The customer service people answer the phones right away, and you deal with people that are actually at Puritan Springs....not out-sourced. And I love the taste of their water!!! Michael LeRoi: First I will share MY experience, then address the bad reviews even though it isn't MY job.We've been totally enjoying our Puritan Springs water experience for nearly three years now. I also used to sell spring water in my health food store years ago. Kristy King and I went from tap to jugs from the store to the BEST way to get spring water in your home without being next to the spring itself. We found out how many jugs we go through a month, added an extra for a padded inventory and we've been streaming fresh spring water ever since!!! (free joke). We kept it simple with the one spigot standing dispenser which requires lifting the jug four feet high. I like the upper body workout, but will eventually switch to an electric dispensing pump where we won't even have to lift the jugs. Customer service has ALWAYS been top notch NEVER overcharging or missing return credits OR answering the same question I keep asking...when is MY delivery day when it is clearly printed on my bill. Thank you for your patience during my ignorance!! ;) I have them on speed dial and don't cringe if I have to call although I haven't in months. The invoicing requires some synching to, but once you understand how they work, it's like clockwork!!Now, I will address the BAD reviews.If you are looking for the cheapest way to get water in the house no matter the cost to your health just keep using tap water. If that is always your go to argument for not choosing to take the efforts to get great water delivered to your doorstep every month, then DO NOT be tempted by the introductory offer. You're just looking for free water anyway. If there has been an issue getting a solid delivery day or time with your water, how is that working for your Amazon purchases? Quality products take time to deliver. If Amazon is so good, order their water...it's probably from China. I have had ONLY good customer service experiences the few times I've needed to inquire about my account. I have NEVER been disappointed with those results even when I decided to take some empties to the facility in Earth City I forgot to put out. Everyone was more than sweet...even the warehouse guy! (no offense) Even though they MAY have struggled with delivery persons just like ALL companies with delivery requirements, all of the drivers have been efficient, courteous, and timely when I get to see them. Now that I know when they usually come, I have my empties lined up in my garage, open the door, and the person puts them inside instead of on the porch!! I LOVE that!!! The only mistake I've made is NOT knowing the name of the extremely joyful and courteous man who comes most of the time. He is a tall, young man with curly dark hair and a smile that seems wider than possible!!To summarize, if you can find better water at a better price delivered by better people than you must be in heaven. Until then, Puritan will do its best and then some to bring you great water in this imperfect world. God Bless You Puritan Springs!!!
Ryan Brockmann: Do not do business with this company. They had a rep stop by and would not leave until I did a 1 month trial. He literally dropped it off and said he is leaving it here. We decided to try them out after the 1 month free trial, and it was a mistake to do so. They never showed up with water refills, even after contacting them. They continued to charge us to have the water tap, but we had no water to go with it. They also charged us a fuel surcharge even though we were never delivered any water. I cancelled the subscription but they never showed up to pick up the water tap, and they kept billing us for the 4 months it took them to come get it. The lady at the office is extremely rude on the phone too. Horrible company and customer service. Stay away!
V R: I’ve been a Puritan Springs Customer for over 20yrs. We started using their service after not drinking nearly enough h20, but instead drank far too many “soft drinks”Subsequently I had kidney stones (NOT Fun!)Combine that with the fact that our tap water is simply terrible and Puritan Springs was a no brainer!This has made my kidneys/whole body “happier!”Puritan Springs water is what I drink most of the time.We have the Cold dispenser that also has the 180 degree/hot side (which is great for various things.)We go through about x7 5gal bottles per month and can’t Imagine Puritan Springs in our home..(No I’m not a spokesman for the company/we work in the medical field.)I’d encourage anyone who wants to limit how many acidic drinks that are full of sugar and salt they drink but would prefer fresh/Ice Cold/or Hot Water on demand to try Puritan Springs!Here’s to another 20yrs!
Tiffany Recktenwald: I was given a “free” 1 month trail run for my house which included a 3 gallon and 5 gallon jug with the bottom part. I used the 3 gallon jug but canceled before my 1 month was finished. They said they would pick it up. Well they did not and after about 5-6 calls to them and a bill $28.94 they finally picked the items up (4 months after my 1st call) They were quick to send me my bills but not to pick up the items I HAD TO CALL THEM ABOUT. They never followed up like they said they would. Customer service was horrible and I do not recommend them at all!!!
Eye Roc Eyewear: Unscheduled/unnotified Puritan Springs water dispenser pick up..I was notified by one of my employees that a Puritan Springs rep/delivery driver came to pick up our water dispenser.We have been a customer for quite some time, bills are all paid and no problems. My employee asked why they were picking up and the driver responded that "we can't deliver to you on any day other than Mondays".Eye Roc has been closed on Mondays ever since Covid, but has remained opened every other day of the week.My problem is that nobody called or emailed to try and work out a different delivery schedule or some other form of arrangement, but instead just decided "let's cancel them".To me that is NOT good customer service. I feel that as a customer we are not important to Puritan Springs.Thanks for listening.
Production Team: I'm beginning to wonder if they care about our business. Signed up for a certain schedule and I have yet to have them come in a timely manner. Spoke with a girl from another branch who was very sweet and helpful but couldn't get a representative on the phone from the "local branch", wherever that is located. I wasn't surprised because either A) they aren't doing their jobs or B) they cant keep up and need to be properly staffed.

Dr. Victoria Meyer: They missed 5 weeks of deliveries in a row with 8 promises of various dates they were ‘coming tomorrow’. The worst company I have ever dealt with on any level. Don’t do it to yourself! Go with a dependable company.
Kisha Landeros: Garbage service. Never on time. Have to call and request a delivery even though we pay to be on an automated delivery schedule. They’ll tell you it’s coming on a certain day. Only for it not to show up again. Then you have to call again, they tell you another week. Every delivery they miss, they push out another week! This month they missed the scheduled delivery and the delivery they said they’d send after I called about the missed delivery. They sure don’t miss deducting from your bank account! That’s ALWAYS on time! We’ve had 3 deliveries and have paid for 4 months. I’m canceling this trash service and contacting my bank to let them know they’re charging our account for services they’re not providing.
