sierra davyn jolliff: I inquired about a boat online last week, and zeke had informed me it was under contract, no big deal for me i was just starting to get into the market for a boat. Told him to let me know if anything changed, he texted me tuesday morning letting me know it is still available. He was super incredible with helping me figure out the financing and what my bank needed over the phone, got the buyers order sent over, and super quick responses to any questions i had. When I went to view the boat, it was kept incredibly clean, and they took good care of making sure everything worked and functioned properly! He did tell me it would be a $500 deposit for a test drive which did stress me out some (i helped my boyfriend purchase a vehicle the day prior) and he ended up bypassing the deposit and taking me out on the water anyways which i greatly appreciated! Although I wish it was summer so I can take it out immediately, he is going to winterize the boat back for me at no charge which is AWESOME!! On our test drive we had a minor mishap with one of the hoses, which he told me today he is ordering the part and fixing the remaining issues before allowing me to take the boat, which is so appreciated so i won’t have any further issues down the road. I have not picked up the boat yet, but the service Zeke and his team have provided to me so far is beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a boat, don’t overlook these guys!
Dom: Do a better job of directing traffic. How do you expect a car to come to full stop when the flag men isn’t even near the intersection to direct traffic?Car is going 40 mph, then SCBM truck decides to pull out expecting traffic to come to safe stop. Train your drivers and crewmen better!The speed limit is actually 35mph and you actually have a duty to direct traffic, especially if you suddenly plan to BLOCK THE ROAD WITH ZERO WARNING!

Galabin Dobrev: I bought a boat online and on Monday was the pickup. All organization was impressive. Zeke David was the seller I deal with. During the negotiation he was so comprehensive. The documents were prepared before I get to the store by Janet Sims. She was so ditailed. The attention I received there made me feel special. It was great experience working with them. I'm recommending this dealer to everyone especially people with no knowledge.
t leonard: Beware of the body shop and zeek who runs the body shop. We had some fiberglass damage that we brought to st. Charles boat and motor to have repaired. The first repair went well. Then the repair failed ( fiberglass had major cracking looked just like before it was fixed) brought boat back to be fixed again. After 6 weeks called to check on repair time zeek was very rude saying they don't normally fix stress cracks, And it would still be a few weeks. Get boat back and it's filthy. Things that had to be taken out of storage compartents for the repair to be done left all over the boat. Bimini bracket installed backwards witch led to more damage when the top was lifted. Rusty parts left on our new sea deck😬. What terrible service. I used to recommend them to anyone who would ask. NEVER AGAIN!!!

East Central Aerial: Went there recently to shop for a new boat. Ended up buying one there and from start to finish they did great. Everyone there was awesome. Even when there was a mishap (Totally the fault of Yamaha sending the paperwork via snail mail) they did everything to make it right.Love the new boat and already out having fun. Jerry did a great job teaching about the boat and safety. Way above and beyond what would be expected. Janet did awesome with the paperwork and follow up and just making sure things were done right. All the staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. My next boat will definitely be bought there.

LJ PMnger: A boat they were selling on consignment a 2021 was advertised by them on boat trader but did not show or say all the gelcoat problems and torn / worn seats on it. This is false advertisement and waste peoples time -theirs and ours. We expect differently from a dealership Vs a private owner.

Jason Hetherington: These guys have been great from day 1. We first met them at boat shows years ago. They knew we weren’t ready to buy back then but always treated us well. A couple new boats later and I really value how they continue to treat people, do the right thing, and help the communities they are in. Recently Calvin in service was relentless in trying to help me solve an issue - I was about ready to give up on having my boat for a weekend trip I was excited for but Calvin didn’t give up in diagnosing my issue over the phone to save the trip. It turned out to be a simple loose wire, but working through the troubleshooting tree with him didn’t seem simple at the time. From being a casual boat show observer to eventually going through the buying process and now after sale service, you couldn’t ask for much more from all the folks at Stateamind.

Lili Bug: This place is very shady. You pull up to what looks like a salvage yard. You are not allowed to walk around and look at the inventory. You have to beg to see a boat, the pics online do not match what they have. When you ask about the discrepancies, you get the run around. You are required to give $1000 BEFORE financing is approved. And financing takes days before you get an answer. I can get a mortgage faster!! Buyer beware!
Brett Nejmanowski: I would recommend this company to anyone. They offer great services and products. Joel is a very enthusiastic owner who really wants the customer to be happy. He also helps to promote watersports to the public. All of the other associates at Stateamind have been really helpful from the front desk all the back into the shop. I used to be a customer of one of the other boat companies down the road but left them for the PROS at Stateamind. I ended up buying an Axis A22 by Malibu. This is a great boat manufacturer. If you are even thinking about buying a boat then I would look at the safety and quality of Malibu boats and the service excellence of Stateamind.

Mark Hardy: I'm used to making outboard motor repairs myself, fuel pumps, carb kits, lower unit seals, etc. However, many newer engines require special knowledge and tools. When my Etec 30 faltered on the 1st day of waterfowl season, I was clueless. I could tell it was a fuel delivery issue, but the high tech high pressure fuel pump and the engine management module were above my pay grade.Joe at Brannon Marine has the diagnostic tools and knowledge to get the job done, and he did it in a timely fashion. CHUCK: I picked up a 1966 Jonson 20hp, it’s my first out board and I knew nothing about it, it started but ran rough, I called several different local repair shops and nobody would touch it but this place, they replaced the water pump and fixed a spark issue, adjusted the throttle, replaced the lower unit seals and added new gear oil, they are very professional and right to the point, work was spot on and the outboard runs excellent, honest and fair pricing, I will be back for all my future needs, thank you joe for all the help

Anthony Prusaczyk: I drove over 150 miles to be sold a LEMON. They posted online that there was nothing wrong with the boat, other than a few nicks in the fiberglass. They said that the motor ran good and had no issues. If I had known that they were lying, I never would have bought the boat. I have already paid over $1,500 on the motor and it's still not fixed. So I don't think that if I was looking to buy a boat. I would not go to the Dupo Marine Center to buy it.

Deandra' Lampkins: I brought my 1980 VIP boat to these guys and they did a wonderful job fixing the issues I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a boat no matter the year
boone t: Super nice people. I was running late to drop off my boat , Mike called me to make sure I’m still coming. Tony kept the service department opened after closing time to make sure i got checked in and all my questions were addressed. Todd the boat engine mechanic consulted with me at least 4 times to explain everything to me so that I understood what was needed done and answered all my questions related to the repair, boat , trailer and general boating and beyond.. I got my water pump impeller replaced and new carburetor kit installed in a week.

Hartley Abner: Do not take your boat here!!!! For starters, they said they fixed our boat the first time we took it there and then it proceeded to die on us the next two times that we took it out, so they did not fix the issue the first time. We took it back to them for the second time, which was a terrible idea and a big mistake. It took them over a year to fix our boat because they said they were “waiting on a part.” And then when we finally got our boat back over a year later, this is what it looked like. Absolutely disgusting because they kept it outside without the cover on for an entire year. Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality of care.

Doug Weisman: This place is a joke , charged me 900 dollars to replace my water pump, my engine had never overheated and that's not why I took there , it was bogging down and stalling out , 200 dollar charge just to Lake test and 100 dollars an hour for them to guess , they hadn't even started on the problem and my bill was 900 , maybe good at selling new boats but wouldn't trust them to touch your engine unless you have alot of money and are willing to pay them for guess work , when I talk to Mike and questioned my bill he said he has to keep the doors open on this place , WOW , not the type of busses I want to deal with

Pabell: Great place if you have a long time to wait for your stuff to get fixed.
Hunter Smith: Don’t deal with this company. Told me they would have my speaker box out in a week. Ended up taking over a month before they finished. Told me after a week it was done and just needed to be shipped and then 2 weeks later after this they didn’t know what gunnel rail I had and hadn’t even started box. After all that, they charged me $60 more than the price we agreed on. When I called to ask what the price difference was they said to just ship it back if I wasn’t happy and they’d refund me. Terrible service.

Darin OConnell: Had my boat serviced and a modification to the cover for the trolling motor. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I was quoted for the modification to add a little more room for the trolling motor. It looked great and they even added a couple extra straps for better fit. Had a couple minor things noted when I picked it up and they squared things away no issues. Great shop I’ll be back for sure!

Andrew Kreigh: My wife and I recently moved from Wisconsin to the St. Louis area. When we did we sold our boat we had. This fall we bought a new to us used formula fastech. Every service center that I called to get the boat winterized and to have it gone through with a fine tooth comb acted like our boat was a huge inconvenience to them. Cope marine was the total opposite. Shane, the owner, was super willing to help us out with whatever we needed. In fact, the service was so good I’m writing this review before we even got the boat back! I’m a firm believer in trusting my gut and my gut says this is the best place around Saint Louis to take your boat!
Stanley Abernathy: Very expensive on everything. Had two holes on my boat cover one the size of a half dollar the other a rip the size of a dollar bill . Charged me $150.00. Probably took 15 minutes to repair . Will not go back !!
Alan Luebbert: We were wanting to purchase a deck boat and I found one at Cope Marine. The sales staff was great to work with. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all of the operations or features of the boat. Cope Marine has a large selection of parts or accessories to set your boat up for your needs. The service department goes through each boat to make sure that the boat is ready for delivery.
