Jamie: This store definitely has a good selection of nail products. However, it’s hard to find certain products because of how unorganized it is. I went in looking for specific colors by a specific brand and couldn’t find anything. The colors are all mixed up, on one section they’ll have not only gels and regular polish but also multiple colors. Needless to say, I didn’t find anything I was actually looking for. I would’ve asked but the employees aren’t exactly friendly, I couldn’t imagine walking by a client and not even acknowledging them, that’s so weird. To add to that, if you are going to require your customers to wear masks, your employees should also be required to wear masks.

C T: Great nails supply collection BUT Exchange/refund rules are unacceptable. Please check what you need to buy if not you definitely mad when you bring back. The lady OWNER and the short skinny girl with short hair are extremely rude. I only go there when I need to buy something but oh man, how come they are so bad with customer service like that? We come there to purchase stuffs not asking for free but their action are real bad? Maybe they think they are the boss/owner so can do whatever they want? Will not recommend anyone to come this place at all.

Racquel Williams: I walked into store yesterday for first time to buy fingernail polish and toe nail clippers, and this lady that was probably the store owner, stood at the end of the aisle the whole time to watch me. Just starring. I was so intrigued about how nice the store was and I was excited to purchase some nail polish because there was so much selection but then this lady was watching me whole time. I decided to put my stuff back and leave.

I was treated as if I was a criminal & asked for an ID after I gave my phone number. I asked her why was I being asked for an ID when my uniform has my company name on it.? She responded, " One of our customers asked us to check everyone ID when they come in here! Me looking confused, but is she the owner of your establishment? She responded, no just a customer like you but she one of us! I was out done at this point. I purchased what I needed but I will NEVER patronize this place again EVER!! BEING BLACK IN TODAYS SOCIETY IS SO DIFFICULT & ITS NOT FAIR!
