Vicki Randall: Ou paternal grandparents were from Lebanon. Our grandfather was a founding member of St. Raymond's. We love going there to eat at The Cedars. We were there to commemorate our mom's 94th birthday, although she has been gone almost 20 years, not forgotten. I was there with 3 of my brothers, 2 of my daughters, 1 of my granddaughters, my great grandson, a great nephew, and a good friend who is like a daughter. We had wonderful Lebanese food and great conversation.

Fredrick Koury: Almost Every Wednesday, they open the banquet hall and serve Lebanese food. Get whatever you want, but at least get a meat pie and thank me for it later. Sometimes it is better than others, but it is always good. Everyone I've brought has loved it.

Eryn Muhammad: This was a nice size space for my friend's going away party. The dance floor was a nice size and I like that it was in the center of everything. Their space can hold atleast 60 people maybe more and it's still comfortable, you don't feel crowded at all. There is an ice machine there for your refreshments. The owner is easy to work with, she tries to meet your request and helpful with ideas. I would say it could a little elbow grease in some areas of cleaning, there were a few Cobb webs I noticed but I was putting up decorations, it's not noticeable to guest unless you are looking for it. I love that the parking lot was gated so you can control who is coming in, that was a major plus.

Banquet hall was nicely decorated though. Nice sized banquet room for smaller events. Good sized dance floor for a room that size. Hidden in a residential area. Cannot see from the main street.

yulonda swink: I gave my mothers birthday party there on March 24 I was told to be there at a certain time to get in to Decorate. I was there on time but couldn’t get in. Also I was asked for a deposit and was supposed to get my deposit back the following weekend. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit back and I called and they want answer are call back. I left several voicemail.

Eric: I visited the Malt Cellar for a happy hour business arrangement. The service was good, sliders were good too. They had Sirloin, Turkey, and Black Bean ones.

The Moulin was the last of many venues we looked at, once we came here we knew it was perfect. The venue space itself, Ann, and everything that is included, food, drink, etc. was everything to us. Ann loved all my crazy ideas and helped us make our dream a reality. Ann answered all my emails quickly and had all the answers. The day of her and Linda, and the entire staff had everyone in awe. We are still getting comments about the service, food, and venue weeks later. Not to mention we are in the midst of a staffing shortage, you could not tell even though they explained to us that day things might move slower, we would have never known! I will 100% recommendation this venue to anyone that listens.
Jessica Evans: If I had all the money in the world and could travel anywhere, I would pick Moulin Events over and over again. Seriously. The Wedding Coordinator Ann Jones made planning a small wedding during a pandemic stress free and fun. Ann was so supportive, fun, and just wonderful to work with. When we arrived we didn't get a folder and a 5 minute tour ; we got 30 minutes, a full tour, and the history of the space. I saw my wedding come to life through that tour. Ann was always prompt and responsive for any meeting, call, and email. On the day of our wedding, Linda was my bridal attendant and I do not have enough words to say to say how thankful I was for her. Ann and Linda.. just thank you, thank you, thank you! You BOTH made our day and we couldn't have done it without you. You were always two steps ahead, anticipating our needs, making sure my groom and I had small moments throughout the day to just take everything in. You both we're made for this profession and any future bride and groom is so darn lucky to have you. Please people, PICK THIS VENUE! You won't regret it. The space, the FOOD..OMG THE FOOD, the staff are just sensational. I look forward to future date nights at the adjoining restaurants to look back on such a special day. We love you Moulin!! PS ..Ann and Linda, my family and friends just raved about you as well. I just wish you all the best and so many blessing in 2021.
Samantha Fisher: I can not say enough wonderful things about Moulin!!! The staff are absolutely amazing! They made our wedding and reception perfect and beyond stress free. Leading up to the wedding, they were so amazing to work with. It took probably a total of 3 hours for them to get everything they needed from us, our vision. And they made it all happen, it was better than we could have ever imagined, especially in the year 2020. John, Ann, and Linda were spectacular. The day of my wedding, I was so relaxed. Linda made sure I had everything I needed all day and night at the reception. If you are wondering where to have your perfect reception, Moulin is definitely where! Not to mention the character of the building is so romantic, you don't need a lot to dress it up.
Lynn Morris: We had our daughter’s wedding at Moulin Events on August 1st. I wish I could give this venue and Ann, the events coordinator more than 5 stars. Our wedding date was postponed to a later date due Covid and Ann worked magic to make all the loose ends fall into place and there were a lot of loose ends. She helped us plan the ceremony after finding out we could not have it at the church. She was hands on the whole time and so understanding and helpful. She’s been at this venue 12-13 years and is so knowledgeable about how to make events happen. Very professional and so friendly. We had the ceremony in one room, the reception in another ballroom and the after party in yet another space. I would highly recommended using Moulin Events for any special events!!
Jeff Mitchell: We had our wedding at Moulin in October. It was one of the best decisions that we made. Ann was the best person to work with. She was always helpful and made sure we had no issues with anything. She was always optimistic and genuine and made our big day feel special! The venue space, food, and decor provided were above our expectations and were made to fit our budget. We would recommend this venue to anyone!

Was pleased with walnut salad and steak but highly disappointed in desert. Have normal portion of food then they come out with a very small tray of cheesecake to share ? Which was only 8 bit size pieces for a table of 9. At 50.00 per person i would think i get a slice of cheesecake.Many clients complained and made the overall eating experience disappointing

The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was 2nd to none. Ann was a wonderful person to work with and made the day everything we were hoping for. The staff was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this venue for all your needs!

Carole Mushkin: This was great for an event. On site parking filled up fast for the large group so some parked on the street. There is an elevator which is helpful for those who need it to get to the 2nd floor. Restrooms are on the same floor. Plenty of room and the wait staff were terrific. I was not impressed by the food. The salad was good but the mini quiche was uninteresting. They offered a vegan option that I was told was very good.

Liz Parker: Leading up to our day everything was good. We booked our venue 17 months in advance to make sure everything was on track for our day. We had our tasting, multiple calls and communication and everything was wonderful. We had our final call, and everything was set to go. We showed up the 2 hours early to set up, and no one was there to let us in. Thankfully, the chef was able to let us in so we could quickly set up. A few flukes in between that could be forgiven, but at the end of the reception no last call was called, our DJ was confused when the manager was telling us we had to get out at that moment. I understand staying on time, and leaving at our time, but when you are the bride/groom and have no phone (or last call, called) you have no clue what time it is. My husband and I weren't even allowed our last dance. In our exit pictures the manager literally has her hands full of all of our stuff right behind us in our pictures. All of our decorations were thrown in random boxes by our friends and family to get us out of the hall as fast as we could. I wish we had a better experience, especially since the food was so good, and every experience up until that point was nice. When you pay thousands and thousands of dollars, you expect to have everything you want...even if that means 5 mins over for the MINIMUM of a last dance.

Covid came and the venue called me to reschedule my date. Possibly months away. We didn't want to wait that long so we asked for our $800.00 back that we had put down already. Their response was we're not issuing any refunds because we're taking a loss as well. So you keep people's money that you haven't done any service for?? Because THEY moved our date we had to suffer for it. Even though this was in 2020, it still bothers me tremendously.

Alexandra Taylor: I utilized The Christy for boxed lunches for a corporate event in St. Peters, MO.The boxes were affordable, arrived on time, were pre-labeled and delicious for a group of 240.Karen was a peach to work with and somehow made food for 240 employees the easiest part about planning. 10/10 would recommend and will be utilizing them for boxed lunches for future events going forward.

I cannot tell you the compliments we received on the staff, the food, and the bar! As always, Kim did a fantastic job managing our event as did the servers and of course Dawn, who not only hand carved the beef but prepared everything as well! The food was delicious! (Rave reviews from everyone!) Tina went above and beyond working the bar! She was great! (Even walked around during dinner to re-fill a few wines! (one being mine! 😊) I worked with Karen in planning the event and she was amazing! She was aware of every detail required when catering at our venue.Again, thank you for all that you did to make the night go seamless! It was perfect! I would highly recommend The Christy when planning an event!

Awesome food that was hot and ready for our us and our guests for our wedding day. We had multiple friends and family say the food and dinner service was amazing. Best thing too was we had left over appetizers and miscellaneous food that we got to take home at the end of the night. I’ll glad eat their food reheated for my neat meal! Tracy Sexton: Ben and I had our wedding reception at Rose of the Hill back in August of 2020. It was first scheduled for April, but as soon as things shut down due to COVID, John and Quentin reached out immediately to assist us in finding a new date. They were extremely flexible throughout the process as government policies were changing daily. They helped us host a memorable, safe, and socially distant wedding reception which we were not sure was possible. We are now 5 months out from our wedding and I've lost count of how many people have told us how safe they felt at our wedding and recently people have been saying it was the safest wedding they have attended since the beginning of the pandemic. Additionally, people have asked for the name of our wedding planner/coordinator because the night ran so smoothly. Ben and I did all of our own planning, but the secret sauce at Rose of the Hill is their coordinator, Quentin, who truly takes care of you like you are his own family from the minute you and your guests walk into Rose of the Hill. I would give this venue 10 stars if I could!

From the venue, food and service were awesome!!Quentin and his entire team were over the top. They made everyone feel so welcome and kept asking if there was anything they could do for you.The food was to die for. We served family style and everyone left with full satisfied tummies.We were so impressed, we booked the Rose for our daughter’s wedding in the fall.

Sarah Rose: I love this place. I was first introduced when my sister had her reception here in 2017 then I had my reception here just in December 2018. This place is a dream for a bride or anyone hosting an event!They will do all of the set up and decor included! What else could a bride want when planning a wedding, less things on her to do list. Quentin the wedding coordinator is amazing! He will take care of everything without you even noticing!During my sister's wedding reception I noticed that he was at my sister's side any time she needed him, no waiting time. He runs along schedule and adapts when things arise. He is very helpful and so great! I am speechless when having experienced him as a bride. I am so very thankful for the Rose of the Hill team and everyone involved.The atmosphere is so comforting, timeless, beyond words. If you are considering hosting an event here, you won't regret it! They have a wide variety of entrees to choose from, and accommodate to dietary needs! We had some guests that needed gluten free meals and they were able to ensure those guests were fed with out feeling left out. Again this venue is a dream, especially if you are Italian at heart or just even Italian! Speaking from a big Italian family, you will feel right at home here right in The Hill.

Gary Glasscock: We recently had a celebration of life at RO. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. It was not warm at all and very bland. To make matters worse and my biggest bone of contention was that we were grossly overcharged. We were to have a minimum of 50 people to secure the price. We had an exact total of 51 people, but we were charged for 75. We had two different events at RO in the past 9 months. We will not be back for a third.

Pamela Moore: If you are looking for a venue for a wedding and/or reception that is affordable I highly recommend this place. The staff was great and always available to answer any all questions. The outside venue was beautiful for our wedding and the cottage was perfect for getting all of us gals ready. The reception room was gorgeous and the food was great. Just make sure to tell the staff to save you wedding cake top to take home if that is what you want. Pleanty of parking and handicap accessible were bonuses also. DJ was awesome along with the bartender. And the owner was our coordinator for the ceremony and start of the reception. Thanks Royale Orleans for making our big day incredibly special! ❤️❤️

Mrs Hall: Place was super nice but the workers are beyond rude and petty we came 20mins early with a 3 tier cake that was melting. Place was empty they did not care or show any consideration made us wait on the parking lot while the place was empty! Meanwhile it’s thunder storming! Like be serious ! No wonder the place is always empty ! I do not recommend and we will not be having any other events at DelRose ! Thanks but No Thanks

Teresa Lucas: This Banquet Hall is absolutely beautiful! Just a very elegant look. You’re able to dim the lighting and make small adjustments to create the desired look for your event. The owners and workers were nice as well. I gave 3 stars because the workers interacted with our family and guests way too much. This was a semi- formal event yet the workers weren’t dressed that way and were walking around talking to our guests, eating our food, and dancing. Then at the end of the night, nitpicking what should and shouldn’t be done after they were less than professional all night. That said, I would still book here but would definitely have a conversation about expectations beforehand.

TopGunnSTL: Delrose place is definitely a diamond in the rough. Based on its location I had very low expectations. When I entered this particular establishment I was pleased to see that the interior once a lot newer and very clean and well-kept the building management at the time was not available for any questioning but of course there was an employee there that was more than willing to assist with any questions or help that was needed. This location was actually nice enough to wear my brother is going to book his next birthday party there definitely a plus and comes up all around for this establishment.
