Maxine Meyerhardt: I live out of town and called to order balloons for my sisters 90th birthday. It was very easy to place an order. I did not see what the balloons looked like until they were delivered and I was blown away. The balloons were fantastic and also amazing was that the party celebrating her 90th birthday was a month after her birthday and the balloons were still fantastic and we were able to use them as decorations at the party.
Jeff Piskulic: Wonderful experience!! Just placed an order for the 2nd year in a row to get a fun balloon bouquet for my niece's 5th birthday. She absolutely loved it last year - my brother and his wife had to eventually break the news to her that balloons don't last forever LOL. Diane even went above and beyond last year helping me at the 11th hour as I had forgotten about her birthday (!!) and picked up birthday cakes for the delivery and added a balloon for my younger niece so she wouldn't feel left out. Thank you for spreading the positive cheer Diane!

I just learned about her ongoing campaign against another local balloon company to ruin his social media presence by using his company's name as a hashtag to advertise herself (she doesn't even tag her own business' name anymore, just using his!). I am surprised he doesn't call the FTC on her business! I will be getting balloons from one of the many other local balloon decor businesses that do not act this way, like The STL Balloon Lady, or Party Perks! Shameful!This review is about the business owner's practices, not their products or services. Their products seem to be very good, but they way they treat their competition is bordering on illegal!

You really could get all of your party Supply from here without going to another store.They have everything from pinatas, candy (bulk and small 10c pieces), balloons (helium filling on site), plates, cups, cutlery, party games, party favors, gift wrap/bags/tissue paper, luau supply, graduation supply, every type of party you can think of they have supplies for it.They got 4/5 instead of 5/5 because they cannot control what stock they do and don't get in and when. When they do get it in, it's not very much of it. I waited a whole month for Pokemon party supplies to come in, I showed up the noon of their supposed delivery day and 3/4th of the Pokemon stuff was GONE already. The problem I had was that no one was filling any balloons while I was in the store. How much time would it have taken to fill 4 balloons? Disappointing service.

The prices are insane… $9 for a handful of fake coins, $8 for one string of green beads that said st Patrick’s day on them. The kids who “work” there were standing around talking about some girl at school trying to fight them. The story was entertaining but if they could work while they talk, that’d be great. Instead the three people in line just stood there waiting for their story time to end.

They are on their phones and walk around like they are inconvenienced. It gives me little hope for the younger generation of workers. I do want to mention that I have had one of the managers go above and beyond getting an order filled for me and she was lovely. If only they all cared as much as she did.Make sure you plan for a pickup or delivery hours prior to your event because I often have to wait for an order to be filled even though pick up time has passed. I've had better balloon service from Dollar Tree.

Jackie Stern: Party hop shop made our son’s 1st birthday an unforgettable one. I love how balloons brighten up parties and rooms. We opted for these tassel balloons (I cannot remember if that’s what they’re called) and single balloons for the ceiling. We loved it!
Alyssa Shields: Our grand opening event would not have been complete without Party Hop! Everything turned out STUNNING - our party guests were raving over the balloon decorations and loved taking photos in front of them. Ashley & Ashley were kind, professional, and easy to work with. Not to mention, we are still in awe of how quickly the installation was. It would have taken us hours to do ourselves! We highly recommend booking them for your next event.

I waited for over 5 minutes for a person from the balloon area to come ring up my sale. DO NOT plan on making this a quick trip and allot hours of you want balloons filled.

My daughter was turning 21 and we were having a get together and wanted the bouquet for the table. I had tried to order online for pickup the next day but it would only offer pickup same day. So I went to the store. I advised of the situation and they advised they had too many orders for the next day that's why that option wasn't available. I decided to get the balloons that evening.The bouquet itself was around $30, I added on a weight, bags to keep the balloons together and they added on "hi rise" I don't know why but I didn't question it. I advised I wanted to make sure the balloons would still look their best the next day when we had the party.Well guess what... the next day at the party 1/2 of the latex balloons wouldn't rise, they just sat on the table. So my bouquet did not look fancy like it had the night before. Very disappointing for a $38 dollar display.The employees were helpful. They may have been understaffed - they were steady busy the entire time I was there and could have used a dedicated cashier.My 3 stars is due to the holding up of the product and also this store inventory was low and it appeared many items were out.
