However, took look to get replies back on two different occasions after that.Then, when the crew came, we had a specific task list (previously discussed during booking) and several tasks were not fully completed. For example only downstairs window tracks were cleaned.We were charged for the full 2 hours even tho the crew was only there for 1hr 40 mins and didn't get everything completed.

I wasn't called prior to the housekeepers arriving, the housekeepers walked into my home without knocking/ringing the doorbell, they didn't know what services I had signed up for upon arrival, they let my blind cats into the house when I explicitly stated that they should be on the porch so they don't get lost (it was also documented in the paperwork) and my AirPods have been missing since the cleaning.
