Holly Elise Galloway: We had an awful experience tonight at Longhorn. Charity B was our server. She was frowning as soon as she got to our table, she didn't bring bread and when I asked for the loaded potato soup with onion and bacon on the side she said she couldn't do that. We have had it multiple times here and have always gotten those on the side. Then my husband asked her for another drink and she made a face and acted irritated. We asked her if she was ok and if she was mad and she said that it had been a long day, which is very understandable but she said it with no remorse and didn't apologize or try to make anything better. She mentioned being super busy with to go orders and seemed more concerned with those. We will not have her again as our server.

I couldn’t let the cooks take the hit for this immature Manager named Carly who felt $2 was worth this bad review and no tip.They ran out of fries, my child’s favorite. They call to let me know about 40 min later. I tell them the only other thing my child likes is asparagus. They say okay that will be an up charge. Really? You’re inconveniencing me, and you’re going to charge me the $2 fee? because you ran out of fries? She doesn’t eat baked or sweet potatoes. She’s a child.They always get our order wrong, or the food isn’t warm, or taste warmed up… so they owe us already…. And that $2 on my over $80 order was worth this one star when you could have simply rectified you running out of something I’d ordered. Everyone who’s around here knows you have to check your food with them.Then Carly the manager proudly tells me that if she did it for me she’d have to do it for everyone. So, you always run out of fires? If so then I guess you should do it for everyone when you run out and don’t make them aware until 40 min later when it’s on the menu. Carly was very sarcastic and snarky with her reply. The yellow headed woman behind the counter smiled gladly. I didn’t come in angry. I came in calm, polite, and respectful and this is what I was greeted with.I had to tell myself these are minimum wage employees that could careless. It could’ve been me and I too may be taking pride in moments like this that make that wage feel more worth it.Those who do care who work in this industry, you deserve a raise. Manager Carly and the young woman with the yellow hair deserve a performance review with a 1 rating where 5 is excellent and 1 is poor.Why do I go here? It’s the closest and the only place that sales what everyone of my kids will eat.

Jason Hensley: Went here for our 30th anniversary. All of the staff members came and messed with the thermostat the entire time we were there . This visit was definitely not enjoyable. We eat here often enough and we don't live nearby. Maybe it was the day. The kitchen was off point, too. The manager even came by the table, too, not to check on us just to mess with the thermostat.Parking: Now, there is a Bass Pro Shop. The lot is full entirely. It is really hard to navigate up to the front of the restaurant. The park lot definitely needs a new plan for that center.
