May be more than some of the cells cost new. So I walked out!THIS IS A RIP OFF - and while I may have used one of their stores in the past, i will not again!

Then I noticed the Batteries Plus store, called and talked to Matt. He was great! He showed me his line of Genius Boost jump start products and demonstrated how they're used right out front on my dead battery. He had me on my way in no time! I'll definitely be coming back.

Tanner Aljets: These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.(Forgot their names, but one guy had longer hair and glasses, I believe. The other guy had blond hair and was probably the manager. This was about 5:45 on 3-10-17. *edited 2023*)

Chris Wright: I made an appointment and called to confirm and when I arrived the guy told me he cannot replace a battery in an iPhone 13. No one told me that nor did their website say that. They should. NOT advertise that they replace batteries!!!
Dann Oldani: Came in with dead Battery/light on dash (Ford Edge). Purchased new battery on-line. Came in for install, new battery installed, however, battery light on dash remained on. Next dayFord would not start, took to local auto repair chain who diagnosed issue as in/op alternator which was replaced for a little over $1,000.00. Battery may not have been necessary been bad, however, a proper diagnosis should have been the goal.

Martin & Sons LLC: After purchasing five batteries in the past 2 years for various vehicles, I had an ATV battery go bad 2 weeks after the warranty expired. I was told by the manager that he would take ten dollars off the purchase price of a new battery which didn’t even meet their internet price. I would think that there would be a little more flexibility for a loyal customer. Trying to patronize local businesses these days is a futile effort. No wonder Amazon is causing so many companies to shut their doors!

Niquita Harrell: Came into have my front and back screen on my s21 ultra replaced. They overcharged but it was an emergency so I paid $500. They tell me they have to order the back for it and I'll have to come back an additional time to have it out on when it comes in stock. I waited 2 to 3 weeks for a call and never received one. I called and asked what's going on with my repair the guy on the phone says he doesn't know and the guy who's in charge of it isn't in. I call back the next day and they say we've had the part but didn't have a ticket created for me so that's who no one called. Weeks later they say they have it for me to come in and get it fixed. Should take about 40 minutes. He calls me back and say the guy who does the repair is actually leaving early and won't be able to do it today. I have a very busy schedule so I have to get in when I can. I go in today to finally get it repaired and he tells me it'll be 4 to 5 hours. I tell him the manager told me it'll take 40 minutes. He says oh well it'll be 5 hours sorry. Says I can try again later. So I take my phone and leave. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
