Planning to call Dexter tomorrow and letting them know what I think about their authorized supplier’s customer service and how they treat a Dexter Authorized pro shop. Shouldn’t matter if they are a small shop or a big shop that carries lots of inventory. These small shops cater to competitive bowlers too and when they need warranty service they should be able to get it without making the customer go without their equipment for a week or more.

c r u n c h w r a p: Nice selection, they primarily sell bowling balls and roller bags, but there are some single ball carriers, shoes, and other odds and ends you might need. They have fair pricing, and often run special deals on bowling balls (price reduction and free drilling.)

DoctorCorn MD: There are much better shops out there. The whole experience was awful. It all started by not listening to me when I asked for a 12 lb starter ball, and they kept insisting I go with something heavier like a 14, 15. Condescending telling me some girl in high school they know throws a 15 sometimes. Thats great but im not them. After, all was said and done, the two men said okay well call you in couple of days. They did not call. Fast forward to 1 week i called and asked if my ball was ready yet. it was. i could pick up whenever. That day i went to pick up the ball i was immediately concerned that my thumb was NOT moving in or out of the ball at all. Their words were well go try it and we can change after. NOT what you want to hear after spending 150 dollars based on their recommended over weight ball.I went to the lanes 1 hour later and i couldnt get the ball to come off my thumb smoothly sometimes it just didn't come off!I took it too another pro shop and they said instantly that my thumb size and shape were not right. They worked on it for 5 ish so minutes and blam it was perfect. Smooth, still a very slight pop!This place is not at all what I would reccomend to anyone first starting out bowling. Please choose one of the other 5 bowling stores in the area.

David Smith: Place could be really nice needs a little updating. But it hasn't changed much from the first time I bowled here over twenty years ago. Just so happened my son had a boy's scout bowling night here during cosmic bowling when they turn the lights out with very little light with the lights being on an bright over the pins. Where it makes for pretty hard to see ur mark to throw at. But still round up bowling 4 games or n average of 218 not bad considering really. My daughter bowled with me and she was around 165 average. Plus some young boy was asking her on for bowling tips which is funny n cute at the same time. My daughter taken after me in regards in try n help a fellow bowler.. I don't know what my son was doing he bowled with he's scout troop friend's but I imagine he was doing OK. I try n give him advice but it's not easy he's kinda stubborn like I was at his age. Lol. To tell ya the truth I could see myself bowling here on a league if given the chance. Bowled today with a friend. (4/39/03)For some kind of charity benefit and to do 1st normal 2nd game was crazy bowling 🎳 and yes it was crazy ugh..But fun. Truly seems like a really nice place if your looking to have fun or join a league the choice is yours come on go out n go bowling you'll enjoy your self for 100% 👍

Brian Schulz: My honest review. I am an amateur bowler, but I still like good conditions. The lanes at Crestwood bowl were less than ideal, dry and worn with visible indentions in the lanes themselves. The approach was also not waxed. So on my first attempt I tripped and fell over, when I expected to slide. The ball returns made a divot in my ball but that is likely due to the fact that the return is ancient.This bowling alley is old but classic in design. It seems like a great place for kids and families. But for league bowlers and enthusiast, look somewhere else.

MMMcrafter: The food and games are fairly priced which is great for bigger groups. The lanes are pretty dry, enough to just use my spare ball.The technology is a little bit old school but it isn't that hard to use. The only down side to the technology is that it doesn't show your ball speed.

B Ford: Well-priced, friendly staff, user-friendly computer, convenient and AVAILABILITY. After being turned away by two other bowling alleys because of league bowling, I called Crestwood. I was told that they were having league bowling as well, but that they leave a few lanes open for open bowl and to "come on over."🙌🏽 The gentleman then told me the prices...I forget what it is before 6 p.m. but after 6 it's $3.75 per game. Myself and my situationship bowled two games and each had a Blue Moon (the drinks were added to the tab at the desk...convenience 👍🏽). The total came to twenty-one dollars! That is not bad AT ALL considering what we've paid at other facilities. It's almost like a gem hidden in plain sight. I've officially made it my new bowling spot. The atmosphere was old school, which gave me nostalgic memories of bowling as a kid. I'm glad they understand that not everyone is in a league and just want to be able to bowl freely on a Thursday evening.
