Lehmann House Bed & Breakfast: what do users think?
Robert Manning: From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated wonderfully. The breakfast was fantastic, and our dietary requests were honored. Roger Bush: Beautifully haunted B and B. Excellent service and great breakfast. Will go there again. Alot of paranormal activity in Nora's room and downstairs.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Romantic, Quiet …More
Nancy Belkov: We enjoyed our stay at Lehmann House on our trip west. The house is lovely. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and breakfast in their lovely dining room. We spent a comfortable evening in their beautiful living room. Great accommodations and food!
Cassandra Dickey: My visit to Lehman House Bed & Breakfast was very enjoyable. The room (and entire house) was clean and obviously well cared for. Marie was an incredibly pleasant host and provided my boyfriend and I with a full breakfast.Additionally, the house is located within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops, which was very convenient.I would definitely recommend Lehman House Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting this area of St. Louis.
Cody Mile: First off, the home is extraordinarily beautiful. The neighborhood the house is located seems very safe and cozy. A room was elegantly decorated with a full bathroom inside. We opted to have a room with the king bed which was almost more comfortable than my one at home. The breakfast was delightful and served timely. The host was very accommodating as well as timely when it came to communications via email. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the St. Louis area.
Lou Venech: My wife and I were very pleased w/ our choice of Lehmann House for an overnight stay in St. Louis. The accommodations were comfortable in all respects. The breakfast featured varied offerings, all delicious, and we enjoyed the chance for conversation w/ the owner and other guests. The location is steps away from Lafayette Square, a beautiful, historic park, with good restaurants nearby. The house stands out in a neighborhood of lovingly preserved and landscaped homes. Marie is an exceptionally conscientious host, who offered advance information via emails to help us plan our too-brief visit.
Eddie Collins: I am writing from Toronto, Canada.I had stayed at Lehmann House a long time ago back in 1996 and I had an extended stay there, about 5 months, because I was working for a company in St Louis that placed my accommodation there, and it's a wonderful home I never forgot. I stayed in a room on the 3rd floor though I can't remember the name of the room. The owners of the house, Marie and Mike, were two wonderful people who made my stay so homey and welcoming, and her scones and breakfasts she made were just out of this world, and by a crackling fireplace in the dining room.I remember it was autumn in St Louis. The air and the ambience was spectacular, with the leaves changing, and the house had popularity with the trick or treaters at Halloween, with its haunted history and all, as I learned over a glass of wine one night during a thunder storm by candlelight as the power went out.We chatted in the parlour listening to Marie tell us about ghostly happenings she and her husband had experienced in the house all while thunder and lightening lit up in the windows of the parlour. It was magical!!!Yes I greatly hope to stay there again if I ever get to St Louis again. It has a romantic, historic, Victorian spooky ambience to it that is decadent at the same time, with cozy beds and . . . What else can I say???Lehmann House was home to me for a while, and I loved it.Ghosts you ask?? . . . That's another story.Lol!!
Mary Trachsel: We love this place. It's located in a charming old neighborhood next to Lafayette Park. Nearby restaurants are great for either casual or special dining. Wonderful host, Maria, fixes scrumptious breakfasts and knows St. Louis well. Lovely rooms in a wonderful old house.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Joshua Norman: I could spend a lot of time telling you how idillic, grand, romantic, or spooky the Lehmann House is, or how it's worth every bit of time and distance needed to travel there, but what makes the mansion most compelling is the kind spirit of its host and owner, Marie. Despite the challenging needs of our group, she met our requests and curiosities with patience, hospitality, and good stories when we needed them. Also, they have very comfy beds.I could also devote the rest of my life to learning advanced egg preparations and international baking and still not curate the week's worth of best-meals-I've-ever-had that Marie placed before us every morning at nine on the dot. The adjustment to having non-Marie breakfast again after the end of our stay was jarring. I recommend never leaving.Thank you so much, Marie. This was one of the best experiences of my life.
Ginger Lowell: Marie is a wonderful hostess! The location was superb for our plans, the home is beautiful, and we were very comfortable! Marie’s breakfast are impeccable and served on beautiful place settings. She was very engaging with the whole family and the girls enjoyed the conversation regarding their Prom dress shopping and entertainment choice! Highly recommend!
tim lowell: Stayed 3 nights, wonderful place to stay.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
A. Corrine Kennedy: Marie was so kind and the house is beautiful! Breakfast was amazing (I could've eaten five of the bread pudding) and everything was so clean!!
William Flynn: I had to cancel my booking because of Covid. The owner was rude to myself and my wife. To be clear, this isn't because there was a fee for canceling. That's bad enough but fine. It was the rude way in which my message was replied to, the information given that was opposite of the booking agent directions, and the rude communication with my wife. I will never stay here. Best of luck of you should decide to. It looks lovely but that isn't the way I was treated.
jason machen: We had a great stay here. Wonderful and helpful hostess and she makes the most amazing breakfast!! We stayed in Nora's room and it was awesome!! Having the fire place ready to light when we returned to our room was the best. Really made things warm, cozy, and romantic. The breakfast was by far the best I have ever enjoyed!!! Thank you so much for working with us. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!!
Mike Luck: There were no beds and no food at all!!!Maybe it was because it was under renovation construction. (Ha) but you can tell it is going to be awesome when it's done. Can't wait to see it.
Claire Landberg: The Lehman House bed and breakfast is superb. Marie is an excellent hostess and makes the most amaaaaazing breakfast. She’s available but not in your business. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is as well. There’s a park close and an ice cream shop with king walking distance that the neighborhood regulars frequent. Everything was clean and comfortable. We’re on our way back for a second visit now!
Katie Buchanan: We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lehmann House and with Marie. Our room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast both days was absolutely amazing. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which helped us to sleep like babies. Marie was so nice to chat with about the home and her life. And it’s within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. I cannot wait to stay here again and cannot give enough positive words!
Sarah Dale-Schmidt: This was my first visit to St Louis - Lehmann House and Marie were equally wonderful and amazing. The room we stayed in (Maids room) was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast both mornings was delicious. Honestly, its worth traveling to St. Louis just for Marie's scones and in-house honey.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

de-Anna Martin: A stay that exceeded our expectations! Mark, Leslie, Sammie, and Lily were a wonderful host team. The delectable breakfasts were delish! The mansion is well loved and our hosts knew how to read the guests in how much engagement they desired. The newest member of the greeting team was Lily (adorable doodle) and she was sure to give a happy wag and a lick to welcome you home. We stayed for a week which extended our time in STL for an event we attended on the weekend. We felt so comfortable, it was like we never left home.Rooms: Our room was clean, private, and appropriately temperature controlled. We stayed in June and the A/C was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the sitting chair adjacent the window overlooking the front garden.Nearby activities: The St. Louis Botanical Gardens is a treat. I highly recommend visiting while in STL. We received complimentary admission with our stay. We appreciated this benefit.Safety: The location of this mansion is next to a park. There is secure parking on the property and it is gated. I felt our time at this mansion was very safe.Food & drinks: Mark's morning delights are out of this world delicious! We even enjoyed a nightcap with a cordial of Amaretto while reading and relaxing in the parlor.Noteworthy details: The mansion is in wonderful condition. Mark and Leslie take pride in sharing the history and using the wares to the time period to envelope you. Without sacrificing the period, they blend today's luxury with yesterday's class.
Anna Wyatt: We adored our time at the mansion and could not have asked for a better experience. The breakfast alone was worth the price of admss!!!!!Rooms: We loved our room with an in suite jacuzzi tub and king sized bed. The perfect romantic getaway.Nearby activities: The Mansion is within a five minute drive to all the things downtown St. Louis has to offer. The Zoo, Botanical Gardena, Union Station, The Arch and all types of restaurant.
Michael Cambron: Where do I begin? Absolutely fabulous, that's where! Wow, what a beautiful historical building. From arrival to departure was entirely 5-Stars. Mark, Leslie, and Lilly were all friendly and kind. Never, have I ever, stayed somewhere for the first time, and felt such a warm feeling of being home. Accommodations are historical, elegant, comfortable, and inviting. Service is wonderful kind in the most welcoming and caring way. Breakfast will exceed most high end restaurants. Location is perfect to venture out in any direction. We appreciate our stay at the Fleur-De-Lys Mansion, and highly recommend it as a destination stay spot whenever in St. Louis.
Brooke S: My husband and I stayed here one night for my 30th birthday. Where do I even start! We were warmly greeted by name upon arrival by Leslie and shown to our room. Every accommodation imaginable is already there. “The chocolate chip cookies 🤤” Leslie and Mark are so sweet and inviting. We went off their recommendations list for dinner at Hamilton’s, it too was nothing short of amazing. Unfortunately our stay was cut short and we had to leave before breakfast but it smelled amazing. We will be back! 10/10Nearby activities: They made it so easy with a list of everything you need to know nearby. It was extremely helpful and detailed.
Tammy Cox: The Innkeepers were friendly and engaging. They were helpful with dining suggestions for our anniversary and provided a delicious breakfast both mornings. Our room was spacious, comfortable and outfitted for every need we had. We’ll definitely make a return trip!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jon Castelline: We had an excellent stay. The room was inviting and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Our room had a jetted tub, and it was very relaxing. The location was just a few minutes from everything downtown. The parking is gated. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Everything tasted great, plenty of food, cooked perfectly. Finally we had very pleasant conversations with the hosts. I would recommend this place to stay 10/10.
Katrina Porter: Staying a Fleur-de-Lys was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be finding an excuse to come back to St. Louis so we can stay here again! Leslie and Mark are incredible hosts, the food was amazing, the dining recommendations are great, and the bed was a dream. They have the sweetest hypoallergenic pup on premises that makes you miss your own pups a little less, but if you are not doggie inclined she is not intrusive. We loved every minute of our stay!!
Jessica Woods: My friends and I met at the Fleur De Les for an extended girls weekend and it exceeded all expectations. The mansion is beautiful and well maintained. Even better was the service. Mark and Leslie (and very-well-behaved Lily, the Sheepadoodle) were a joy, and so hospitable. Mark’s breakfast was absolutely delicious and Leslie’s recommendations on restaurants and things to do were spot on. The extra touches (towel warmer, bathrobes, 24-hour tea and coffee service, puzzles/games, etc) made the visit even more comfortable. The location was very convenient and it felt very safe. We all agreed we would definitely come back!
Julie Horton: A must stay in this home away from home! Friendly, hospitable owners who listen well & provide a comfortable, welcoming environment. Amazing gourmet breakfasts and unlimited coffee and tea!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Patti Lacy: A MUST-STAY for St. Louis travelers!Personal. Precise. Knowledgeable. Delicious. Cozy. PERFECT!From the moment our group of four stepped into this grand 19th century mansion, we were embraced as guests...and later, as friends. Leslie greeted us with fresh chocolate chip cookies and a rundown of house amenties, including towel warmers, hot/cool/cold water dispensers and assorted teas, a guest refrigerator, and so much more! The Fleur-de-Lys grounds are secure and located near several historic neighborhoods, including "The Hill" Italian district, Soulard, Fox Park, Lafayette park, and the Missouri Botanical Garden, to which we were given complimentary tickets. What fun we had oohing and aahing at Flora Street mansions en route to the MBG's orchid display.Pre-visit, Leslie briefed us on great restaurants--we visited such diverse eateries as Bulrush (local Ozark cuisine by two-time James Beard semi-finalist chef Rob Connoley, who fed us and taught us eco-friendly ways, and Charle Gitto's on The Hill (stellar Italian). For three days, we let Leslie plot our neighborhood "rambles," and discovered just how wonderful St. Louis is! Yes, we're foodies...and had no idea that this is a major foodie city!I've waited till the end to rave about Chef Mark's filling gourmet breakfasts inspired by his tenure at a culinary school AND by tenets of fellow chefs Rob Connoley and others. We enjoyed individual omelets, fresh local pork, and a Valentine's delight: mocha pancakes with caramel sauce. Mark fed our senses and souls as well as our appetites: isn't that what great chefs do?There's three fun parts of a vacay: planning, doing, reliving. Invest in Leslie's and Mark's Fleur-de-Lys vacay spot for a lasting experience!
Melissa Hartmann: My husband and I stayed three nights to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary. From check-in, to our reluctant departure, Mark and Leslie made us feel so comfortable. Mark’s breakfasts surpassed anything we’ve ever ate before! The special touches, like brandy in the parlor, fresh fabulous cookies at check in, snacks, fresh water and teas just outside your door, set this B&B apart from any we’ve stayed at before! They are beyond gracious and delightful to get to know. Their recommendations for dinner in the area were stellar as well. Treat yourself and reserve today!!
Stephanie Kessler: We keep coming back. The mansion is a delight. I particularly enjoy the towel warmers and the delightfully comfortable bed. Hands down, one of the best breakfasts I have every year. The hosts are lovely.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sarah Burris: Went here to reconnect with my boyfriend after some very stressful times. First time at a B&B I wasn't sure what to expect. This place was absolutely gorgeous, romantic, and the service was top notch. The bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. I will absolutely be back for the excellent breakfast and some pets with Lily the beautiful pup. Definitely makes me reconsider staying in hotels. I look forward to seeing the garden in the spring and wish the owners a very happy holiday.
Victoria Kramer: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was welcoming and the room very comfortable. The bed was divine. Looking forward to our next stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Life with Casondrafam: If your looking for a nice bed and breakfast for you and your person, look no more… This place is everything…we had the the Reflexions room, with a jacuzzi tub (was so relaxing) Mrs Henrietta was a very sweet lady made us feel comfortable and the breakfast was a 10/10… we will definitely be back soon…Rooms: BeautifulSafety: ComfortableFood & drinks: 10/10
Edwin Krakowiak: Amazing breakfast, and Henrietta is incredibly attentive and generous. She provided a customized weekend experience and cooks some of the best pancakes I've ever had. The pancakes were light, fluffy, buttery (no need to add butter on top), and also had a thin caramelized golden crust on one side... we're coming back for the pancakes alone. House has a variety of unique decor and each room is meticulous in their design. The location is perfect for attending performances at the Fab Fox, and the house comes with very easy off street parking. You could walk to the Fox or park your car in free parking earlier in the evening, walk down and then drive back. We will definitely return!

Lindsey Frost: We stayed here for an anniversary getaway and could not have been happier with our experience! We stayed in the Diamonds and Pearls room and the Jacuzzi was amazing. The price was super affordable and breakfast was wonderful. The staff provided the most friendly and helpful service we’ve ever experienced traveling around. We are definitely going to come back and check out the other rooms!!We had dinner at Ranoush hookah bar and dessert drinks at the Crafted Narwhal. Those and lots of other dining options within a mile make this a perfect location.
herb Bentley: Great place in the heart of Mid Town.
Sherae Stomer: This was my first experience at a bed and breakfast. We stayed valentines day weekend, the owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and clean. I'll definitely be going a second time. The only downside to the reflection room was that it was really really cold in there. The heaters didn't do the job but overall a great getaway.
Jamie Reeter: This was a last minute decision for my bf and I.. when I called, we had been looking for a room with a hot tub and couldn’t find one in our price range, she had told me her last room was just booked but took my number incase he ended up not choosing that night. She called back maybe 15 minutes later and said he wanted the following weekend and gave us a good deal. We absolutely loved it and we had never been to a B&B before! The owner was amazing and a very sweet lady. The building was beautiful, smelled Great and very Clean. We are already planning our next stay and it will be very soon!
Somer Davis: Beautiful and relaxing as always. I love going whenever I can.
Lovett Carson: Friendly Staff
Patricia Foster: It's all good & I'm love the place very much.

Benton Park Inn: what do users think?
Lester Phelps: We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Benton Park Inn. The house is amazing, the room was spacious, comfy bed, and positive vibes all around. Dan and Rosie were amazing hosts, and the breakfast and conversation were genuinely refreshing. It's so nice to find places like this in the wild, and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Highly recommended!!!Rooms: The room was absolutely beautiful. Classic Victorian architecture fully restored and in amazing condition. The furnishings were antique and very tasteful with some modern amenities sprinkled in for comfort. Highly recommended.Nearby activities: Benton Park is across the street and it is a beautifully kept, spacious green area with plenty of dog and kid friendly walking paths. Great place to relax. The Anheuser Busch company is just down the street with Brewery and Clydesdale tours, along with many local shops and several eatery locations along the way.Safety: The area is very safe. We walked several miles around the area and passerby's were very friendly.Walkability: Standard city streets, safe sidewalks, crosswalks. We walked quite a bit and even late at night we felt very safe.Food & drinks: During our travels, we stopped at Bluewood Brewing, a great gastro pub location, and an irish pub unironically named Irish Corner Pub, along with Off Broadway which was a great venue where we saw some live music and had some drinks. There were many other eateries such as Cafe Piazza and Gus' Pretzels along the way as well.
Brian Pratt: This was out first stay at a place like this (Inn or B&B) so we were a little unsure of what to expect. Our room and host were great and the breakfast was amazing. My only suggestion would be to let guests know ahead of time that this Inn has pets. I have pretty bad allergies and would not have stayed here if I'd had known that there would be a dog throughout the home. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
Judi Toohey: We spent five nights with Dan and his pup, Rosie, at Benton Park Inn. The location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Dan’s a friend we didn’t know we had! We’ll be back.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Danielle Chrum: Beautiful place to stay in STL. Lots of restaurants very close. Park across the street and close to the highway. Dan our host was a treat. He made us breakfast which was AMAZING. And we didn't feel judged when we had our drinks for Mardi Gras. He has a very sweet dog that became everyone's favorite part of the stay. 10/10 experience we will be returning.Rooms: Rooms are large and he accommodated us with an extra bed for an extra person. Very clean and decorated with art showing history of STL.Nearby activities: Park across the street. But very close to other parks aswell. Couple min drive from down town stl. There is actually alot of activities around but yet the BnB is on a more quiet street. Perfect placement in the city.Walkability: Gas station down the road. Park across the street with 2 ponds and an area for kids to play. A book store on the corner which is beautiful and adds to the romance of the BnB and park.Food & drinks: The food in the area is fabulous. Dan has a guest help book in each room with his favorite places to eat. The Pretzel shop down the road is a family favorite of ours.
Phil Neri: We had a perfect stay at the Beton Park Inn. A wonderful host, his charming dog Rosi, our beautiful room and the excellent breakfast made this easily the best hotel experience in years.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kevin McNicholas: The Benton Park Inn is just such a fun and cool place to stay, at a very reasonable price for the quality of stay. We went to the Botanical Gardens Garden Glow (7 minutes away), ate on The Hill (5 minutes away), and this morning went to Soulard Market (4 minutes away!). The Inn is very conveniently located, has private parking in the back of the Inn, and while it was built in 1895, it is beautifully updated, and decorated so nicely for Christmas!Dan Kelly, the owner and Innkeeper, is an actor and teacher, as well as the NICEST person you could ever hope to meet! He made our stay so special, calling me in advance to work out all the details and make sure we had everything we needed in advance. Dan is a super friendly and tremendously interesting and fun person to visit with, and a GREAT cook! We had the breakfast of a lifetime this morning, everything was absolutely delicious and in such a nice setting, with a beautifully appointed table! Rosie is Dan's dog, and she is also a great addition to the Inn, as she is great with people! This was such a fun and special getaway for my wife and I, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended, and thank you SO MUCH, Dan, for such fun and special memories!!

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Cannot recommend this place more highly if you're looking for a cozy and historical stay in St. Louis. (Plus there's a dog named Rosie who is adorable!)
Tom Crutchfield: From the moment we were greeted at the door by the cute and energetic dog Rosie, our stay could not have been better. Dan, the owner, went out of his way to accommodate us - slightly earlier arrival so we could get ready for a 4:30 wedding for one. Beautiful house and furnishings, clean and well-furnished room, and amenities were all spot on. Breakfast was terrific (bananas foster on the waffles - perfect). The neighborhood has a vibrant, urban vibe. Park across the street and bar/restaurants walkable. Definitely will stay here when we return someday. Highly recommend.
Katie Ouillette-Harrington: We wish we could have stayed longer! We are traveling for a road trip and stopped in St Louis for the night. Rachel XU: We stayed 4 nights at Benton Park Inn. Dan & Rosie are the best hosts you can ever find. Dan went out of his way to help us (he already has so much work on his hand), he also makes delicious breakfast (you'll be surprised), and he's always delightful to talk to! And Rosie is such a sweetie. Beautiful house with the charm of antiques, room is tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, and bed is super comfortable. Great location, safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants (within walking distance), easy to get in and out of city. We had such a wonderful stay there, thank you Dan :)

Diane Ramos: Location, location, location!! Ok... then there's Dan, the Innkeeper, and his sweet dog Rosie ❤️ 🐾 What a perfect place to stay while in St. Louis. Downtown sites are minutes away, yet the Inn is in a quiet, beautiful area with a pretty park across the street. Dan is soooooooo accommodating whether it's having breakfast ready when WE needed it or just being a plethora of information. The room was big, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfasts were ridiculously amazing by the way! We had our car with us and it was nice to have free parking! A great stay overall ❤️
Jennifer Skladanowski: Great location and value. Dan was also very accommodating...letting us check in early and had a delicious breakfast ready for us earlier than usual. Highly recommend if you need a good bed and breakfast. The doggo is very sweet too. 😀Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Dwell 912 Guest house & B&B: what do users think?
William Clevenger: Beautiful. Private. Convenient.Close to everything.Nicest stay we have booked recently.Just lovely.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Romantic …More
Martina Skalova: I wasn't able to stay at this property because I was not able to make a reservation. I called twice and sent an email that was returned because of a full mailbox.
Brandy Snead: Deceivingly nice lady, but DO NOT STAY HERE! Especially for a long stay as there is no freezer, a super small refrigerator, and has no bathroom on the first floor and it takes a long haul up a treacherous stairwell to get to the bathroom. The small apartment dwell 912 was subpar at best. The TV system is outdated, there is very little hot water and a shower with windows wide open to the street with no curtains, the bed is uncomfortable at this point ... probably just old, and her breakfast....ugh.A BED AND BREAKFAST though in my mind should mean a cooked gourmet breakfast. That is especially true when she references her big home as in maybe she would cook breakfast there and you could tour it, her gourmet magazine editor partner, her prepared breakfast, and your choice of getting gourmet meals provided, etc. Instead, we just got some things like a couple leftover bagels from a plain jane yoplaits in the fridge. VERY MISLEADING!I would never stay there again. However, she was nice and her house was beautiful and the apartment is decorated well. When we explained all the issues that we had, she did nothing to compensate us. We even had no electricity for a few hours and the fireplace was out yet again in the middle of January and she did not let us know beforehand and this is why we decided on the place. I explained to her that that and the gourmet breakfast was why I picked it, but she did not seem to care.
Christine Roy: Dwell 912 was a delightful place to stay while my husband and I explored St. Louis! It is in a perfect location, whether we needed to jump on the highway or head downtown. It's so close to everything! Jenn is a fantastic host, and did everything she could to make our stay the best while being safe and mindful of the restrictions of COVID-19. She still provided breakfast while maintaining social distancing and made sure to check on us every day in case we needed anything. She is so nice and helpful! Also, the space is very clean and comfortable...a wonderful home base for anyone's stay in St. Louis. Thanks, Jenn! We look forward to staying with you again!
Cynthia DonaldsonSidek: Clean clean clean
Kayla Thomas: It was really lovely! The neighborhood is so cute and the house is gorgeous!
Robert Bisching: My wife and I recently spend 2 nights at the Dwell 912. This was a unique two story with an artsy feel. Located very close to the city but with no drive-by traffic. The proprietor was very friendly and hospitable. We will return
Silly Gosling (Grant): Great service and dining
Sarah Chandler: Beautiful historic home in walking distance to so much!
Robert Guinn: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay so far. Modern and historic.
Glen Brown: Everything was awesome. Great location. The loft was awesome. We were near all the major attractions and next time we are in St. Louis we will def stay here again.

Tuxedo Park STL Bed & Breakfast Inn: what do users think?
Luigi D: Attended a wedding that used this place as a venue. It was absolutely beautiful. Stained glass adorned the building with beautiful flowers. The tables and lounge felt so cozy and welcoming. Staff were kind, generous, and almost felt like friends by the end of the night. Exceptional.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Brian Donnelly: What a delightful place! Went there for a small wedding, so can't speak for the rooms. The place was warmly decorated and had plenty of sitting spaces. Their service was impeccable!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
David Wood: We had a wonderful stay at Tuxedo Park Bed and Breakfast. Our daughter just moved to the neighborhood and recommended we look into Tuxedo Park. The church has been beautifully restored into a charming B&B. Maureen and Bill make everyone feel welcome. Maureen even called me to let me know our room was ready early. We have traveled all over the world and stayed in many different types of hotels and B&B's. We would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and wish them much success!
Sherri Bennett: Meh. Disappointing. When I called to make a reservation, the attendant seemed annoyed that I wanted to book a reservation. She stated multiple times that check-in was at 3:00 pm and if I was going to be any later than that I needed to update her because she didn't want to sit around and wait for me. Parking is very limited and very specific. Apparently I parked in the wrong spot and was met with a sigh and look of frustration. I wasn't aware that they had dogs on the property until I got there. I love dogs..so no problem there but one dog is apparently very anxious and I don't think it is fair to the dog to have so many strangers coming and going from his home. Not to mention, lots of dog toys on the floor making a trip hazard, as well as a coating of dog hair-filled dust bunnies keeping the baseboards warm. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8:30 and wasn't served until 9:00 but to make matters worse, the gentleman served the bacon with his bare hands. I observed him coughing several times without washing his hands afterwards. The "make-up" washcloths had been left in the washer too long and had become musty. We felt unwelcome and more of a bother than a guest.
john meschede: Extraordinary B&B with large central gathering area. Full service.A Tibetan wedding with international travellers had recently occurred. The owners, Bill and Maureen are welcoming and attentive to everyone's needs.Centrally located in quiet Webster Groves, St Louis attractions are minutes away.Nearby activities: Repertory Theater of St Louis close, Restaurants are Big Sky and Cyranos,Robust and several others.A safe residential area to walk with century old homes on national register.
Diane Hogan: Incredible and totally unexpected find. Had to move Mother from independent living to assisted living in Webster. After a rough day of moving, I checked into the B and B. Bill and Maureen were there to greet me with a glass of wine, cooked me dinner, and turned a rough day into a delight. The church is amazing. Rooms are great. My bathroom was totally renovated and the entire neighborhood was decorated for the holidays. I cannot express my gratitude properly but to say…I will never stay anywhere else when visiting St Louis. Happy Holidays Bill and Maureen!!
Amanda Ross: Rooms are lovely, clean and each have their own theme. Beds are comfortable and all the amenities in the room that you'd expect in a hotel.Maureen the inn keeper makes excellent food and accommodates food allergies. Coffee and tea at the ready. Additional food packages available for purchase and discussion ahead of time. The inn is located in an easy to reach corner of two roads, and not that far from main town Webster or a highway. Pretty centrally located in St. Louis for wanting to go down town for activities or activities in the county.
AJ Leane: Fabulous people , great great BB , love the building , food was excellentThe dogs are a lot of fun
Ben Banner: This was a fantastic get away weekend for us. Its about a 3hr drive for us. Everything was set up and ready for us wjlhen we arrived. Maureen and Bill were great hosts and provided info for everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice delight that we dont usually do. We will diffenatly be going back. Thank you Maureen for the great weekend.
phyllis vanwinkle: Bill and Maureen along with their two assistant innkeepers, two very enthusiastic Labrador retrievers, together have created what may very well be the finest B&B experience in the Midwest if not the entire country. Combine an expertly renovated 19th century house of worship with gloriously restored stained glass windows, a world class chef and an intuitive sense for providing for every comfort for their guests and you have an incomparable B&B experience. We highly recommend it and want to return. Phyllis and Chris
Shelby K: Such a lovely place! This was my first time staying at a B&an and we loved it. Everyone was friendly, the building was gorgeous & cozy, the owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home & cared for. We felt very safe & comfortable in this beautiful corner of St Louis. Adorable dogs too ❤️
Hugh Colvin: Such a spectacular find that you’ll either rush to, or hesitate to, recommend it to everyone you know. Already looking forward to our next stay.Monica & Hugh Colvin
Heather Casey: Our 6 people party stayed in 3 rooms at tuxedo park B&B during the Christmas holiday. Maureen and Bill were beyond wonderful. We were served a wonderful breakfast every morning. Our dietary needs were taken in account for breakfast (I was served vegetarian breakfast every am). The rooms were clean and inviting. The water pressure in the showers was AMAZING and never ran low on hot water. The price was reasonable, especially for the holiday. You won’t find an accommodation as wonderful and reasonably priced anywhere in the area. We will definitely be staying there again.
Bob Powers: Amazing hosts, wholesome food, helpful guides and the best experience I’ve had at a b&b. I will totally be back one day.
Greg Maki: I couldn't imagine a better stay. The building is amazing, the food so delicious and the owners the best part. Bill and Maureen clearly care that you have the best visit possible. So thankful they enabled us to have a really great anniversary away from the kids. Their hospitality is second to none.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
D Murawa: We stayed here on a recent visit to St. Louis. The building is beautiful with the original stained glass in the common areas. The room was comfortable and nicely updated. The owners were very nice and interesting to visit with. This is located in a quite neighborhood wih lots of people walking. Restaurants are about a mile away and both suggested by the owners were great.

Lodge at Grant's Trail: what do users think?
Bootsy Hambone: Rooms: We immediately felt welcomed at the Lodge at Grant's Trail when we entered the Rockbridge room as there was soft music playing on the TV. The fishing decor was beautifully executed and not at all cheesy. It felt like being in a bedroom in our own home.Nearby activities: We were in St. Louis to attend an evening Cardinals game and didn't want to drive the 2 hours it would have taken us to drive home. It was easy to get an Uber for the short drive to Busch Stadium and we will be staying there for any future overnight trips that we make.Food & drinks: The breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat! Our server, Vicky, was pleasant and took the time to chat with us about the Lodge and our trip to St. Louis. I don't know the name of the chef but he gets 5 stars for his ham and cheese omelet!Noteworthy details: We loved the self check-in that we knew all about because we got information via e-mail from the Lodge before our trip that explained in detail how it worked. We also received a call on the day of our visit to let us know that our room was ready and we could check in anytime and to confirm that we received the details for check-in.

Maddy Joy Brauninger: My husband and I spent his birthday and our first anniversary in Saint Louis. We stayed at the Lodge in the Mary Lincoln room. It was so beyond different than any other experience of staying somewhere. The tub was the perfect cherry on top. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay, but it was GREAT romantic couple getaway. It was like coming to a family member’s very cool house. In fact, I read the breakfast time wrong. We showed up 15 min past the end time, and Vicki made both of us a delicious meal from scratch. I couldn’t have been more impressed with her or the place. Just book it!!Nearby activities: Although the hotel is tucked away in an odd area, it is only a 15 minute drive to anything in the city! So, you feel safe without sacrificing time in the car driving.
Josh & Lindsey Photography: The lodge has such a unique look to it! Once you enter the front door, it's almost like you feel as if you've been transported into the great outdoors. The dark wood and tall ceilings give the bldg a mighty feel to it. You can get some creative shots inside and outside here for your wedding!@joshandlindseyphoto
Shanna Ackerson: What a wonderful place to stay. It was comfortable, peaceful, and fun. My sister and I travel together a lot and this was one of the most charming places we have stayed. We were in the Christmas room and we were feeling the nostalgia of Christmas past. We played games downstairs in the great room/dining area. We loved looking around the lodge at all the neat, beautiful, and interesting decor. Fireplaces were everywhere, it was so cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. We would love to stay here again on our next St. Louis visit.
Gregg Austin: Wife took me there for suprise Valentine's getaway. We enjoyed ourselves. Staff was friendly and accommodating.Rooms: Clean, large, depends on which one you pick out for other specific details.
Home Outlet Panama City: Great place to hold an event. The foid was excellent and light. The attendants to the event were on their game.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
James B: It was an attractive lodge with cozy rooms, the problem is that when there is an event you are confined to the small room. We were stuck with access to nothing but tap water and a Styrofoam cup while the area immediately beyond our door had people yelling, children crying and a full PA system for their party until 10:30. I attempted to call but the phone was not staffed. I emailed and received no response. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
Bobbie Suzanne: Wonderful venue for a private party! Delicious food served by great friendly staff!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
shawn stockmann: Very peaceful and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Marcela A: I don't write reviews but i feel like this place deserves a rating. I brought my husband here for a little getaway for his birthday weekend and took him to the baseball game . The check in process was great and i was able to check in earlier then the 2 pm check in( i asked before if that was ok to go early). I was a little worried that it was a contactless check-in but once i received the information on how to check in and what to do it was quite easy. I ordered Wine and chocolate covered strawberries it was an extra cost but it was worth it to me. We stayed in the Mississippi room and i liked the balcony out to the back. I liked that breakfast is included and parking is free and right there next to the lodge. I like that it's has trees all around to make it seem like your in the woods but in reality your not. It's not far from the exit and right off the highway if you need to go somewhere quick. We live like 30 mins away but it was a nice little getway and a nice change of scenery i can't wait to go again.
Linda Finger: We were there for a private party. The food was excellent. Interesting location, definitely not for kids but patio is beautiful as well.
Katherine Chang: Pros: service is really good, especially the breakfast; I also like their decorations in the whole place.Cons: AC too loud and cold, because of which I did not sleep well. Our room is on the second floor and we can hear the footsteps upstairs late in the night and early in the morning; the bed is not stable, when my partner tosses and turns the bed wobbles.
Cassie Parks: We absolutely loved this place! It is tucked right off the interstate so we felt safe. The lodge is BEAUITFUL and rustic. We stayed in the Alaska room. Full balcony with a beautiful back yard! The check in process was flawless. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to try the rest of the rooms!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Grand Center Inn: what do users think?
Tony Buzzacco: Very impressive. Comfortable Inn and a nice change from big hotels. Affordable price and walking distance to entertainment and restaurants.Rooms: Rooms are very comfortable and give you the feel of living in a different era.
christine beckman: Very welcoming! Walking distance to the Fox. All the amenities of home!
Pamela Kaiser: Wonderful location, terrible inn. The proprietors are rude, pretentious, and provide very poor customer service. I frequently have guests in town and I like to recommend city establishments for accommodations, but I will never recommend this place.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Scott Wingfield: Room was super nice big with nice view. Bed are comfortable. Cool rooftop bar with big moon.
Lindsay Wilmoth: My son and I came to St.Louis for the Blues game June 1st. He and I do at least one game a year, sometimes two.Over the years I have always stayed in a downtown hotel with complicated parking and crowded hotels. I decided to change it up this time and found this B+B and I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked up the front stairs I was in love with this place! It was absolutely beautiful inside and out! I was warmly greeted at the front door by Francesco, one of the caretakers. (I hope I spelled his name correctly). My son and I were completely impressed and were served breakfast in our room which was excellent! I only felt bad for Francesco because he had to carry our breakfasts on a silver platter up 44 stairs! I had to laugh a little bit because he was completely winded but I want him to know that I felt terrible almost. he was great and my son and I are so looking forward to coming back when we make a trip to see the Blues!I highly recommend this place it was absolutely amazing,I wish I could have stayed longer.
Jody Meyer: This Bed and Breakfast is delightful. The host is very friendly and informative. Our room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious. What more could you ask for? A great location! This is in the Grand Center area near the theaters, restaurants, and museums. There is free parking on the street in front of the inn and we walked to a fabulous restaurant (Triumph Grill), then to the Sheldon Concert Hall, then back to the Grand Center Inn. Total time walking was less than 30 minutes and we just left our car parked in front of the inn the entire time. Perhaps some work has been done since the older reviews, because I can't see why anyone would give this less than 5 stars.
Christopher Boemler: This is a really great in with very hospitable hosts. Our room was terrific and plush. It's a great location, especially if you have tickets to the Fabulous Fox Theatre. Central West End is 10 minutes one way, and the heart of downtown 10 minutes the other.
Jen T.: Owners used my payment info immediately after I left the property to charge me nearly $800 extra for damages that I was not responsible for.I obviously recommend against staying here. If you simply must, then book through a reputable third-party site that can help you retrieve any unwarranted additional charges if necessary.*I agree with the other commenter's concerns about inadequate safety systems and structural stability of the building. The upper floors and some of the stairs in particular.
Brett Fieser: We ended up cancelling our reservation and not staying in this hotel due to the following: lack of customer service, unprofessionalism, and rudeness. It was a very unpleasent experience dealing with this company, especially the day of our wedding and never will I consider them again.
DAPHNEY SCHIMANSKI: Very enjoyable overnight stay. Will definitely stay again and next time we will have the breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Chris Miller: Very nice place!
Louis Bourque: The staff was very helpful and attentive . Upon arrival we were given keys and the gentleman explained the house rules and gave us a run down of things to do in the area. The inn was within walking distance of the Fox Theatre and several restaurants. The room was very clean and well designed and had a classic charm. The morning breakfast was very well thought out and prepared and again the service and meal were spectacular. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to any of my friends.
Matt Rutledge: I stopped and took time as I departed to document the disabled smoke alarm and dysfunctional fire escape serving the 2nd floor rooms. The rooms are all located above a commercial kitchen and there were no sprinklers added in the remodel. The fire marshal needs to be notified and reassess the danger here. Future safety is my motivation for leaving this review. Also of note, the entire balcony was boarded up with cheap plywood. When the toilet flushes the sink in the kitchenette gurgles - very gross at the least. A dangerous hidden step-down exists between shower and sink and bare plywood left when viewed from below. I fell but was able to catch myself. Excess paint and gaps in baseboard installation further evidence the remodel was not professional.Aside from safety concerns, the ceiling of the second floor booms with every single footstep overhead. On the worst night we were kept awake past midnight, awoke to a 3:15am restroom break and finally the 5am departure of the guest above. Other nights were less extreme and presumably experiences on other floors would be different but having a guest of any sort above you on floor 2 is a miserable experience. This property was abandoned for decades and sits in a vacant development zone with empty lots as neighbors. It's an admirable effort to turn it into something viable, but there is no excuse for disabled smoke alarms and neglected escape routes. Something is amiss in the ambition of the owners to promote this space in the state it was in. Safety should come first. Comfort next. Only then can your guests enjoy being wowed by what could have been beautiful.
John Wampler: Highly recommend this bed and breakfast! My wife and I stayed here the weekend we saw Mama Mia. From the moment we arrived to our final departure, everything was magical. We were treated with 5 star treatment and checked up on throughout our stay. We realize that we could have stayed at a normal hotel and been fine, but this place took our wedding anniversary getaway to a whole new level. Wow, how could I forget?? The breakfast was AMAZING!!
miguel mendoza: It Was Okay But To Strict It Felt Like If I Was Pressured By The Owner And It Was Wierd Because I Thought It Was Hotel It Felt Like Old Apartments.
Peter Orth: This is the only place my family stays when they come to visit me at the University of St. Louis. It is an easy walk to the campus and they enjoy being so close to me. The Inn is really friendly and decorated very nicely (my mom loves all the antiques). The rooms are huge and very comfortable-much more than a hotel. Mostly, it is Eric and Renato that are so welcoming- they feel like family to us. I would recommend the Inn to anyone coming to St.Louis.
