Interstate Blood Bank: what do users think?
Keno Keno: The receptionist doesn’t do her job. Don’t understand why she is still employed. Never answer the phone so how could you schedule an appointment? Makes no sense
Kim Sproat: My 1st visit today everyone is so nice and on top of their game! : )
Humble Savage: Great management and friendly staff.
sarah hussein: Does anyone know if they are hiring phlebotomists?? I hope someone from the building can answer me , iv worked as a phlebotomist at a Biomat plasma same thing just in a different state….
Antwaun Dew: Do anybody know if still doing appointments
Michael Bristow: Staff tends to not be very helpful...
Gary Harlan: I don't like the way your give 3 different closed days google says one thing the grifols app say something else and when you call the automated system says something else so I'm not sure when there actually closed
Robert Butler: Hey I got an idea you sniveling little whining cry babies why don't you go find some other place that you can make a $100+for an hour of your pathetic life
Dmtri Cole: Came here as a returning new doner at 2pm one day they didn’t close till 4 and still told me I could’nt donate .. pure bs and SUPER SUPER SUPER short staffed
Nia Dowdy: Didn't like it,staff tried to be courteously but were very lazy,no prompt service at allVery disorganized.....
Morris Whitley: 🚒🔥
Gds. Jamie A: Very helpful
Angela Watson: The lady who looks like Edna from the incredible is really rude. I'm tempted to wear a cape into this center just to make her mad.
iENZI Worldkwamz: Just based off the report how haven’t they been reported to the bbb 🤷🏿‍♂️ I’m a still see for myself
Sandra Taulbee: I went to donate plasma today for the first time.. The lady at the desk was so rude and unprofessional... I have a special needs daughter that can't be left alone and the lady told me that she couldn't be in the building with me because this building is for people that are donation plasma.. My daughter was going to sit with one of my friends while I was there and the lady wouldn't allow it at all.. So I left.. She was very rude and unprofessional... She needs to be reported..
Nikki Nicole: Horrible need a new training system, short staff want you to wait while they pick an choose who to unhook from machine well beeping over 25 min. Yelled an told me u see we short staffed, hot mess
Miz Anthrope: Today was my first day at this location and the staff was very friendly and professional - they made the process smooth and explained everything thoroughly and I was very comfortable giving plasma. I do hope they expand their hours because they are closed on Friday and I can't make it in on Saturday & sundayNow they have appointments which is total B. S. I’m on time for my appointment and still waiting !? What the Hell!
Kiunte Anderson: 👍🏾
Nu Nu: The employees gossip too much. Terrible service
Forrest Goble: Very courteous staff, professional, in an out, no problems. They put your compensation on a debit card before you leave the premises.
Belladonna DeMorte: The website said they offered $1000 for new donors, I go in & the woman at the desk wasn’t friendly & barely helpful. I find out they pay $150 x 2 then $45 after which doesn’t add up to what the website said. I asked about that they said they didn’t know why it said that but that it was a mistake. As I walk out to my vehicle there’s an employee in a scrub top & jeans yelling on the phone that was stumbling, walking & seemed drunk. The employees don’t appear to be very professional & the center wasn’t very busy. If they want business they need to be more professional & pay better. All the other centers in the area pay 100% more.

St. Louis Red Cross Blood, Platelet and Plasma Donation Center: what do users think?
Anastasia Cajigal: i volunteer here and the staff is always so friendly
Leah Williams: They make sure your alright through the whole process. Very comforting when your nervous and keep their area clean at all times
Eric Mullis: Extremely slow to get to people that have appointments
Jeffrey A Crane: I Came Here After A failed attempt to give blood yesterday at another location. The Tech wasn't able to find a vain. Here that was not the case. Kim checked my arm and assured me that they would be able to make the draw. On checking in the Tech (Danielle) like Kim assured me that they would be able to do it. She said that she would do it herself. This kind of care and concern is what's missing now a days. Everything went as smooth as silk. I Live way across town but will be coming here to make my donations. The friendliness ,skill set and great attitude of the staff is to be commended. 🤗 Keep up the great work. What you are doing matters a great deal, and how well you are doing it even more. Amen??? Amen!!!!
shalonda Jones: Love the option of being able to save a life
Candance Burse: It's a nice place to work.
John Gilbert: Give blood. Even if you have a bad experience giving. Even if it hurt a little. Even if the staff was belligerent. Whatever your reason don't let it stop you. Please give. All the possible issues in between are really meaningless. The recipients are all that matters. It could be your child, your grandparent or parent, your spouse...even you in need someday. Even if that never is the case, someone else's child, grandparent or parent, spouse or they themselves may need it. Give blood. Please.
LA KESHA Dean (ASKKEE): I donate blood EVERY 8 weeks when possible. I've gone to many different places and blood drives but this is by far the best place at which I've ever donated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got in and out in 20 minutes!!!! That's absolutely unheard of!! It was warm and cozy. They educate you on ALL possible options so you can make a decision that works for you. They have hours that will meet almost anyone's needs. It's a nice clean place. They play great movies and have great snacks. It was a really pleasant experience and I have decided to ONLY donate here from now on. I'm so happy it's close to home. You won't be disappointed. PLEASE donate!!!
John: As a visitor I liked it. The staff were nice and pleasant. Didn't donate as I was there to work, but everything went smooth and I had the privilege of working with some great folks. Can't comment of being a donor...
Elizabeth Knocke: It's a Halloween tradition of mine to donate blood so I went on Monday, the 30th, around 6pm. The security ladies up front were awesome, they just added to the experience-- when I went back, the woman who took care of me was just the best. (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but I remember she was blonde). She was a very friendly, calming, laid back presence, she was fun to chat/joke around with. Who'd have thought giving blood could be a memorable experience (in a fun way)? I had never been to that location before but I'll definitely go back.
Dan Keller: Efficient. Good sticks and a smooth way to give back. Only had one bad needle experience and that employee no longer works here.
Mad Dog: Marsha Evans six digits pay check she'll love your donation. Donate to the Salvation Army 96℅ go to the help American people
Ron Bizzle: You might like to have someone monitor the power washing and interior cleaning being conducted on your cars and vans at 4050 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, Mo. 63107

Octapharma Plasma: what do users think?
Bronell Thomas: Love it clean place and nice staff's plus you get in and get out quick
Rhonda Kelley: Horrible service waited 4 hours to donate still didn't get to donate manager told me to come back the next day still didn't get to donate the doctor doesn't do physicals correct the employees very unprofessional
Shae Warren: Great
Curt Balding: First impressions...not the most efficient business I've ever been to. Questionable protocols regarding changing of gloves by employees who cough into them and touching and grasping other things before actually changing them. Photo taking is not allowed in the facility. I sat in the new donor reception room after watching the video after twenty minutes and after the lights in the room turned off. I was completely forgotten about. Then since I pay my bills on-line I couldn't provide an actuall piece of paper to prove my current address. I even went as far as showing them my on- line gas and electric bill payments through my Bluebird debit card account history but that was just not enough. My question to the woman I was talking with at the counter was "Why would I pay a bill for some place that I didn't live at?" She had no real response to that.
Lady Gaga: Been donating for while my only issue pretty much all the floor people mumble or barely speak above a whisper when asking you questions or speaking to you.I medically hard of hearing (partial hearing loss) many times as nice I could possibly be I ask them “ sorry what did you ask?” And every time I get eye rolls or sighs. Again I couldn’t been nicer and I get snotty response.I’m hard of hearing and being place next to loud machines and TVs I can’t hear. The staff needs to be more considerate of the hearing impaired
Lauren Clark: It’s a stretch to even give this place one star… I gave them 3 separate chances to just be decent and they’ve failed every time. The first time, the person I spoke to gave me the wrong information (totally not a big deal, whatever) which meant the 2nd time, I was upset when told I’d have to restart the entire new donor process (reading a 10 page booklet, watching a vid) even though I was there just the day before watching and reading, and I’ve donated elsewhere in the recent past. After I started reading/watching, the woman MADE ME START OVER AGAIN so I told her that I didn’t have time to redo everything at that time and needed to come back another time. Again, when I went that day over my work lunch, I wasn’t expecting to have to start completely from the beginning, let alone twice, based on what the person said the day before. I took a day to cool off from that frustration and then came in the next day. So, this is my 3rd interaction: I was told by the same disrespectful person working on my 2nd visit (she didn’t have a name tag on and wouldn’t tell me her name) that I needed to talk to a manager in order to donate. Basically I found out I was deferred for “behavior”! What?! Shouldn’t they have told me that’d be a consequence of leaving after I initiated the process of just doing the book reading and video? I’d say so, but I wasn’t told that, of course. Then, unsurprisingly, there was no manager there for me to talk to that day. Even worse, she couldn’t tell me WHEN they’d be there or offer to take a note so they’d call me when they were or give me a number to call them… nothing. Obviously unhelpful. I then call the Octapharma customer service number which is god knows where… the lady kept making excuses for why her staff “might” be a acting the way they were, which was mostly just annoying, but also unprofessional and inappropriate. Anyway, after taking a solid 20 mins to get my information so she could submit a complaint, she put me on a “brief hold” of another 15 minutes. At that point, I arrive in CSL’s parking lot and decided to drop the call. No idea if my complaint was submitted, don’t really care. The only reason I’m even writing this long review is bc Octapharma texted me to tell them how they did. 😂 CSL was fantastic, by the way! Worth double the drive, in this instance. Go there instead!
CHERYL MOEHLE: Waited 2 hours for the Manager to call in to lift a approval for my vein check. Then waited another 30 minutes for a physical. Otherwise the gals were grwat
Joe Kelly: I thought everything went just fine but I really don't have anything to compare it to because I've never done this before
Debbie Bedford: PlasmaGreat🤩
Derrick Snow: Easy in and out.
Trey Moore: Brittany did a awesome job sticking!
Linnetta Lowery: Brittany did a great job!
Winter Bee: Essential staff courteous and caring for each donor they let you know your a hero. I personally recommend that you stop by and check out your local Octapharma Plasma Center ASAP!
Kiana Wilder: Everyone was polite and professional and helpful. I had a bad stick my first visit but the next one was near perfect. Advocate for yourself with the technicians if you know your veins are finicky, and definitely hydrate before going.
Lautha Harvey: Fast process great staff.. Even tho some days they seem under staff.
Donnell Johnson: Good customer service
ganjanicci love: They are a great group of people who work there
Patrick Puder: Friendly service
Christopher Wagner: Nice place to go very fast past and polite employees
Lavanda Werner: Everyone is very pleasant and the donation is usually under an hour
Christopher Smith: My experience was amazing and the staff is wonderful

BioLife Plasma Services: what do users think?
Robert Greer: Staff are very professional. There was a girl that got deferred permanently the day I was there and she was about to get violent. They handled the situation well. Cudos...
Rashad S: It's honestly a ridiculous place to donate based on the appointments that are totally unnecessary. People with 9am appointments are literally in line waiting with people who have 11am appointments and beyond. Three to four hour wait times regularly and it's impossible to get two appointments a week. Literally stopped going in the middle of a new donor promotion. It's bad y'all
Ted Summers: Appointments are taking 3-4 hours
N Joiner: 3 hours to donate everytime. Insane. Stop overbooking. Or at least be honest about the wait time before you are able to be sat down and donate. Terrible time management from whoever is in charge.
Crowsie Posie: Disorganized, very unprofessional staff. Wasted over an hour of my time just to turn me away over a medication that wasn't listed anywhere on their website and over the phone. The staff was all over the place, arguing with one another and fussing with the computer system. You're better off going to Octapharma.
Face Facts: Unprofessional facility. I've been sitting in a bed in the orange bay waiting over 30 mins just to get the needle in my arm!The manager "Ryan" was kind enough to extend my new donor fees since they were liable for the SPED test. Took over 2 hours just to get in a donor bed. They need to use all the beds in the building or get faster employees. No reason I'm to wait over 2.5 hours just BEGIN donating. Very unprofessional and it's no wonder their star rating is so low. I recommend everyone just go to Octapharm. Honestly they're way faster and dont BS around.
Jess Safriet: Appointments are a joke can't come early to wait yet still waiting after Appointment time with 16 people ahead of me! This is why they pay for donations 🙄 😒
YOLA ROBINSON: Not good and discriminate with my husband for real they supposed to give him 130 dollars for donate but they gave 40 dollars no make sense he went there today
Jessica Mayer: The first time i went i had a great experience. All the staff were incredible but the last two times i was denied a donation for reasons that seemed not reasonable. Lots of the staff are new and make it more difficult as well as long wait times make it so i won't come back.
Lance Price: Can’t say if it is the fault of the owners or the staff but considering that it’s been a consistent thing since I’ve started going there I will just go ahead and ask: why do you allow so many people to donate in one day if you clearly cannot accommodate them all. It may sound like a stupid question, but the place is literally packed all the time. This wouldn’t be nearly as bad if 1.) I didn’t have to try and make it there twice a week conveniently not on Monday, to be able to even receive the higher amount of fee2.) I always have a genuine fear that someone will hurt me because they certainly have before. There’s been multiple occasions where employees have caused my arms to drip out, and one instance where I get severe bruising. People say bruises don’t hurt that much but this was literally from internal bleeding from the removal of the needle. If both of these things could be addressed I might be back. But today I literally got to the site and saw a horrendously long line with no end in sight and my questionnaire for some reason had to be double checked by someone and I legit just walked out because I did not have the time or energy to deal with it. I feel bad for the people who receive these treatments because the capacity at which donations are taken seems to be lower than normal. People here are broke and are more than happy to donate their time and fluids but not if it’s going to be all day event that I have to repeat three days later. There are just better donation sites out there. Sad to say I think I’m done with biolife now
Ashley Ramos: I would not recommend this establishment. I come from the other side of the river. My very first visit should have been a sign. My technician messed up my vitals. I had initially passed, but she said that I didn't then found out that I did pass the vitals test, but had to take it a second time in which they said my pulse was 101 when it was initially 100. 100 is the cut off for passing so I wasted my time and gas. I was finally able to donate a total of two times. I received a phone call from their nurses when I was under the weather. She said that I could no longer donate due to something with my blood. I believe it was a protein. I tried to call them back over ten (10) times leaving voicemails asking for them to let me know what was going on with my blood as I was making a doctor appointment to have some tests run, but never received a call back. I donated over eight (8) times with CSL plasma and never had an issue. I went forward with my doctor and they found nothing wrong with my blood that would prevent me from donating. I also feel that their machines are off. I was turned away a couple of times due to a high pulse, but I would check it in my car with my oximeter, and it would be normal. I also never had any issues donating to CSL. I passed every check in with flying colors. CSL also does not require appointment times as this establishment does, and CSL seems to be way more staffed then this establishment allowing them to be faster. The establishment does seem to be clean and nice, but in my opinion, they are understaffed, require appointments making it more difficult, and their customer service is awful. I still have not received a returned call about my blood work and quite frankly, I think they are on BS.
Jacob Rolfingsmeyer: Attempted to donate, I had an appointment. But no staff were at the front desk, no signage for first time visitors, and 50 in line a hour before close.
Keaton Treece: I have tried calling BioLife Plasma Services and the prompt says "wait while I transfer your call..." and then after a few seconds the call is disconnected on your end. THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES IN A ROW.
Antonia Anderson: It takes way too long to donate with them. First visit takes 3hrs and the visits after still takes 2hrs which is extremely long. CSL plasma first visit took 2hrs and the visits after only took 45 mins.
Denise Bell: The only experience I have had with them is the fact they lie to you and won't return your call like they said they would. I have been donating at CSL for 2 years and when I attempted to switch to their company, I had to have paperwork filled out by my doctor. The rude man who did my initial med check told me they would call me when they got the paperwork back because nobody there will return calls. He sure wasn't lying. I have left 4 messages and NOBODY has called me back. If it wasn't for the fact I live an hour away, I would drive up there but I'm not wasting my gas if they can't tell me yes or no. BAD BUSINESS
T I: This place is always disorganized and rude. They rely on their app that has problems and then blame you. They won't help or fix the mistakes they or the app makes. I'm doing you the favor as you promote with signs not the other way around. BIO Life needs to remember they are profiting and saving lives off the donors not the other way around. Not to mention provinfing you with work and a business. Go to Octapharm they are nicer and more respectful of you and your time. Fix your app, processes, and staff attitude. Then maybe I'd recommend you, but there is Octapharm and CLS Plasma that are better choices.
David Iscuria: Absolutely ridiculous that you have to have an appointment, even if you're a new donor. Funny how other plasma centers are understaffed and still take on new donors without an appointment. News flash. You're not that special biolife. 20+ yrs of donating and all of a sudden we don't know how to operate without appointments.
Nejra Ramic: I was able to donate twice and the second time I was stuck wrong by the phlebotomist causing the machine to have issues. Another phlebotomist came over and tried my other arm I was then able to donate successfully. I went to donate 2 weeks ago for the 3rd time and was told I had to get my blood tested for some reason. Only thing I can think of was my second donation encounter. I was told to call in a week after my blood was drawn. I was told that on November 23rd. One week later on November 30th I called no answer tried multiple times and left voicemails. No call back. Waited till Sunday December 4th called again multiple times still nothing. My promotion is now over and I can’t get in contact with anyone to see what my results were also it’s not fair that I couldn’t complete my promotion due to them not answering their phone after I was told call. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time especially considering it took 5 hours to get set up as a new donor and I wasn’t even able to complete the promotion.
Gretchen T: The staff is great except for the management. Mary is absolutely the best. Mary is Sweet, kind and tries to help but management prevents anything from happening to help the donors. The management is awful, unaccommodating and non understanding of their donors especially the center manager. I started coming here due to the cleanliness and appointment times, and how quick it was compared to CSL. In the beginning it was great but now they overbook and you wait hours and they refuse to let you reschedule and still earn your new donor bonus even though it is clearly their fault they have overbooked. Your amazing staff will soon grow tired of this overbooking and being overworked and quit I’m sure. BioLife needs some new management and new management policies to be more accommodating to their donors who provide the life line for their business. I have referred several but told those who have not come yet to not even bother as it will not be worth their time.
Jon Hagler: Ok place to donate
Joshy Jones: Super friendly love the staff here! This is the center to go to if you havent been before!!

CSL Plasma: what do users think?
Jj Ken: Been in waiting for 3 hrs now n they took 3 people who came in 1 hr after I did when I asked they told me sit down n Wait my turn definitely not going back worst csl I've been to so far 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
Danielle Hopkins: They discriminated me over my weight am not happy at all I walked out crying😢 why be so mean just because someone is over weight they should be more then happy to take it if the person is in great health
Zelda McNeese: They greet you as you walk in it's a sign on a table saying take a cracker and water bottle one please that's nice they forgot to eat or didn't have time running out the house trying to beat the time and they thank you at the end make sure drink plenty of water and juice and eat a good good healthy meal a day before there will be know problem with you 🙏
Johnny Lacey jr.: Staff were attentive, reassuring and professional.
Amanda Sheer: On the app my Payout was wrong the 1st 2 times I donated so when it wasn't right the 4th time I didn't think anything about it because the last time I was there the tech told me my next payout would b $100 and it wasn't. Management wouldn't do anything about it either because they asked "well didn't I look at the app?" Really??? I tried to explain it wasn't correct before and he didn't care. Not that I'm not grateful to have helped someone... The 3 hrs+.. drive and wait time... It's not worth it unless it's $100
Crystal Gaines: Great staff! Excellent way to help others and make a little extra cash. Wish they had location in rural areas!! Not sure if you want to donate, just talk to any staff member and they'll be able to answer any questions you might have.
Joshua Hillstrom: Bla bla bla
Mrs. Stephenie Stephen Carter: Great staff and decent pay! Way better than Freedom plasma!!!!!
Shawn Wolf: Csl was worth the wait.
Chakelle Smith: Went in today and was told at THE END That I Can Wear a tank top like why didn't anyone else say that plus everyone in there expect two people are nice minus the nurses like everyone got attitudes find a new job then but don't say nothing to me if nobody else said anything to me
Jack Cane: They went through the vein in my arm not once but twice both times taking weeks for my arm to heal. They are very careless and do sloppy work. They hardly pay attention to anybody and just talk amongst each other. The money was good but not worth the anxiety and suffering 👎🏾
Dacia Marie: I strongly suggest going anywhere else if you are a new donor. I'm new to here and have been sitting in the waiting area for hours and still haven't seen a nurse or anyone and all the "returning donors" which are considered new donors are getting helped before me I don't understand how they work at this location but out of all my years or donating I've never had this long of a process especially when they are not busy at all. Interstate and bio life have them beat hands down. Management must be poor at this location because this is absolutely ridiculous oh and they let you know it can be a 3 to 4 hour wait and they mean every minute of 4 plus hours.
curtis holt (c): wrote this from other Google acct baby so this location is incapable of thourough vital processes and procedures
Sherman Cox: Long wait some times, I only do it cause of the life it helps. Don’t need the money 💵. Staff is very nice my experience with them and Nicky is my favorite.
Fonda Young: I put in plenty of my time and plasma and out of nowhere I was being turned away. This facility needs to be put under new management or Shut down. Too many problems there and the professionalism is gone
Marie Lockheart: THEY PHONE ALWAYS GIVES ME THE BUSY TONE ANYTIME I CALL. I FEEL LIKE THEY KEEP THEY PHONE OFF THE HOOK JUST SO YOUR CALL WON'T BE ABLE TO GO THROUGH. ITS FUNNY BECAUSE I KNOW THEY AREN'T EVEN AS BUSY AT THIS TIME OF THE DAY. LAZY, GHETTO & UNPROFESSIONAL!
Tammy Johnson: 😀I must say, after reading the reviews about this location, I was skeptical of even considering going.I gotta say I called to ask how the transfer process works and I spoke to Taquila who was very nice and helpful over the phone. When I got there that day I was approched by Marvel who was also very helpful and kind. When I got to the chair for thr screening process Makayla who was efficient helped me and I observed leadership qualities about her, she is on hee way to Greatness. I also heard Taquila who was helping someone sitting in the booth next to me and I have to say that Taqulia is a atmosphere changer, she brings unspeakable joy the place, so anybody feeling depressed or unhappy is going to get rejuvenated with some joy and laughter. I then went to the back for the plasma drawn process and Alexandria helped me, she was fabolus, very kind, patient, humbled and down to earth, we talked about the west as I am from L.A. county and shes from Washington, its always nice to be serviced by some one of her nature. Ok,so Rober the security is real cool, make sure if you meet him you tell him Thank you for his service to this country, he is an Army vet who is very kind, down to earth and he helps out the team over there, he will talk to you like he known you for awhile. Lastly (drum roll) the is Chelsea who is a Supervisor and has responsibilities as a leader to this team. She and I had a coversation about my experience there and all I can say shes a display thae exibits Triumph and Victory upon hearing a little bit of her story of Perserverance through the storm, her smile says Victory to. So I say Bravo to the team by the ones I have encountered👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 you guys up there keep up the Great work. Oh and its a clean enviornment 😀💃🏾
Herman Lewis: Fast, professional, and clean!
Miz Anthrope: Shout out to some of the good employees that made me change my review - Lisa and Victoria are 2 of the best - they are professional and Lisa can insert a needle and you can barely feel it! That is some skill! I go in the afternoon now to make sure my odds of getting Lisa or Victoria. Sadly this office is closed due to water damage earlier this weekThere is at last 2 other phlebotomists in the back who are more interested in joking and flirting with donors than they are moving things along - I waited 30 minutes to be processed - it takes about 45 to 60 minutes to donate and then waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes to get disconnected from the machine. I watched as staff ignored me and flirted and joked amongst themselves - they got annoyed when I asked to be disconnected - the people on either side of me were disconnected first even though I had been waiting and finished before they did. So I am rethinking is $60 for 2 hours of my time even worth it?
R Theiss: Reverse racism within the staff Super duper duper stupidA non-professional staff
sheree redmond: They are extremely slow. And there is a lot of unfair treatment! On behalf of staff members and clients!

American Red Cross Blood Donation Center: what do users think?
e g: Staff was very accommodating and professional. They are very appreciative of your donations.
Anne Gonzalez: The staff here is competent and helpful. I've been donating blood here for a few years and have always had a good experience. They are open 7 days a week, so it's easy to find available times to give.
Bill Belgeri: Fast and courteous staff. 1st visit to this location in a long time but everything went smoothly for my whole blood donation
Matt Frauenhoffer: Come here every eight weeks. Always great nurses and technicians. Bruce is my new favorite - really great guy, very helpful too!
Berke Kaçar: I made an appointment for whole blood donation and I couldn’t ask for a better team of staff. The lady up at the reception, and technicians Ms Darlene and Shei were so kind. Everyone made sure that I was comfortable the whole time and constantly checked if I needed anything. The whole process was about 45 minutes or so of which 10 minutes was the actual blood collection
Kevin Kevinus: Wonderful clean place. The stuff was super nice and kind. Kiki took care of all of my needs and throughout my 2.5 hour session she went above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable! Highly recommended(Suggestion for the Supervisor) - IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE PHYSICAL BOOKS 📖 AND AUDIOBOOKS IN ADDITION THE CHOICE OF WATCHING NETFLIX OR TV)And also it would be great to have ORGANIC VEGAN SNACKS WITH “NO ADDED SUGAR” and LIGHTLY SALTED SNACKS AND SMALL PACKAGES OF ORGANIC RAW NUTS)Thank you for consideration, much appreciated your service 👏
Sarah Call: I used to enjoy donating blood; after all I work in a hospital. It’s been a long time since I’ve donated but the reason being that the past 3 times I’ve been to this location, I was not eligible to donate because of a low iron level. That was disappointing but what was embarrassing is the looks I got from the employees. When I arrived they were very friendly; however when they saw my iron level after pricking my finger they told me I wasn’t eligible in a very rude tone of voice with eye rolling. They had looks on their faces like I was just wasting their time. Now to this day I still get phone calls from American Red Cross because I have an O blood type but I’m not going to “waste their time” anymore. Just be sure you are absolutely eligible to donate (check your iron levels before coming to this location). I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did because I am no longer interested in this place. Why would I drive up there in the middle of the day just for no reason! I have a life! I was there because I wanted to help people but they will only be respectful to you if you’re eligible to donate. Just trying and having a good heart isn’t enough apparently.
Yousif Ali: I had an appointment a few days ago to give them a blood donation. i came on time but I forgot my mask they refused to do it, and the weird thing is that they are in the medical Business and they don’t have masks i can wear.I’m never seen something like this before.
Jen W: I wasn't sure about this place at first. I showed up for an earlier appointment to donate whole blood after checking online first to see if it was still available (it was). At first they made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Once we got past that it was a really good experience. I got very nauseous and nearly passed out at the end of the donation. Kiki responded quickly and stayed very calm while she helped me out. She was very good and center was really nice.
Joel Bullard: Had a great experience at this location. Staff was helpful and courteous. There was an issue with drawing from my veins at first, but they asked for additional help from other nurses versus bruising the needle site. I will definitely return and have already scheduled a platelet donation for two weeks later.
brandon abkemeier: Had an appointment at 5:15pm and was told it’s not in the system so they’ll just put me as a walk-in. Then told that they are no longer accepting walk ins for the day. Glad I made time for this, if you want to stop working at 5 then don’t set appointments past that. I’m guessing the “urgent need for donations” ended at 5pm.
Bruce Riddle: The lady “Deanna” at the front desk has zero business greeting customers. Extremely Rude.
Lawenlu Stu: I had a very good experience here! It was my first time donating period and I donated platelets. The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind! They helped make it a quicker and relatively painless process!!
Karen Nixon: The staff is usually helpful & very friendly on most visits. Today there was no one at the front desk and the open sign was not on at 11:00 am. There was a guest seated in the waiting room who had an appointment. She ended up leaving because they were running behind. When i inquired about the wait to donate whole blood, I was told it would be a while. I got the impression that the need for blood is not as urgent nor appreciated as the numerous emails/phone calls Red Cross sends out. I am going to donate at a different blood donation center to see if my experience is any different. I think most people want their time & blood donation every 56 days to be appreciated.
Aaron Smith: Terrible location, Staff lied about how long a platelet donation would take. And overall just didnt care. Tiyanna was rude and manged to break the "kit" and was unfamiliar with the equipment and protocols. After going here I will not donate to the american red cross again. If you are going to donate blood or platelets go to a drive or at least another donation center.
Vince Walker: Wonderful staff. I have "deep veins" and it's always a chore at the doctor's office to give blood for labs. They have lots of experience here, so finding a good vein was simple with their tricks of their trade. Think about donating platelets to help the special cases.
Michelle: Keep pretty close to scheduled appointments.
Melanee May: I have been to this location two times and it is very nice!! The staff is great and the atmosphere is very friendly. I am not over in this area often but when I am and I'm eligible to give blood I'll definitely stop in!!
dan kuchler: I have been to this location multiple times and have had nothing but positive experiences, but I was there to donate blood not judge workers making minimum wage and trying to get through a long and probably boring day dealing with the public....if you know what I mean.

ImpactLife: what do users think?
Jessica Hoemann: I wish they had more skilled phlebotomists and or professionalism in general. Let's hope this nerve issue resolves. Hard to imagine getting that after three previous disastrous attempts at donation. You'd think if they wanted oneg blood that bad they would figure out how to obtain it safely. They hopefully take me off their list for real this time
Stacy Sloas: We hosted a blood drive at my office. It was run very smoothly! It was a great team-building activity. Highly recommend!
Doris Niehoff: Everyone was very professional and added a very friendly atmosphere! It took only 9 min for me to donate, and registration was fast and easy! I will be there again!
carter bram: Octabia is CRAZY!!!!!! Well in a good way. #1 best crew to take blood. Will donate ever time!!!!
Karen Nixon: Wow! Great customer service! The staff really valued both my time & my blood donation. She was concerned about me prior, during & after donating. Then I received a free gift for scheduling my next donation. 💕
Melissa Ringwald: Felicia was fantastic and informative! I'll be back
Sarah Gvillo: I came in here for my first time donating blood and was extremely nervous. I was visibly shaking before the needle was even put in my arm. The staff members were all extremely nice and supportive, especially the guy who actually put the needle in my arm. He stayed by me the whole time to make sure I was okay. My total time in the building was a bit over an hour - I had to register in the system, get the blood drawn, and stay after for about 15 min to make sure I could safely drive home. If you're at all nervous about getting your blood drawn, definitely come to this facility and they will make it as easy and painless as possible.
Ron Bippen: NO NEED TO SCHEDULE. A walk-in was taken before volunteers that were scheduled bumping everyone back. This upset one woman so much who I doubt if she comes back. After seeing this, NO NEED TO SCHEDULE. It is up to the volunteers, not the staff, who is next. The 4 star rating is for the great nurses that worked the event.
Steve Elder: Great people...
Lynn Sandler: Donated blood at the Crestwood location, the phlebotomist who drew the blood was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient.I recommend RVB center, please donate and save a life❤ Thank you!
