Mimi C.: Inconvenient hours. Why is it so hard to pay a bill?? Every single person I’ve talked to have pushed me off to another person, only to get no where. Tried paying online, only for the portal to not work. Never working with them again.
Inderdeep Singh: Great place to deliver they are fast .enter from left of building keep left.only 1 dock for delivery park next to it go to door. Do not break seal . Overall not to bad of space .

C & S TRANSPORT LLC: Make sure to be on time if not they will go to the next truck . Very tight space for trucks , fast unloading. Out in 30 mins!

Brittani H: Fair warning this place has some tight backing, so be careful. It is a one-way around the building. They will call you out for not following the directions, plus there is barely enough room for one semi at a time, let alone two semis.I arrived a few hours early and was able to get backed in within minutes of checking in. I was there for maybe a hour and a half from arrival to departure. Really nice employees and helpful. Quick with unloading. Also, on the way back to the dock there seem to be some truck parking.

GO HAVE WAY RECEIVING ONE DOCK.LOOK AT MY PICTIURES CHECK IN THEY BREAK SEAL.YOUR ENGINE CAN'T RUN.CHECK IN A HOUR EARLY THE 9 AM WAS LATE.THEY GOT A 4 BECAUSE U JABE TO WALK A MILE TO PORTA POTTIES. ON RAIN .TOILET TISSUE DIRTY LAYING ON FLOOR
M trent: I was worried about going in the night before for a 7 am appt. No problem, theres a place along the side of the building marked off for one semi to park. If its occupied go to the back and theres more spots to park. In the morning drive towards the front on the opposite side the building than you came in on back into the front lot and go back in through the gate again. (Its one way traffic clockwise around the building) The gate stays open all the time. Great guys, fast unload!

Ton Dav: This company has always been horrible pre Covid-19, but who would have thought they could get worse. Google needs a negative star review as they don't deserve 1 single star. We haven't been able to place an order, the lady who sets your account up via email isn't helpful and provides wrong information. You call to speak to someone and are told a supervisor will call you and they never do. Online system doesn't work and they want you to leave a message with your order on an answering machine.Whoever owns this company must employ all of their relatives. That is the only reason I can see that they haven't fired everyone and hired better staff. To say they are unprofessional is an understatement. I am grateful my customers don't throw a fit and understand this company is horrible and we can't get product from them. Throw the entire company away and start from ground zero because horrible staff starts with horrible management. You are only as strong as your weakest link, so they are in shambles.
christopher bayless: The worst! Me along with quite a few other bars have stopped using them period! Horrible customer service! No call backs, no email back, no representative contact! They have left us a few times without beer for a week, their logistics is a joke! When your pumping out 150 cases of beer a week during the pandemic and they cannot contact you, well its just not worth it! Sad, we really would live to carry their products, they make it impossible!
Carrie Paske: If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I never write reviews. If you do not have to carry Summit's products, DO NOT. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Missouri distribution laws require us to order certain products from them and they know it. They RARELY return phone calls or answer messages and the delivery is a joke. Don't expect product from this company on a timely matter or really EVER if you don't constantly harass them. And the worst part, the only way to harass them is to leave a million messages (that are never answered).

Janelle: I passed right by the entrance because it's BEFORE you get to the Summit building or signage. My delivery experience was great but I was the only truck there. I had my choice of 3 dock doors and easily maneuvered because the yard was pretty empty. 08:30 appt on a weekday. Arrived at 08:15. Got a door immediately. Started unloading within 10 minutes of docking. Bills in hand at 08:55. Gate was open. No guard. Receiving office is next to door 1. I got no answer when I called the number so I had to bang on the receiving door until someone came over.
Ghosted and Rejected: Applied for a delivery driver position back in December 2021. Had interview, was told to wait until next month. Next month comes, have not received any other communications. Disappointing
JP: Easily the worst business, of any business, anywhere on the planet to deal with. I own a bar and we can't get out orders delivered or even anyone on the phone. The employees could care less and I am tired of having to tell my customers that we don't have what they are asking for.

John Arnold: What a terrible company! I own a bar and I have to call every week to find out where my order is. It is never delivered on my delivery date and sometimes I don't get it all. Everytime I call the main Summit number it just rings and then on to VM. ZERO customer service. Time to start carrying all Anheuser-Busch Products!

Dustin: this company will never change. They drive everyone with any sense of passion or customer relation away, leaving only the ones without character who only care for the money. The company has one goal, and that is how to spend the least amount of money inside of your stores so they can make more money pushing excess product that you don’t need, from the summit warehouse, into your back room. To put it simply, they don’t care about making anyone happy; whether that’s their own employees, or the customers buying the product. Terrible culture, and terrible ethics on display daily. Sad!
M.S. J.B Fam: More disorganized than the DMV and US goverment! People on the ground try- but leadership is a mess. Product is not in stock, orders are wrong, and customers are treated like a hot potato.
