PTL Officers: Absolutely wonderful customer service! We have used Jolly Jumps for several years for our field day at school and they always do a great job. While we have had minor issues, they were immediately addressed and resolved. It takes a lot of work off the event organizers because JJ comes, sets up and takes everything down. All we have to do is flip on the generator!

Riley Meldrum: I cannot rave enough about how great St. Louis Bounce House was! From start to finish, they were great! I had to add items to my rental at the last minute and they were so accommodating. Two gentlemen set the bounce house up so all I had to do was plug it in for the event. They made sure it was placed where I wanted and sanitized it once it was set up. The table and chair were also clean and easy to set up. Everyone (both kids and adults) had the best time on the bounce house! They came after the event and broke everything down so fast. They will be our go to for party rentals going forward!
Michelle Harris: If I could give 0 stars I would. Thought this would be a great experience, as we had to reschedule due to rain on my son’s 6th birthday. While communication was poor, this guy agreed to reschedule on short notice. I set up the new date weeks in advance, called and texted to confirm and everything. The day we were supposed to get the bounce house, he never showed.To the man in charge of this company, shame on you.
Jessica Hyde: Booked the bounce house for my sons birthday a couple of weeks before the date. Went ahead and submitted a deposit of $50 the day I booked it. The day of his birthday, he was a no show. We called/texted/emailed and eventually he turned his phone off and did not reply until 5 hours after the bounce house was supposed to be dropped off and after the get together had already ended. I told him no the party was over and I needed my deposit refunded. He said he would before the end of the weekend. It has been 2 weeks and nothing. I have texted and requested via Paypal a refund, and nothing. Do not do business with them. They are crooks and love to ruin birthdays for kids.

Indira Sabic: I would not recommend this place to ANYONE unless they have a backup plan for their party. I’ve attached the NUMEROUS emails that I sent the day of daughters party to attemp to get in contact with someone, and I was never contacted back. My deposit was paid via PayPal, I confirmed the day prior to Lisa, to end up having to use water balloons as the “water” entertainment part of the party rather the the wet/dry slide we were supposed to have. I am deeply saddened by the lack of communication and the fact that my daughters party was not what I promised her it would be. This is Sunday, the following day, and I have yet to hear from anyone.
Holly Davenport: I decided to give them a chance despite the bad reviews because we were on a time crunch. Unfortunately, he did not show up for our party. No calls, no texts, nothing to communicate that he wouldn't be there as planned. The kids were all very disappointed, most of all my son who was celebrating his 4th birthday. Reading the rest of these reviews it's pretty clear that this was NOT an isolated incident or some bad luck on his part as he tried to make it seem. I would definitely NOT recommend this company if you actually want to have a bounce house for your party.

After going back and forth because I was sure that I ordered the bounce house two weeks prior, I finally told them to cancel the transaction. Shortly afterwards they processed the payment and after several attempts to contact the company I have yet to receive help from this company to get my money back

They also stole the $50 deposit from us. Please don't make the mistake of renting a bounce house with them.

Kelly Thomason: Each year we host a Farewell Friday carnival for our seniors at THS. Last year we used Mid American Moonwalks and were pleased with the process so we decided to use them again. Weather was requiring us to monitor the situation almost up to the last minute. We appreciated their communication and understanding if we needed to cancel. Thankfully all went well and it was a success! Other than filling up the tank, it's a very hands off process. We would definitely use them again.

brittany parris: I heard and have looked at reviews for this company and had so I had confidence that they would deliver. I was wrong. I had booked a tent, plus more for a graduation party that I was planning. A new client at that. So I didn't want to under deliver. Well to start, as a company they need to have a definite arrival time for clients, which they do not. I was told it would be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday before the event. My event was at 4pm on Sunday. I even spoke with someone on the phone and wanted to ensure it would be up in time for other vendors to decorate. They ENSURED ME IT WOULD BE. Well Saturday comes along and it wasn't delivered. I called and they said deliveries would start at 7am and it would be there. Well I was on the phone all morning calling and calling trying to find out when. When I finally got ahold of someone she couldn't tell me where they were located or what time they would be arriving. Long story short they arrived and I told them to only put out the table and chairs because we had 45 minutes before the party started. The men who delivered were rude and for no reason. We were in a panic and needed to have it set up before guest arrived, if they were yelled at for being behind that's not on us. We had an obligation to provide excellent service for a client and had to ensure it arrived. We will not be using this company again.

Juanita Thomas: I called several times trying to contact them for my son’s birthday party the young lady who answer’s the phone told me they where available the 1st time we talked then when I called back to book it was a different story she told me she would call back and didn’t then put me on hold and never came back to the phone now I know I won’t be doing business with this company seems sketchy to me.So the owner I’m guessing reached out via text to tell me the weekend I’m looking to book is busy but this is April and his party is in July and that’s where I’m confused because that’s more than enough notice which was told to me by the person that takes the calls. All I was looking for was communication towards this situation and received response by text so unprofessional.

We went back to them again and rented a bounce house for my 2 year olds party but it was raining a lot so we had to cancel the bounce house the last minute. Michelle Elliott: OMG!!!!! I have had the best experience using Smiles Family Entertainment. Once again they came out on time, was professional and fun. I used them for my grandson's 1st birthday party which was awesome and now for his 3rd which was even better. The character (Marshall from Paw Patrol and Dallas) was engaging with the kids and parents alike. Everyone ask me how I found them. Hats off to Smiles Entertainment. I would make up an event just to use them!!

Chloe Arms: I’ve booked with this company two years in a row.The bus was nice and clean, came with drinks and a nice sound system.The first year they were an hour late. Gave them another shot.Second year they were an hour late with no call.Driver was snappy and tried to blame their lateness, & lack of contact on me by stating that I told them the location too late and that I changed the date. If changing the date was a problem, the staff shouldn’t have allowed me to change the date.If you’d like your customers to give you the location at a certain time (ex. 2-3 days prior to event etc.) then make that a policy. He also acted as if he was doing me some type of favor. He was snappy with me until my boyfriend walked up. Hmmm...Bottom line I won’t book this company for any future events and I don’t recommend them to anyone.
Tim Conneally: They were great with short notice availability, were flexible with scheduling, offered a low price, and gave friendly service. Basically the total package.
Patrick: We rented a bounce house from them today and it was great. They showed up when they said they would and were in and out. No issues just easy. I will be looking at using them in the future.
