and leave so we could make it to the Fox for our show. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would visit again and plan extra time just in case food takes a long time.
Rev Dr Valori Mulvey Sherer: We loved the Sunday dinner buffet. The food was amazing - all of it. The meats, sliced and served at the table, were unique and delicious, and the desserts were unbelievably good. The staff were so friendly, caring, and efficient. Highly recommend!
Jessica Wiley: Well folks, Rocky did it again & surprised me with a new spot for EXCELLENT customer service, AMAZING food & atmosphere! Seriously, if you're down for a one of a kind ambiance featuring entrees cooked directly by George(the Owner & sooo hospitable frfr)& not to mention our Server, Garry who blew our minds btw-not only did he make my pallet dance simply by describing EVERY SINGLE MENU ITEM, including specials without writing it down ! There was so much to choose from, but after watching the hubby smash some homemade pork ribs it only made sense to try the beef ribs, a chicken & mussels (I've NEVER tasted anything like this before y'all )...hubby got the crab stuffed salmon which came with collard greens and cabbage and these drinks were strong AF😂😂!!! Look, go take a friend or go by urself cuz I'm tryna become a regular lolbvs
Jian Apiolaza: I am big fan of brazilian food. This place was great! The drinks were delicious! I recommend the batilda mango! The food was delicious with great portion size. The staff awesome attitude and seem to really enjoy working. The owner came over at the end of the meal to make sure we enjoyed our food and service.

Ranford Roper Jr: This place is a local gem. Authentic food from Brazil. The decor is original and family run business. The food had so much flavor. We had the chicken, rice plate that had raisins in it, I was worried but it was delicious.Recommended dishes Yucca Fries, Empanadas De Camarao, Lentil Soup, Seafood Risotto …More
Ashley Rene Casey: If you're thinking about going here, do it. The food is authentic. The atmosphere is a vibe. The service is on point. I've been here three times, got something different each time, and left amazed each time. There are good selections of hearty meat selections, savory seafood selections, and filling vegetarian selections. The drinks are solid, even for non-alcoholic - there's Brazilian sodas.I love eating here. It is pricey, but it is absolutely worth it if you want to enjoy a high-quality meal in a cool restaurant.
Miguel Alexandre: They try to serve a nice food but it is totally different of the thema they offer. Nothing to do with food of Bahia, Brazil. For me the worse thing there is the fact that they dont give you an receipt for what you paid, only one handwrite paper that I also can do by myself. Nothing that you can present to your company as a refund for a business dinner.Parking: Free park on the street in front of.
Saleh Hasib: Excellent Food. Great Service
Maddi Sullivan: We had the best dinner date here! Everything was delicious and the staff was incredibly kind. This is a new favorite spot for me, and we’ll be back for sure!
Jen Klink: I had such a lovely evening here! From the moment I walked in until we left everything was perfect. Our server was very sweet and always there to check in. The food was absolutely delicious and the chefs wife even checked to make sure everything tasted good. I can’t wait to go back! Best food ever! Thank you for the yummy good and great evening

R. D.: Good experience, but probably won’t go back. Too many other restaurants to try. Seafood in the stew and risotto was very fresh. Great calamari in the dishes. Empanadas were ok. Service was okay. Atmosphere was nice, quaint. Soup was not served hot. Salads that come with the entrees are very tasty.
levi Friedman: I placed an order for carryout. ZERO effort was placed into preparing the slop that I was given.Eating from a sandbox would be more flavorful and fulfilling than dining at this restaurant! I ordered three entrées to feed myself and other household members. The chicken dish literally contained a processed chicken patty with an unseasoned topping. The steak was disgusting. I can't even begin to describe the contents of my order. The side item had a sand like texture, as if it hadn't been adequately cooked or soaked long enough.AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS.
Randall Burch: Very tasty food, unique menu, quiet setting, terrific staff make for a great night out. Also had a fun Christmas themed pop up bar upstairs on our visit. Some tasty, unique drinks. Great addition to the St Louis dining scene.
Luke Stigers: Watched World Cup games here. Amazing food and the staff are just as great.Recommended dishes Yucca Fries, Empanadas De Camarao …More
Joseph Garcia: Had a great experience here, will be back.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Holly Cook: We had a date night at Yemanja Brasil, the food and drinks were authentic Brazilian deliciousness all made to perfection! We had the pork chop and seafood risotto and both were really tasty. The drinks were also really good and strong. You can tell that everything is made from scratch and with love. An added bonus was our server Leonildo, who was excellent. We really enjoyed spending time in conversation with him and a new friendship was born. I highly recommend visiting here, we will definitely be back when we are in the area!
Jacob Amlong: The food is authentic and amazing. Great size portions for the price and the staff is always super helpful and welcoming. They also have cool events in their outside lot in the summer.

Sergio Vique: Take too long for bring you steak
Nick Forstmann: This place is awesome and has a great atmosphere with tremendous service. The food was great and well worth the price.Vegetarian options: My girlfriend is vegan and there were a lot of options for her.
Papai Quilck YT: I am originally from Brazil and I went in this restaurant twice and it's the worst Brazilian restaurant I've been to here in America.1- There are only Americans working in the restaurant (nothing against it) but 99% of Americans do not know the authenticity of Brazilian food, how it is prepared, seasoned, how to serve it, etc...2- the meats in general are very poorly done, often without enough salt for the "american" public because Brazilians prefer to go to other restaurants with more authenticity.3- Now, you can now change the name of the restaurant to fake Brazilian food... I would be ashamed to serve a "feijoada" in the buffet that only has beans, nothing else.

Livis: Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, I heard about the food is good and it was true. However, the attention and atmosphere wasn't nice, we had a reservation and the hostess who was a old lady looked tired and unfriendly, sadly our waitress was bored of her job and it was about 9:00 PM when we were sitted. She brought our check and dropped it off without even ask if we were ready to leave or if we wanted to try a dessert. We had to tell her we wanted a dessert, she had a bad attitude. However we left a tip, just because the guys who were serving the meat were nice. We think we had bad luck this time, but we also think we are not coming back.
Alicia James: Menu is a deception. If you don't read the fine print you don't know that you have to pay extra for a drink.
Kim Morton: Love the grilled pineapple. Oh my gosh! Everything was amazing. My favorite was the grilled pineapple and parmesan steak.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kenneth Bornert: Tropical, lush atmosphere. Romantic yet well lit. Ordered their signature lime drink. It reminded me of a cross between a margarita and a mule. It's was just ok. It wasn't especially tasty. I felt it was overpriced at $12. Haylee, my server was sweet, and explained how the service went- since it was my first time visiting. Their salad bar was nice, full of things you'd expect to see, along with a few items you might not. Overall, I was pleased with what I found to nibble on. The rice and black bean stew, and chicken stew were delicious.Back at the table, a server brought skewers of meats and veggies around to the tables. They served the guests a little from each, and you were welcome to eat your fill. If you're looking for a unique dining experience, I'd recommend Tucanos. It's a very nice place, with friendly people. The price makes it a little too much for common place lunch, though. Reserve this for those special dates and anniversaries.

It's refreshing to see a restaurant that doesn't just offer the standard kid food. We were so glad to hear they do a brunch (always on the lookout for a good brunch place) so we decided to check it out. Food was incredible and the staff are some of the nicest, most polite and accommodating people we’ve come across in a long time. Definitely gonna come back for dinner soon.Highly recommend!

John K: Another very nice restaurant in Maplewood. Tried the Sangria and it was delightfully smooth and sweet. For the appetizer I had a beef empanada. Nice and crispy on the outside and mouth watering on the inside. For my entree I ordered the 8oz fillet cooked medium with yucca frita. The steak was cooked nicely and it had a good sear. The meat was not buttery tender as I was hoping. Several bites were a little chewy. This was disappointing. The yucca fritas were enjoyable. Tried the flan for dessert and it was smooth and delicious. I’ll be back but I don’t recommend the fillet.
Chris Dornfeld: It’s always great to find a restaurant that is just excellent in every way 😊- and Asador Del Sur is that! The service was friendly and prompt, the decor is well done and the food was nothing short of excellent - from the empanadas to the flourless chocolate cake. Even the beans and rice was worth the visit. I am looking forward to going back and trying more dishes!!
Theo: If you’re looking for great Latin food in the St Louis area look no further. A great mix of Latin flavor with every dish and drink. The service was spot on and the space is a great place for a date night, celebration or really any night. Give ‘em a try!

Chelcey Mixon: This place is Closed!!I repeat, this place is CLOSED! I used to enjoy eating here, preCOVID. Although they did serve me cheap alcohol and gave me a headache. I just didn’t plan to buy alcohol from there ever again, but then they closed. Nonetheless, they’re closed. I found out the hard way by searching all over the mall. But they’re closed.
Bibi Richeh: The waitress was nice . Everything else was not good. Very bad experience.
Martin Alemann: Some of the meat was cooked beautifully, some dried and tasteless. Long waits between meats swords, at one stage over 10 minutes! The wine selection, although large on paper, did not have our first three choices, the one we finally chose was a $12 malbec sold for $55. On the day, overpriced and not the quality it should have been. Unlikely to return.
Martha Taub: Dine in: YesMore
Nick Derousse: Excellent food and service. I was worried about some of the negative reviews, but everything was perfect. All the cuts (lamb included), and all of the meat was cooked nicely. Tucanos has the lunch deal, but this place is definitely a step above.
Lisa Gilkeson: We had a party of 8 and they told us we had to have reservations and no walk ins. They lost a 300.00 sale. Nobody in the restraunt either.
Ziad Ramadan: Very slow. You get a small piece of meat every 20 min. Salad bar is not good. Not as we expected. Disappointed. Not what I was told about Texas de Brazil.Dine in: No Outdoor seating: No Takeout: No Delivery: No Curbside pickup: No …More

Lillian Ward: The best food ever! I dont even like meat very much but this was the best meat i ever had. They were so patient with my family and grandmother. Joanne (our waiter) always checked on us and made sure we were doing well.
Joshua Lightfoot: One of my favorite places to eat out.
Dalton Leach: The salad bar was amazing, better than the meat they brought around. Most was overcooked, the flank steak was way to salty. The Creme Brulee had the sugar over-toasted, but just peel that off and it was fantastic.Dine in: Yes …More
Mrs. Suarez: La carne le faltaba cosinarse.
Dan Kamien: We arrived and though quickly seated, they only came to our table twice during a 1.5 hour period. Let alone the second time they came to our table the server went to cut into the beef and it just gushed blood over three different tables and ourselves….server said oh we forgot to cook this one. It literally look like a crime scene with all the blood splatter across the table, our clothes, on the window and walls and the big puddle of blood on the floor. Basically we spent $50 a person to get one chicken nugget here….
Juan Galvan: Mmmmm
Ted Rood: I expected quite a bit from Texas de Brazil. Between its appealing website, high end location, and equally high end prices (nearly double the cost of a local competitor), my presumption was great food and service.Well, food was good, when we could get it. Although our experience wasn't as poor as many reviewers', we found ourselves scanning the dining room in hopes of glimpsing a meat server, which was certainly a challenge. When they did occasionally emerge from the kitchen, they'd hit the closest tables. We were not seated at those tables. Bottom line, we had to wave at the servers when they appeared, which is unlike any churrasco I've visited before.Note, we dined at 6pm Sunday, and the restaurant was far from packed. Is the meat tasty? Yes. Is the $48/plate price justified? Not when you have to cajole your way into getting the food you're paying for.By the way, staff was masked (good) but multiple members decided their noses needn't be, so went about their business (including restocking food bar and plates) while exhaling directly onto the food.Be better, Texas de Brazil.
Bruce S: Maybe they were short staffed but service took a long time. We had been at the table for about 40 minutes and only been offered 4 different meats. The chicken and pork were very dry. The only really good meat we got to try was the flank steak. Not really that impressed with the place.
Michelle Parson: It was lacking on service and it took over thirty minutes to get meat service.
Gary Knox: I drove to St Louis this weekend mainly to eat here! Great dinner tonight! Very enjoyable salad bar. Meats were well cooked, staff was friendly and attentive. Manager was very humble and friendly. Dessert was delicious. As usual, I ate too much because I couldn't turn anything away. I will be back!
Tracy Chen: Awesome service and food is great! Ben and Tyler are amazing!
shelia boyd: Service and food top notch
Abdel-Hameed Badawy: Lamb chops are not included. They don't come as often as you would think. I would just take the salad buffet and add in some land chops. Fogo de Chao is better IMHO. They were generally slow.
