She listened to my concerns and was very personable/emphatic which most attorneys nowadays don't seem to be. She explained the front office personnel I had encountered, had been working by herself and was very busy that day. Yet, that still didn’t equate to kirt or rude behavior. After hearing all of my concerns she was extremely apologetic even offered to refund my money should I like to seek legal assistance else where. I decided to stay with her. I have to commend her on her willingness to communicate with me and my daughter as well as her willingness to rectify the situation with ease minus any tension. My initial contact with office was shady. I should have walked right back out. The girl at the front desk was rude. She initially told me my daughter ticket would be “around” $170. I also had a ticket for bumping a stop sign, she stated it would be $75. I stated but your website stated $35 “WE ONLY CHARGE $35 FOR BASIC ST. LOUIS TICKETS” (which included speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign) She said no they start at that price. When I agreed to the price she said $175 for my daughters ticket. I asked didnt you just say $170 she said no $175. Reluctantly I paid. Now after reading the reviews I probably shouldn’t have. I definitely got a bad vibe from her. After she swiped my card she then stated that shes not even sure they can get this taken down to a lesser charge and that she might have to show up.😩Im praying the reviews are wrong. I definitely don't have another $170 or anything to shell out to pay another attorney. 😞

However, the receptionist is a little gruff and seems a bit unaware of things when you call in after you are a client. At the end when everything was done, the post test was done, however, the process was very sketchy and my Uncle ended up spending more money. One of the Lawyers, not partner, also was very unprofessional about a matter regarding something, which he had my Uncle do, in order to sue a collector. He accused my Uncle of making he and the firm look bad, even though it was he that initiated the whole process with another Attorney, whom we never met or came in contact with. Overall, the process was average. I would not recommend B& A to anyone.Disappointed,JLS
