Nicky S: Don't fall for Dr Hill or his new staff. All the positive reviews are from people who continue to train and it seems that is required to maintain meaningful effects. This along with a lot of other things are not told up front. It makes you feel set up and is rather compassionless. He has offered me free sessions to help make up for this but I don't trust him or the process and you should question everything your told here. One is that it takes 30 sessions (I had over 70 in person) but if your not where you want to be in 30 sessions you need to understand as a customer that neurofeedback may take more time as everyone is an individual. I can't understand why it's the customer's issue when your product didn't do what you promote. Unless you have a subscription based service and want to keep the customer paying.Working on my goals would have been what I was sold. Unfortunately Dr Hill told me there was more to be had and pushed me to pay back in and continue training and I did. If your here to help people with the individual goals they have why don't we stop when I'm in a place I want to be. When I ask what more is to be had I get no answers or what the path to get to that place looks like, no answers.Dr hill was "nice" enough to buy part of my home kit back even though in interviews he says people get the money back if no positive change was made. My home kit (yes I bought a home kit after paying for 70+ sessions in person and extending it because I believed Dr Hill) made no positive change and at least that should have been paid back to me completely if honesty was valued here.In interviews, Dr Hill says things and ultimately the accuracy of these is not of concern to him. I have wasted so so much money and time with this. Even for free I can't put myself through this again. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Jim Howard: Very professional and interesting biomarker feedback. Certainly a good idea for those wanting to enhance cognitive performance.
